门1:1 为基督耶稣被囚禁的保罗，和提摩太弟兄，写信给我们所爱的，又一同作工的腓利门，
门1:1 Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, to Philemon, our dear helper in the faith,
门1:2 和亚腓亚姊妹，并我们的战友亚基布，以及在你家里的教会。
门1:2 And to Apphia, our sister, and to Archippus, our brother in God's army, and to the church in your house:
门1:3 愿恩惠平安从我们的父 神和主耶稣基督临到你们。
门1:3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
门1:4 我听见你对主耶稣和众圣徒有爱心和信心，我每逢祷告提到你的时候，就常常感谢我的 神。
门1:4 I give praise to God at all times and make prayer for you,
门1:5 - - -
门1:5 Hearing of the love and the faith which you have to the Lord Jesus and to all the saints;
门1:6 愿你与众人分享你的信心的时候，会产生功效，使我们可以知道在我们中间的一切善事，都是为基督作的。
门1:6 That the faith which you have in common with them may be working with power, in the knowledge of every good thing in you, for Christ.
门1:7 弟兄啊，众圣徒的心既然从你得到舒畅，我也因你的爱心，得到更大的喜乐和安慰。
门1:7 For I had great joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been made strong again through you, brother.
门1:8 我在基督里虽然可以放胆吩咐你作应作的事，
门1:8 And so, though I might, in the name of Christ, give you orders to do what is right,
门1:9 然而像我这上了年纪的保罗，现在又是为基督耶稣被囚禁的，宁愿凭着爱心请求你，
门1:9 Still, because of love, in place of an order, I make a request to you, I, Paul, an old man and now a prisoner of Christ Jesus:
门1:10 就是为我在囚禁时所生的儿子欧尼西慕求你；
门1:10 My request is for my child Onesimus, the child of my chains,
门1:11 他从前对你没有什么好处，但现在对你我都有好处。
门1:11 Who in the past was of no profit to you, but now is of profit to you and to me:
门1:12 我现在打发他亲自回到你那里去；他是我所心爱的。
门1:12 Whom I have sent back to you, him who is my very heart:
门1:13 我本来想把他留在我这里，使他在我为福音被囚禁时，可以替你服事我。
门1:13 Though my desire was to keep him with me, to be my servant in the chains of the good news, in your place:
门1:14 但还没有得到你的同意，我就不愿意这样作，好叫你的善行不是出于勉强，而是出于甘心。
门1:14 But without your approval I would do nothing; so that your good works might not be forced, but done freely from your heart.
门1:15 也许他暂时离开你，正是为了使你永远得着他，
门1:15 For it is possible that for this reason he was parted from you for a time, so that you might have him for ever;
门1:16 不再是奴仆，而是高过奴仆，是亲爱的弟兄。对我固然是这样，对你来说，不论按肉身或在主内的关系，更是这样。
门1:16 No longer as a servant, but more than a servant, a brother, very dear to me specially, but much more to you, in the flesh as well as in the Lord.
门1:17 所以，你要是把我看作同伴，就接纳他好像接纳我一样。
门1:17 If then you take me to be your friend and brother, take him in as myself.
门1:18 如果他使你受了损失，或欠你什么，都记在我的帐上。
门1:18 If he has done you any wrong or is in debt to you for anything, put it to my account.
门1:19 “我必偿还”，这是我保罗亲手写的。用不着我说，甚至你的生命，你也是欠我的。
门1:19 I, Paul, writing this myself, say, I will make payment to you: and I do not say to you that you are in debt to me even for your life.
门1:20 所以弟兄啊！让我在主里得到你的帮助，使我的心在基督里得着畅快。
门1:20 So brother, let me have joy of you in the Lord: give new life to my heart in Christ.
门1:21 我深信你会听从，也知道你所作的必超过我所说的，因此才写信给你。
门1:21 Being certain that you will do my desire, I am writing to you, in the knowledge that you will do even more than I say.
门1:22 同时，还请你为我预备住的地方，因为我盼望借着你们的祷告，可以获得释放到你们那里去。
门1:22 And make a room ready for me; for I am hoping that through your prayers I will be given to you.
门1:23 为基督耶稣的缘故和我一同坐监的以巴弗，
门1:23 Epaphras, my brother-prisoner in Christ Jesus, sends you his love;
门1:24 以及我的同工马可、亚里达古、底马、路加都问候你。
门1:24 And so do Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, and Luke, my brother-workers.
门1:25 愿主耶稣基督的恩惠常与你们同在。（“与你们同在”原文作“与你们的心灵同在”；好些抄本在这书末有“阿们”一词。）
门1:25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. So be it.
