和 约7:1 这事以后，耶稣在加利利游行，不愿在犹太游行，因为犹太人想要杀他。
K 约7:1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.
N 约7:1 After this, Jesus went around in Galilee, purposely staying away from Judea because the Jews there were waiting to take his life.
和 约7:2 当时，犹太人的住棚节近了，
K 约7:2 Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.
N 约7:2 But when the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles was near,
和 约7:3 耶稣的弟兄就对他说：“你离开这里上犹太去吧！叫你的门徒也看见你所行的事。
K 约7:3 His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.
N 约7:3 Jesus' brothers said to him, "You ought to leave here and go to Judea, so that your disciples may see the miracles you do.
和 约7:4 人要显扬名声，没有在暗处行事的，你如果行这些事，就当将自己显明给世人看。”
K 约7:4 For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
N 约7:4 No one who wants to become a public figure acts in secret. Since you are doing these things, show yourself to the world."
和 约7:5 因为连他的弟兄说这话，是因为不信他。
K 约7:5 For neither did his brethren believe in him.
N 约7:5 For even his own brothers did not believe in him.
和 约7:6 耶稣就对他们说:“我的时候还没有到，你们的时候常是方便的。
K 约7:6 Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
N 约7:6 Therefore Jesus told them, "The right time for me has not yet come; for you any time is right.
和 约7:7 世人不能恨你们，却是恨我，因为我指证他们所做的事是恶的。
K 约7:7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
N 约7:7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that what it does is evil.
和 约7:8 你们上去过节吧！我现在不上去过这节，因为我的时候还没有满。”
K 约7:8 Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.
N 约7:8 You go to the Feast. I am not yet going up to this Feast, because for me the right time has not yet come."
和 约7:9 耶稣说了这话，仍旧住在加利利。
K 约7:9 When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
N 约7:9 Having said this, he stayed in Galilee.
和 约7:10 但他弟兄上去以后，他也上去过节，不是明去，似乎是暗去的。
K 约7:10 But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
N 约7:10 However, after his brothers had left for the Feast, he went also, not publicly, but in secret.
和 约7:11 正在节期，犹太人寻找耶稣说：“他在哪里？”
K 约7:11 Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
N 约7:11 Now at the Feast the Jews were watching for him and asking, "Where is that man?"
和 约7:12 众人为他纷纷议论，有的说：“他是好人。”有的说：“不然，他是迷惑众人的。”
K 约7:12 And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.
N 约7:12 Among the crowds there was widespread whispering about him. Some said, "He is a good man." Others replied, "No, he deceives the people."
和 约7:13 只是没有人明明地讲论他，因为怕犹太人。
K 约7:13 Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
N 约7:13 But no one would say anything publicly about him for fear of the Jews.
和 约7:14 到了节期，耶稣上殿里去教训人。
K 约7:14 Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
N 约7:14 Not until halfway through the Feast did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach.
和 约7:15 犹太人就希奇说：“这个人没有学过，怎么明白书呢？”
K 约7:15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
N 约7:15 The Jews were amazed and asked, "How did this man get such learning without having studied?"
和 约7:16 耶稣说：“我的教训不是我自己的，乃是那差我来者的。
K 约7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
N 约7:16 Jesus answered, "My teaching is not my own. It comes from him who sent me.
和 约7:17 人若立志遵着他的旨意行，就必晓得这教训或是出于 神，或是我凭着自己说的。
K 约7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
N 约7:17 If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
和 约7:18 人凭着自己说，是求自己的荣耀；惟有求那差他来者的荣耀，这人是真的，在他心里没有不义。
K 约7:18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
N 约7:18 He who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.
和 约7:19 摩西岂不是传律法给你们吗？你们却没有一个人守律法。为什么想要杀我呢？”
K 约7:19 Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?
N 约7:19 Has not Moses given you the law? Yet not one of you keeps the law. Why are you trying to kill me?"
和 约7:20 众人回答说：“你是被鬼附着了！谁想要杀你？”
K 约7:20 The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?
N 约7:20 "You are demon-possessed," the crowd answered. "Who is trying to kill you?"
和 约7:21 耶稣说：“我做了一件事，你们都以为希奇。
K 约7:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel.
N 约7:21 Jesus said to them, "I did one miracle, and you are all astonished.
和 约7:22 摩西传割礼给你们（其实不是从摩西起的，乃是从祖先起的），因此你们也在安息日给人行割礼。
K 约7:22 Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.
N 约7:22 Yet, because Moses gave you circumcision (though actually it did not come from Moses, but from the patriarchs), you circumcise a child on the Sabbath.
和 约7:23 人若在安息日受割礼，免得违背摩西的律法，我在安息日叫一个人全然好了，你们就向我生气吗？
K 约7:23 If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?
N 约7:23 Now if a child can be circumcised on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me for healing the whole man on the Sabbath?
和 约7:24 不可按外貌断定是非，总要按公平断定是非。”
K 约7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
N 约7:24 Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment."
和 约7:25 耶路撒冷人中有的说：“这不是他们想要杀的人吗？
K 约7:25 Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom they seek to kill?
N 约7:25 At that point some of the people of Jerusalem began to ask, "Isn't this the man they are trying to kill?
和 约7:26 你看他还明明地讲道，他们也不向他说什么，难道官长真知道这是基督吗？
K 约7:26 But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ?
N 约7:26 Here he is, speaking publicly, and they are not saying a word to him. Have the authorities really concluded that he is the Christ?
和 约7:27 然而我们知道这个人从哪里来；只是基督来的时候，没有人知道他从哪里来。”
K 约7:27 Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is.
N 约7:27 But we know where this man is from; when the Christ comes, no one will know where he is from."
