 代下1:1 大卫的儿子所罗门国位坚固。耶和华他的 神与他同在,使他甚为尊大。

K 代下1:1 And Solomon the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom, and the LORD his God was with him, and magnified him exceedingly.

N 代下1:1 Solomon son of David established himself firmly over his kingdom, for the LORD his God was with him and made him exceedingly great.

 代下1:2 所罗门吩咐以色列众人,就是千夫长、百夫长、审判官、首领与族长都来。

K 代下1:2 Then Solomon spake unto all Israel, to the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and to the judges, and to every governor in all Israel, the chief of the fathers.

N 代下1:2 Then Solomon spoke to all Israel--to the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, to the judges and to all the leaders in Israel, the heads of families--

 代下1:3 所罗门和会众都往基遍的邱坛去,因那里有 神的会幕,就是耶和华仆人摩西在旷野所制造的。

K 代下1:3 So Solomon, and all the congregation with him, went to the high place that was at Gibeon; for there was the tabernacle of the congregation of God, which Moses the servant of the LORD had made in the wilderness.

N 代下1:3 and Solomon and the whole assembly went to the high place at Gibeon, for God's Tent of Meeting was there, which Moses the LORD'S servant had made in the desert.

 代下1:4 只是 神的约柜,大卫已经从基列耶琳搬到他所预备的地方,因他曾在耶路撒冷为约柜支搭了帐幕,

K 代下1:4 But the ark of God had David brought up from Kirjathjearim to the place which David had prepared for it: for he had pitched a tent for it at Jerusalem.

N 代下1:4 Now David had brought up the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim to the place he had prepared for it, because he had pitched a tent for it in Jerusalem.

 代下1:5 并且户珥的孙子、乌利的儿子比撒列所造的铜坛,也在基遍耶和华的会幕前。所罗门和会众都就近坛前。

K 代下1:5 Moreover the brasen altar, that Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made, he put before the tabernacle of the LORD: and Solomon and the congregation sought unto it.

N 代下1:5 But the bronze altar that Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made was in Gibeon in front of the tabernacle of the LORD; so Solomon and the assembly inquired of him there.

 代下1:6 所罗门上到耶和华面前会幕的铜坛那里,献一千牺牲为燔祭。

K 代下1:6 And Solomon went up thither to the brasen altar before the LORD, which was at the tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it.

N 代下1:6 Solomon went up to the bronze altar before the LORD in the Tent of Meeting and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it.

 代下1:7 当夜, 神向所罗门显现,对他说:“你愿我赐你什么,你可以求。”

K 代下1:7 In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.

N 代下1:7 That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you."

 代下1:8 所罗门对 神说:“你曾向我父大卫大施慈爱,使我接续他作王。

K 代下1:8 And Solomon said unto God, Thou hast shewed great mercy unto David my father, and hast made me to reign in his stead.

N 代下1:8 Solomon answered God, "You have shown great kindness to David my father and have made me king in his place.

 代下1:9 耶和华 神啊!现在求你成就向我父大卫所应许的话。因你立我作这民的王,他们如同地上尘沙那样多,

K 代下1:9 Now, O LORD God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.

N 代下1:9 Now, LORD God, let your promise to my father David be confirmed, for you have made me king over a people who are as numerous as the dust of the earth.

 代下1:10 求你赐我智慧聪明,我好在这民前出入;不然,谁能判断这众多的民呢?”

K 代下1:10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great?

N 代下1:10 Give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may lead this people, for who is able to govern this great people of yours?"

 代下1:11 神对所罗门说:“我已立你作我民的王。你既有这心意,并不求资财、丰富、尊荣,也不求灭绝那恨你之人的性命,又不求大寿数,只求智慧聪明好判断我的民;

K 代下1:11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king:

N 代下1:11 God said to Solomon, "Since this is your heart's desire and you have not asked for wealth, riches or honor, nor for the death of your enemies, and since you have not asked for a long life but for wisdom and knowledge to govern my people over whom I have made you king,

 代下1:12 我必赐你智慧聪明,也必赐你资财、丰富、尊荣。在你以前的列王都没有这样,在你以后也必没有这样的。”

K 代下1:12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

N 代下1:12 therefore wisdom and knowledge will be given you. And I will also give you wealth, riches and honor, such as no king who was before you ever had and none after you will have."

 代下1:13 于是,所罗门从基遍邱坛会幕前回到耶路撒冷,治理以色列人。

K 代下1:13 Then Solomon came from his journey to the high place that was at Gibeon to Jerusalem, from before the tabernacle of the congregation, and reigned over Israel.

N 代下1:13 Then Solomon went to Jerusalem from the high place at Gibeon, from before the Tent of Meeting. And he reigned over Israel.

 代下1:14 所罗门聚集战车马兵,有战车一千四百辆,马兵一万二千名,安置在屯车的城邑和耶路撒冷,就是王那里。

K 代下1:14 And Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen: and he had a thousand and four hundred chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen, which he placed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.

N 代下1:14 Solomon accumulated chariots and horses; he had fourteen hundred chariots and twelve thousand horses, which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem.

 代下1:15 王在耶路撒冷使金银多如石头,香柏木多如高原的桑树。

K 代下1:15 And the king made silver and gold at Jerusalem as plenteous as stones, and cedar trees made he as the sycomore trees that are in the vale for abundance.

N 代下1:15 The king made silver and gold as common in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar as plentiful as sycamore-fig trees in the foothills.

 代下1:16 所罗门的马是从埃及带来的,是王的商人一群一群按着定价买来的。

K 代下1:16 And Solomon had horses brought out of Egypt, and linen yarn: the king's merchants received the linen yarn at a price.

N 代下1:16 Solomon's horses were imported from Egypt and from Kue--the royal merchants purchased them from Kue.

 代下1:17 他们从埃及买来的车,每辆价银六百舍客勒,马每匹一百五十舍客勒。赫人诸王和亚兰诸王所买的车马,也是按这价值经他们手买来的。

K 代下1:17 And they fetched up, and brought forth out of Egypt a chariot for six hundred shekels of silver, and an horse for an hundred and fifty: and so brought they out horses for all the kings of the Hittites, and for the kings of Syria, by their means.

N 代下1:17 They imported a chariot from Egypt for six hundred shekels of silver, and a horse for a hundred and fifty. They also exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and of the Arameans.
