和 申8:1 我今日所吩咐的一切诫命，你们要谨守遵行，好叫你们存活，人数增多，且进去得耶和华向你们列祖起誓应许的那地。
K 申8:1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.
N 申8:1 Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and possess the land that the LORD promised on oath to your forefathers.
和 申8:2 你也要记念耶和华你的 神在旷野引导你这四十年，是要苦炼你、试验你，要知道你心内如何，肯守他的诫命不肯。
K 申8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
N 申8:2 Remember how the LORD your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands.
和 申8:3 他苦炼你，任你饥饿，将你和你列祖所不认识的吗哪赐给你吃，使你知道人活着不是单靠食物，乃是靠耶和华口里所出的一切话。
K 申8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.
N 申8:3 He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.
和 申8:4 这四十年，你的衣服没有穿破，你的脚也没有肿。
K 申8:4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.
N 申8:4 Your clothes did not wear out and your feet did not swell during these forty years.
和 申8:5 你当心里思想，耶和华你 神管教你，好像人管教儿子一样。
K 申8:5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.
N 申8:5 Know then in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the LORD your God disciplines you.
和 申8:6 你要谨守耶和华你 神的诫命，遵行他的道，敬畏他，
K 申8:6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
N 申8:6 Observe the commands of the LORD your God, walking in his ways and revering him.
和 申8:7 因为耶和华你 神领你进入美地，那地有河、有泉、有源，从山谷中流出水来；
K 申8:7 For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
N 申8:7 For the LORD your God is bringing you into a good land--a land with streams and pools of water, with springs flowing in the valleys and hills;
和 申8:8 那地有小麦、大麦、葡萄树、无花果树、石榴树、橄榄树和蜜。
K 申8:8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
N 申8:8 a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey;
和 申8:9 你在那地不缺食物，一无所缺。那地的石头是铁，山内可以挖铜。
K 申8:9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
N 申8:9 a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills.
和 申8:10 你吃得饱足，就要称颂耶和华你的 神，因他将那美地赐给你了。
K 申8:10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
N 申8:10 When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the LORD your God for the good land he has given you.
和 申8:11 你要谨慎，免得忘记耶和华你的 神，不守他的诫命、典章、律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的。
K 申8:11 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:
N 申8:11 Be careful that you do not forget the LORD your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day.
和 申8:12 恐怕你吃得饱足，建造美好的房屋居住，
K 申8:12 Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
N 申8:12 Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down,
和 申8:13 你的牛羊加多，你的金银增添，并你所有的全都加增，
K 申8:13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
N 申8:13 and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied,
和 申8:14 你就心高气傲，忘记耶和华你的 神，就是将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来的，
K 申8:14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
N 申8:14 then your heart will become proud and you will forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
和 申8:15 引你经过那大而可怕的旷野，那里有火蛇、蝎子、干旱无水之地。他曾为你使水从坚硬的磐石中流出来，
K 申8:15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
N 申8:15 He led you through the vast and dreadful desert, that thirsty and waterless land, with its venomous snakes and scorpions. He brought you water out of hard rock.
和 申8:16 又在旷野将你列祖所不认识的吗哪赐给你吃，是要苦炼你、试验你，叫你终久享福。
K 申8:16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;
N 申8:16 He gave you manna to eat in the desert, something your fathers had never known, to humble and to test you so that in the end it might go well with you.
和 申8:17 恐怕你心里说：‘这货财是我力量、我能力得来的。’
K 申8:17 And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
N 申8:17 You may say to yourself, "My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me."
和 申8:18 你要记念耶和华你的 神，因为得货财的力量是他给你的，为要坚定他向你列祖起誓所立的约，像今日一样。
K 申8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
N 申8:18 But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.
和 申8:19 你若忘记耶和华你的 神，随从别 神，事奉敬拜，你们必定灭亡。这是我今日警戒你们的。
K 申8:19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
N 申8:19 If you ever forget the LORD your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed.
和 申8:20 耶和华在你们面前怎样使列国的民灭亡，你们也必照样灭亡，因为你们不听从耶和华你们 神的话。
K 申8:20 As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.
N 申8:20 Like the nations the LORD destroyed before you, so you will be destroyed for not obeying the LORD your God.
