和 多2:1 但你所讲的，总要合乎那纯正的道理。
K 多2:1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
N 多2:1 You must teach what is in accord with sound doctrine.
和 多2:2 劝老年人要有节制、端庄、自守，在信心、爱心、忍耐上都要纯全无疵。
K 多2:2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
N 多2:2 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance.
和 多2:3 又劝老年妇人，举止行动要恭敬，不说谗言，不给酒作奴仆，用善道教训人，
K 多2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
N 多2:3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.
和 多2:4 好指教少年妇人爱丈夫，爱儿女，
K 多2:4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
N 多2:4 Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children,
和 多2:5 谨守，贞洁，料理家务，待人有恩，顺服自己的丈夫，免得 神的道理被毁谤。
K 多2:5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
N 多2:5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
和 多2:6 又劝少年人要谨守。
K 多2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
N 多2:6 Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled.
和 多2:7 你自己凡事要显出善行的榜样，在教训上要正直端庄，
K 多2:7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
N 多2:7 In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness
和 多2:8 言语纯全，无可指责，叫那反对的人，既无处可说我们的不是，便自觉羞愧。
K 多2:8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
N 多2:8 and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.
和 多2:9 劝仆人要顺服自己的主人，凡事讨他的喜欢，不可顶撞他，
K 多2:9 Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
N 多2:9 Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them,
和 多2:10 不可私拿东西，要显为忠诚，以致凡事尊荣我们救主 神的道。
K 多2:10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
N 多2:10 and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.
和 多2:11 因为 神救众人的恩典已经显明出来，
K 多2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
N 多2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.
和 多2:12 教训我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日，
K 多2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
N 多2:12 It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,
和 多2:13 等候所盼望的福，并等候至大的 神和（或作无“和”字）我们救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。
K 多2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
N 多2:13 while we wait for the blessed hope--the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,
和 多2:14 他为我们舍了自己，要赎我们脱离一切罪恶，又洁净我们，特作自己的子民，热心为善。
K 多2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
N 多2:14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
和 多2:15 这些事你要讲明，劝戒人，用各等权柄责备人，不可叫人轻看你。
K 多2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
N 多2:15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
