 民1:1 以色列人出埃及地后,第二年二月初一日,耶和华在西乃的旷野、会幕中晓谕摩西说:

K 民1:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

N 民1:1 The LORD spoke to Moses in the Tent of Meeting in the Desert of Sinai on the first day of the second month of the second year after the Israelites came out of Egypt. He said:

 民1:2 “你要按以色列全会众的家室、宗族、人名的数目,计算所有的男丁。

K 民1:2 Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;

N 民1:2 "Take a census of the whole Israelite community by their clans and families, listing every man by name, one by one.

 民1:3 凡以色列中,从二十岁以外能出去打仗的,你和亚伦要照他们的军队数点。

K 民1:3 From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.

N 民1:3 You and Aaron are to number by their divisions all the men in Israel twenty years old or more who are able to serve in the army.

 民1:4 每支派中,必有一人作本支派的族长,帮助你们。

K 民1:4 And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.

N 民1:4 One man from each tribe, each the head of his family, is to help you.

 民1:5 他们的名字:属流便的,有示丢珥的儿子以利蓿;

K 民1:5 And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: of the tribe of Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.

N 民1:5 These are the names of the men who are to assist you: from Reuben, Elizur son of Shedeur;

 民1:6 属西缅的,有苏利沙代的儿子示路蔑;

K 民1:6 Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

N 民1:6 from Simeon, Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai;

 民1:7 属犹大的,有亚米拿达的儿子拿顺;

K 民1:7 Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

N 民1:7 from Judah, Nahshon son of Amminadab;

 民1:8 属以萨迦的,有苏押的儿子拿坦业;

K 民1:8 Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.

N 民1:8 from Issachar, Nethanel son of Zuar;

 民1:9 属西布伦的,有希伦的儿子以利押;

K 民1:9 Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.

N 民1:9 from Zebulun, Eliab son of Helon;

 民1:10 约瑟子孙属以法莲的,有亚米忽的儿子以利沙玛;属玛拿西的,有比大蓿的儿子迦玛列;

K 民1:10 Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

N 民1:10 from the sons of Joseph: from Ephraim, Elishama son of Ammihud; from Manasseh, Gamaliel son of Pedahzur;

 民1:11 属便雅悯的,有基多尼的儿子亚比但;

K 民1:11 Of Benjamin; Abidan the son of Gideoni.

N 民1:11 from Benjamin, Abidan son of Gideoni;

 民1:12 属但的,有亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢;

K 民1:12 Of Dan; Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

N 民1:12 from Dan, Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai;

 民1:13 属亚设的,有俄兰的儿子帕结;

K 民1:13 Of Asher; Pagiel the son of Ocran.

N 民1:13 from Asher, Pagiel son of Ocran;

 民1:14 属迦得的,有丢珥的儿子以利雅萨;

K 民1:14 Of Gad; Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

N 民1:14 from Gad, Eliasaph son of Deuel;

 民1:15 属拿弗他利的,有以南的儿子亚希拉。”

K 民1:15 Of Naphtali; Ahira the son of Enan.

N 民1:15 from Naphtali, Ahira son of Enan."

 民1:16 这都是从会中选召的,各作本支派的首领,都是以色列军中的统领。

K 民1:16 These were the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands in Israel.

N 民1:16 These were the men appointed from the community, the leaders of their ancestral tribes. They were the heads of the clans of Israel.

 民1:17 于是,摩西、亚伦带着这些按名指定的人,

K 民1:17 And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed by their names:

N 民1:17 Moses and Aaron took these men whose names had been given,

 民1:18 当二月初一日招聚全会众。会众就照他们的家室、宗族、人名的数目,从二十岁以外的,都述说自己的家谱。

K 民1:18 And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.

N 民1:18 and they called the whole community together on the first day of the second month. The people indicated their ancestry by their clans and families, and the men twenty years old or more were listed by name, one by one,

 民1:19 耶和华怎样吩咐摩西,他就怎样在西乃的旷野数点他们。

K 民1:19 As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

N 民1:19 as the LORD commanded Moses. And so he counted them in the Desert of Sinai:

 民1:20 以色列的长子,流便子孙的后代,照着家室、宗族、人名的数目,

K 民1:20 And the children of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:20 From the descendants of Reuben the firstborn son of Israel: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, one by one, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:21 从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,被数的男丁,共有四万六千五百名。

K 民1:21 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.

N 民1:21 The number from the tribe of Reuben was 46,500.

 民1:22 西缅子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:22 Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:22 From the descendants of Simeon: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were counted and listed by name, one by one, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:23 被数的男丁,共有五万九千三百名。

K 民1:23 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.

N 民1:23 The number from the tribe of Simeon was 59,300.

 民1:24 迦得子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:24 Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:24 From the descendants of Gad: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:25 被数的,共有四万五千六百五十名。

K 民1:25 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.

N 民1:25 The number from the tribe of Gad was 45,650.