和 约7:28 那时，耶稣在殿里教训人，大声说：“你们也知道我，也知道我从哪里来；我来并不是由于自己，但那差我来的是真的。你们不认识他，
K 约7:28 Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
N 约7:28 Then Jesus, still teaching in the temple courts, cried out, "Yes, you know me, and you know where I am from. I am not here on my own, but he who sent me is true. You do not know him,
和 约7:29 我却认识他，因为我是从他来的，他也是差了我来。”
K 约7:29 But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.
N 约7:29 but I know him because I am from him and he sent me."
和 约7:30 他们就想要捉拿耶稣，只是没有人下手，因为他的时候还没有到。
K 约7:30 Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.
N 约7:30 At this they tried to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him, because his time had not yet come.
和 约7:31 但众人中间有好些信他的，说：“基督来的时候，他所行的神迹岂能比这人所行的更多吗？”
K 约7:31 And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done?
N 约7:31 Still, many in the crowd put their faith in him. They said, "When the Christ comes, will he do more miraculous signs than this man?"
和 约7:32 法利赛人听见众人为耶稣这样纷纷议论，祭司长和法利赛人就打发差役去捉拿他。
K 约7:32 The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him.
N 约7:32 The Pharisees heard the crowd whispering such things about him. Then the chief priests and the Pharisees sent temple guards to arrest him.
和 约7:33 于是耶稣说：“我还有不多的时候和你们同在，以后就回到差我来的那里去。
K 约7:33 Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.
N 约7:33 Jesus said, "I am with you for only a short time, and then I go to the one who sent me.
和 约7:34 你们要找我，却找不着；我所在的地方，你们不能到。”
K 约7:34 Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come.
N 约7:34 You will look for me, but you will not find me; and where I am, you cannot come."
和 约7:35 犹太人就彼此对问说：“这人要往哪里去，叫我们找不着呢？难道他要往散住希利尼中的犹太人那里去教训希利尼人吗？
K 约7:35 Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?
N 约7:35 The Jews said to one another, "Where does this man intend to go that we cannot find him? Will he go where our people live scattered among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?
和 约7:36 他说‘你们要找我，却找不着；我所在的地方，你们不能到’，这话是什么意思呢？”
K 约7:36 What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come?
N 约7:36 What did he mean when he said, 'You will look for me, but you will not find me,' and'Where I am, you cannot come'?"
和 约7:37 节期的末日，就是最大之日，耶稣站着高声说：“人若渴了，可以到我这里来喝！
K 约7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
N 约7:37 On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.
和 约7:38 信我的人，就如经上所说：‘从他腹中要流出活水的江河来。’”
K 约7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
N 约7:38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."
和 约7:39 耶稣这话是指着信他之人要受圣灵说的。那时还没有赐下圣灵来，因为耶稣尚未得着荣耀。
K 约7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
N 约7:39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
和 约7:40 众人听见这话，有的说：“这真是那先知。”
K 约7:40 Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.
N 约7:40 On hearing his words, some of the people said, "Surely this man is the Prophet."
和 约7:41 有的说：“这是基督。”但也有的说：“基督岂是从加利利出来的吗？
K 约7:41 Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?
N 约7:41 Others said, "He is the Christ." Still others asked, "How can the Christ come from Galilee?
和 约7:42 经上岂不是说‘基督是大卫的后裔，从大卫本乡伯利恒出来的’吗？”
K 约7:42 Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?
N 约7:42 Does not the Scripture say that the Christ will come from David's family and from Bethlehem, the town where David lived?"
和 约7:43 于是众人因着耶稣起了纷争。
K 约7:43 So there was a division among the people because of him.
N 约7:43 Thus the people were divided because of Jesus.
和 约7:44 其中有人要捉拿他，只是无人下手。
K 约7:44 And some of them would have taken him; but no man laid hands on him.
N 约7:44 Some wanted to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him.
和 约7:45 差役回到祭司长和法利赛人那里，他们对差役说：“你们为什么没有带他来呢？”
K 约7:45 Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?
N 约7:45 Finally the temple guards went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who asked them, "Why didn't you bring him in?"
和 约7:46 差役回答说：“从来没有像他这样说话的。”
K 约7:46 The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.
N 约7:46 "No one ever spoke the way this man does," the guards declared.
和 约7:47 法利赛人说：“你们也受了迷惑吗？
K 约7:47 Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?
N 约7:47 "You mean he has deceived you also?" the Pharisees retorted.
和 约7:48 官长或是法利赛人岂有信他的呢？
K 约7:48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
N 约7:48 "Has any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed in him?
和 约7:49 但这些不明白律法的百姓是被咒诅的。”
K 约7:49 But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed.
N 约7:49 No! But this mob that knows nothing of the law--there is a curse on them."
和 约7:50 内中有尼哥底母，就是从前去见耶稣的，对他们说：
K 约7:50 Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,)
N 约7:50 Nicodemus, who had gone to Jesus earlier and who was one of their own number, asked,
和 约7:51 “不先听本人的口供，不知道他所做的事，难道我们的律法还定他的罪吗？”
K 约7:51 Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?
N 约7:51 "Does our law condemn anyone without first hearing him to find out what he is doing?"
和 约7:52 他们回答说：“你也是出于加利利吗？你且去查考，就可知道加利利没有出过先知。”
K 约7:52 They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.7:53And every man went unto his own house.
N 约7:52 They replied, "Are you from Galilee, too? Look into it, and you will find that a prophet does not come out of Galilee." The earliest and most reliable manuscripts and other ancient witnesses do not have John 7:53-8:11.7:53 Then each went to his own home.
