N 太21:21 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done.

N 太21:31 "Which of the two did what his father wanted?" "The first," they answered. Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you.

21:32 For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.

N 太21:32 For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.

K 太21:33 Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

N 太21:33 "Listen to another parable: There was a landowner who planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and went away on a journey.

21:34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.

N 太21:34 When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit.

K 太21:35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.

N 太21:35 "The tenants seized his servants; they beat one, killed another, and stoned a third.

21:36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

N 太21:36 Then he sent other servants to them, more than the first time, and the tenants treated them the same way.

21:37 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

N 太21:37 Last of all, he sent his son to them. 'They will respect my son,' he said.

21:38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.

N 太21:38 "But when the tenants saw the son, they said to each other, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him and take his inheritance.'

K 太21:39 And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

N 太21:39 So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.

K 太21:40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?

K 太21:41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

N 太21:41 "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end," they replied, "and he will rent the vineyard to other tenants, who will give him his share of the crop at harvest time."

21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

N 太21:42 Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: "'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?

21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

N 太21:43 "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.

K 太21:44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

N 太21:44 He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed."

21:45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

N 太21:45 When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus' parables, they knew he was talking about them.

21:46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.

N 太21:46 They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd because the people held that he was a prophet.
