约珥书第1章

 珥1:1 耶和华的话临到毗土珥的儿子约珥。

K 珥1:1 The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel.

N 珥1:1 The word of the LORD that came to Joel son of Pethuel.

 珥1:2 老年人哪,当听我的话!国中的居民哪,都要侧耳而听!在你们的日子,或你们列祖的日子,曾有这样的事吗?

K 珥1:2 Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers?

N 珥1:2 Hear this, you elders; listen, all who live in the land. Has anything like this ever happened in your days or in the days of your forefathers?

 珥1:3 你们要将这事传与子,子传与孙,孙传与后代。

K 珥1:3 Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation.

N 珥1:3 Tell it to your children, and let your children tell it to their children, and their children to the next generation.

 珥1:4 剪虫剩下的,蝗虫来吃;蝗虫剩下的,蝻子来吃;蝻子剩下的,蚂蚱来吃。

K 珥1:4 That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.

N 珥1:4 What the locust swarm has left the great locusts have eaten; what the great locusts have left the young locusts have eaten; what the young locusts have left other locusts have eaten.

 珥1:5 酒醉的人哪,要清醒哭泣;好酒的人哪,都要为甜酒哀号;因为从你们的口中断绝了。

K 珥1:5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.

N 珥1:5 Wake up, you drunkards, and weep! Wail, all you drinkers of wine; wail because of the new wine, for it has been snatched from your lips.

 珥1:6 有一队蝗虫(原文作“民”)又强盛又无数,侵犯我的地。它的牙齿如狮子的牙齿,大牙如母狮的大牙。

K 珥1:6 For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.

N 珥1:6 A nation has invaded my land, powerful and without number; it has the teeth of a lion, the fangs of a lioness.

 珥1:7 它毁坏我的葡萄树,剥了我无花果树的皮,剥尽而丢弃,使枝条露白。

K 珥1:7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.

N 珥1:7 It has laid waste my vines and ruined my fig trees. It has stripped off their bark and thrown it away, leaving their branches white.

 珥1:8 我的民哪,你当哀号!像处女腰束麻布,为幼年的丈夫哀号。

K 珥1:8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.

N 珥1:8 Mourn like a virgin in sackcloth grieving for the husband of her youth.

 珥1:9 素祭和奠祭从耶和华的殿中断绝,侍奉耶和华的祭司都悲哀。

K 珥1:9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD's ministers, mourn.

N 珥1:9 Grain offerings and drink offerings are cut off from the house of the LORD. The priests are in mourning, those who minister before the LORD.

 珥1:10 田荒凉,地悲哀,因为五毗毁坏,新酒干竭,油也缺乏。

K 珥1:10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.

N 珥1:10 The fields are ruined, the ground is dried up; the grain is destroyed, the new wine is dried up, the oil fails.

 珥1:11 农夫啊,你们要惭愧;修理葡萄园的啊,你们要哀号;因为大麦小麦与田间的庄稼都灭绝了。

K 珥1:11 Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished.

N 珥1:11 Despair, you farmers, wail, you vine growers; grieve for the wheat and the barley, because the harvest of the field is destroyed.

 珥1:12 葡萄树枯干,无花果树衰残,石榴树、棕树、苹果树,连田野一切的树木也都枯乾;众人的喜乐尽都消灭。

K 珥1:12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.

N 珥1:12 The vine is dried up and the fig tree is withered; the pomegranate, the palm and the apple tree--all the trees of the field--are dried up. Surely the joy of mankind is withered away.

 珥1:13 祭司啊,你们当腰束麻布痛哭。伺候祭坛的啊,你们要哀号。事奉我 神的啊,你们要来披上麻布过夜。因为素祭,和奠祭,从你们 神的殿中断绝了。

K 珥1:13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.

N 珥1:13 Put on sackcloth, O priests, and mourn; wail, you who minister before the altar. Come, spend the night in sackcloth, you who minister before my God; for the grain offerings and drink offerings are withheld from the house of your God.

 珥1:14 你们要分定禁食的日子,宣告严肃会,招聚长老和国中的一切居民,到耶和华你们 神的殿,向耶和华哀求。

K 珥1:14 Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD.

N 珥1:14 Declare a holy fast; call a sacred assembly. Summon the elders and all who live in the land to the house of the LORD your God, and cry out to the LORD.

 珥1:15 哀哉,耶和华的日子临近了!这日来到,好像毁灭从全能者来到。

K 珥1:15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.

N 珥1:15 Alas for that day! For the day of the LORD is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty.

 珥1:16 粮食不是在我们眼前断绝了吗?欢喜快乐不是从我们 神的殿中止息了吗?

K 珥1:16 Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God?

N 珥1:16 Has not the food been cut off before our very eyes--joy and gladness from the house of our God?

 珥1:17 谷种在土块下朽烂,仓也荒凉,廪也破坏,因为五谷枯干了。

K 珥1:17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.

N 珥1:17 The seeds are shriveled beneath the clods. The storehouses are in ruins, the granaries have been broken down, for the grain has dried up.

 珥1:18 牲畜哀鸣;牛群混乱,因为无草;羊群也受了困苦。

K 珥1:18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.

N 珥1:18 How the cattle moan! The herds mill about because they have no pasture; even the flocks of sheep are suffering.

 珥1:19 耶和华啊,我向你求告,因为火烧灭旷野的草场;火焰烧尽田野的树木。

K 珥1:19 O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.

N 珥1:19 To you, O LORD, I call, for fire has devoured the open pastures and flames have burned up all the trees of the field.

 珥1:20 田野的走兽向你发喘,因为溪水干涸,火也烧灭旷野的草场。

K 珥1:20 The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.

N 珥1:20 Even the wild animals pant for you; the streams of water have dried up and fire has devoured the open pastures.
