诗69:1 （大卫的诗，交与伶长，调用百合花。） 神啊，求你救我，因为众水要淹没我！
诗69:1 Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
诗69:2 我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地；我到了深水中，大水漫过我身。
诗69:2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
诗69:3 我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干；我因等候 神，眼睛失明。
诗69:3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
诗69:4 无故恨我的，比我头发还多；无理与我为仇、要把我剪除的，甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的，要叫我偿还。
诗69:4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
诗69:5 神啊，我的愚昧，你原知道；我的罪愆不能隐瞒。
诗69:5 O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.
诗69:6 万军的主耶和华啊，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞；以色列的 神啊，求你叫那寻求你的，不要因我受辱。
诗69:6 Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
诗69:7 因我为你的缘故受了辱骂，满面羞愧。
诗69:7 Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
诗69:8 我的弟兄看我为外路人，我的同胞看我为外邦人。
诗69:8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
诗69:9 因我为你的殿心里焦急，如同火烧，并且辱骂你人的辱骂都落在我身上。
诗69:9 For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
诗69:10 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，这倒算为我的羞辱。
诗69:10 When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.
诗69:11 我拿麻布当衣裳，就成了他们的笑谈。
诗69:11 I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.
诗69:12 坐在城门口的谈论我，酒徒也以我为歌曲。
诗69:12 They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.
诗69:13 但我在悦纳的时候，向你耶和华祈祷。 神啊，求你按你丰盛的慈爱，凭你拯救的诚实应允我。
诗69:13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
诗69:14 求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。
诗69:14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
诗69:15 求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。
诗69:15 Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
诗69:16 耶和华啊，求你应允我，因为你的慈爱本为美好；求你按你丰盛的慈悲，回转眷顾我。
诗69:16 Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
诗69:17 不要掩面不顾你的仆人，我是在急难之中，求你速速地应允我！
诗69:17 And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.
诗69:18 求你亲近我，救赎我，求你因我的仇敌把我赎回！
诗69:18 Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
诗69:19 你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌、羞辱，我的敌人都在你面前。
诗69:19 Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
诗69:20 辱骂伤破了我的心，我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤，却没有一个；我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。
诗69:20 Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
诗69:21 他们拿苦胆给我当食物；我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。
诗69:21 They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
诗69:22 愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候变为机槛。
诗69:22 Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
诗69:23 愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见；愿你使他们的腰常常战抖。
诗69:23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
诗69:24 求你将你的恼恨倒在他们身上；叫你的烈怒追上他们。
诗69:24 Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
诗69:25 愿他们的住处变为荒场；愿他们的帐棚无人居住。
诗69:25 Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.
诗69:26 因为你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。
诗69:26 For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.
诗69:27 愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。
诗69:27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
诗69:28 愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。
诗69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
诗69:29 但我是困苦忧伤的， 神啊，愿你的救恩将我安置在高处。
诗69:29 But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
诗69:30 我要以诗歌赞美 神的名，以感谢称他为大！
诗69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
诗69:31 这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。
诗69:31 This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
诗69:32 谦卑的人看见了就喜乐。寻求 神的人，愿你们的心苏醒。
诗69:32 The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.
诗69:33 因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。
诗69:33 For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
诗69:34 愿天和地、洋海和其中一切的动物都赞美他。
诗69:34 Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
诗69:35 因为 神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑。他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。
诗69:35 For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
诗69:36 他仆人的后裔要承受为业。爱他名的人也要住在其中。
诗69:36 The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
