和 摩1:1 当犹大王乌西雅，以色列王约阿施的儿子耶罗波安在位的时候，大地震前二年，提哥亚牧人中的阿摩司得默示论以色列。
K 摩1:1 The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.
N 摩1:1 The words of Amos, one of the shepherds of Tekoa--what he saw concerning Israel two years before the earthquake, when Uzziah was king of Judah and Jeroboam son of Jehoash was king of Israel.
和 摩1:2 他说：“耶和华必从锡安吼叫，从耶路撒冷发声；牧人的草场要悲哀，迦密的山顶要枯干。”
K 摩1:2 And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.
N 摩1:2 He said: "The LORD roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up, and the top of Carmel withers."
和 摩1:3 耶和华如此说：“大马色三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚；因为她以打粮食的铁器打过基列。
K 摩1:3 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:
N 摩1:3 This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Damascus, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because she threshed Gilead with sledges having iron teeth,
和 摩1:4 我却要降火在哈薛的家中，烧灭便哈达的宫殿。
K 摩1:4 But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad.
N 摩1:4 I will send fire upon the house of Hazael that will consume the fortresses of Ben-Hadad.
和 摩1:5 我必折断大马色的门闩，剪除亚文平原的居民和伯伊甸掌权的。亚兰人必被掳到吉珥。”这是耶和华说的。
K 摩1:5 I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.
N 摩1:5 I will break down the gate of Damascus; I will destroy the king who is in the Valley of Aven and the one who holds the scepter in Beth Eden. The people of Aram will go into exile to Kir," says the LORD.
和 摩1:6 耶和华如此说：“迦萨三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚；因为她掳掠众民交给以东。
K 摩1:6 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:
N 摩1:6 This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Gaza, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because she took captive whole communities and sold them to Edom,
和 摩1:7 我却要降火在迦萨的城内，烧灭其中的宫殿。
K 摩1:7 But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:
N 摩1:7 I will send fire upon the walls of Gaza that will consume her fortresses.
和 摩1:8 我必剪除亚实突的居民和亚实基伦掌权的，也必反手攻击以革伦。非利士人所余剩的必都灭亡。”这是主耶和华说的。
K 摩1:8 And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.
N 摩1:8 I will destroy the king of Ashdod and the one who holds the scepter in Ashkelon. I will turn my hand against Ekron, till the last of the Philistines is dead," says the Sovereign LORD.
和 摩1:9 耶和华如此说：“推罗三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚；因为她将众民交给以东，并不记念弟兄的盟约。
K 摩1:9 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:
N 摩1:9 This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Tyre, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because she sold whole communities of captives to Edom, disregarding a treaty of brotherhood,
和 摩1:10 我却要降火在推罗的城内，烧灭其中的宫殿。”
K 摩1:10 But I will send a fire on the wall of Tyrus, which shall devour the palaces thereof.
N 摩1:10 I will send fire upon the walls of Tyre that will consume her fortresses."
和 摩1:11 耶和华如此说：“以东三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚；因为她拿刀追赶兄弟，毫无怜悯，发怒撕裂，永怀忿怒。
K 摩1:11 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:
N 摩1:11 This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Edom, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because he pursued his brother with a sword, stifling all compassion, because his anger raged continually and his fury flamed unchecked,
和 摩1:12 我却要降火在提幔，烧灭波斯拉的宫殿。”
K 摩1:12 But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.
N 摩1:12 I will send fire upon Teman that will consume the fortresses of Bozrah."
和 摩1:13 耶和华如此说：“亚扪人三番四次地犯罪，我必不免去他们的刑罚；因为他们剖开基列的孕妇，扩张自己的境界。
K 摩1:13 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border:
N 摩1:13 This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Ammon, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because he ripped open the pregnant women of Gilead in order to extend his borders,
和 摩1:14 我却要在争战呐喊的日子，旋风狂暴的时候，点火在拉巴的城内，烧灭其中的宫殿。
K 摩1:14 But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:
N 摩1:14 I will set fire to the walls of Rabbah that will consume her fortresses amid war cries on the day of battle, amid violent winds on a stormy day.
和 摩1:15 他们的王和首领必一同被掳去。”这是耶和华说的。
K 摩1:15 And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, saith the LORD.
N 摩1:15 Her king will go into exile, he and his officials together," says the LORD.