 民1:26 犹大子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:26 Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:26 From the descendants of Judah: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:27 被数的,共有七万四千六百名。

K 民1:27 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.

N 民1:27 The number from the tribe of Judah was 74,600.

 民1:28 以萨迦子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:28 Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:28 From the descendants of Issachar: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:29 被数的,共有五万四千四百名。

K 民1:29 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.

N 民1:29 The number from the tribe of Issachar was 54,400.

 民1:30 西布伦子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:30 Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:30 From the descendants of Zebulun: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:31 被数的,共有五万七千四百名。

K 民1:31 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.

N 民1:31 The number from the tribe of Zebulun was 57,400.

 民1:32 约瑟子孙,属以法莲子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,

K 民1:32 Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:32 From the sons of Joseph: From the descendants of Ephraim: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:33 凡能出去打仗,被数的,共有四万零五百名。

K 民1:33 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.

N 民1:33 The number from the tribe of Ephraim was 40,500.

 民1:34 玛拿西子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:34 Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:34 From the descendants of Manasseh: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:35 被数的,共有三万二千二百名。

K 民1:35 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.

N 民1:35 The number from the tribe of Manasseh was 32,200.

 民1:36 便雅悯子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:36 Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:36 From the descendants of Benjamin: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:37 被数的,共有三万五千四百名。

K 民1:37 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.

N 民1:37 The number from the tribe of Benjamin was 35,400.

 民1:38 但子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:38 Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:38 From the descendants of Dan: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:39 被数的,共有六万二千七百名。

K 民1:39 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.

N 民1:39 The number from the tribe of Dan was 62,700.

 民1:40 亚设子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:40 Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:40 From the descendants of Asher: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:41 被数的,共有四万一千五百名。

K 民1:41 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.

N 民1:41 The number from the tribe of Asher was 41,500.

 民1:42 拿弗他利子孙的后代,照着家室,宗族,人名的数目,从二十岁以外,凡能出去打仗,

K 民1:42 Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

N 民1:42 From the descendants of Naphtali: All the men twenty years old or more who were able to serve in the army were listed by name, according to the records of their clans and families.

 民1:43 被数的,共有五万三千四百名。

K 民1:43 Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

N 民1:43 The number from the tribe of Naphtali was 53,400.

 民1:44 这些就是被数点的,是摩西、亚伦和以色列中十二个首领所数点的,这十二个人各作各宗族的代表。

K 民1:44 These are those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.

N 民1:44 These were the men counted by Moses and Aaron and the twelve leaders of Israel, each one representing his family.

 民1:45 这样凡以色列人中被数的,照着宗族从二十岁以外,能出去打仗,

K 民1:45 So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;

N 民1:45 All the Israelites twenty years old or more who were able to serve in Israel's army were counted according to their families.

 民1:46 被数的,共有六十万零三千五百五十名。

K 民1:46 Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

N 民1:46 The total number was 603,550.

 民1:47 利未人却没有按着支派数在其中,

K 民1:47 But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

N 民1:47 The families of the tribe of Levi, however, were not counted along with the others.

 民1:48 因为耶和华晓谕摩西说:

K 民1:48 For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying,

N 民1:48 The LORD had said to Moses:

 民1:49 “惟独利未支派你不可数点,也不可在以色列人中计算他们的总数。

K 民1:49 Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:

N 民1:49 "You must not count the tribe of Levi or include them in the census of the other Israelites.

 民1:50 只要派利未人管法柜的帐幕和其中的器具,并属乎帐幕的,他们要抬(“抬”或作“搬运”)帐幕和其中的器具,并要办理帐幕的事,在帐幕的四围安营。

K 民1:50 But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

N 民1:50 Instead, appoint the Levites to be in charge of the tabernacle of the Testimony--over all its furnishings and everything belonging to it. They are to carry the tabernacle and all its furnishings; they are to take care of it and encamp around it.

 民1:51 帐幕将往前行的时候,利未人要拆卸;将支搭的时候,利未人要竖起。近前来的外人必被治死。

K 民1:51 And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

N 民1:51 Whenever the tabernacle is to move, the Levites are to take it down, and whenever the tabernacle is to be set up, the Levites shall do it. Anyone else who goes near it shall be put to death.

 民1:52 以色列人支搭帐棚,要照他们的军队,各归本营,各归本纛。

K 民1:52 And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

N 民1:52 The Israelites are to set up their tents by divisions, each man in his own camp under his own standard.

 民1:53 但利未人要在法柜帐幕的四围安营,免得忿怒临到以色列会众;利未人并要谨守法柜的帐幕。”

K 民1:53 But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.

N 民1:53 The Levites, however, are to set up their tents around the tabernacle of the Testimony so that wrath will not fall on the Israelite community. The Levites are to be responsible for the care of the tabernacle of the Testimony."

 民1:54 以色列人就这样行。凡耶和华所吩咐摩西的,他们就照样行了。

K 民1:54 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.

N 民1:54 The Israelites did all this just as the LORD commanded Moses.
