申命记第14章

 申14:1 你们是耶和华你们 神的儿女。不可为死人用刀划身,也不可将额上剃光,

K 申14:1 Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

N 申14:1 You are the children of the LORD your God. Do not cut yourselves or shave the front of your heads for the dead,

 申14:2 因为你归耶和华你 神为圣洁的民,耶和华从地上的万民中,拣选你特作自己的子民。

K 申14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

N 申14:2 for you are a people holy to the LORD your God. Out of all the peoples on the face of the earth, the LORD has chosen you to be his treasured possession.

 申14:3 凡可憎的物都不可吃。

K 申14:3 Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.

N 申14:3 Do not eat any detestable thing.

 申14:4 可吃的牲畜就是牛、绵羊、山羊、

K 申14:4 These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,

N 申14:4 These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,

 申14:5 鹿、羚羊、狍子、野山羊、麋鹿、黄羊、青羊;

K 申14:5 The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.

N 申14:5 the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope and the mountain sheep.

 申14:6 凡分蹄成为两瓣又倒嚼的走兽,你们都可以吃。

K 申14:6 And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.

N 申14:6 You may eat any animal that has a split hoof divided in two and that chews the cud.

 申14:7 但那些倒嚼,或是分蹄之中不可吃的,乃是骆驼、兔子、沙番,因为是倒嚼不分蹄,就与你们不洁净;

K 申14:7 Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.

N 申14:7 However, of those that chew the cud or that have a split hoof completely divided you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the coney. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you.

 申14:8 猪,因为是分蹄却不倒嚼,就与你们不洁净。这些兽的肉你们不可吃,死的也不可摸。

K 申14:8 And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.

N 申14:8 The pig is also unclean; although it has a split hoof, it does not chew the cud. You are not to eat their meat or touch their carcasses.

 申14:9 水中可吃的乃是这些:凡有翅有鳞的都可以吃;

K 申14:9 These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:

N 申14:9 Of all the creatures living in the water, you may eat any that has fins and scales.

 申14:10 凡无翅无鳞的都不可吃,是与你们不洁净。

K 申14:10 And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

N 申14:10 But anything that does not have fins and scales you may not eat; for you it is unclean.

 申14:11 凡洁净的鸟,你们都可以吃;

K 申14:11 Of all clean birds ye shall eat.

N 申14:11 You may eat any clean bird.

 申14:12 不可吃的乃是雕、狗头雕、红头雕、

K 申14:12 But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

N 申14:12 But these you may not eat: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture,

 申14:13 鹯、小鹰,鹞鹰与其类,

K 申14:13 And the glede, and the kite, and the vulture after his kind,

N 申14:13 the red kite, the black kite, any kind of falcon,

 申14:14 乌鸦与其类,

K 申14:14 And every raven after his kind,

N 申14:14 any kind of raven,

 申14:15 鸵鸟、夜鹰、鱼鹰、鹰与其类,

K 申14:15 And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,

N 申14:15 the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk,

 申14:16 鸮鸟、猫头鹰、角鸱、

K 申14:16 The little owl, and the great owl, and the swan,

N 申14:16 the little owl, the great owl, the white owl,

 申14:17 鹈鹕、秃雕、鸬鹚、

K 申14:17 And the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the cormorant,

N 申14:17 the desert owl, the osprey, the cormorant,

 申14:18 鹳、鹭鸶与其类,戴胜与蝙蝠。

K 申14:18 And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.

N 申14:18 the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.

 申14:19 凡有翅膀爬行的物,是与你们不洁净,都不可吃。

K 申14:19 And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.

N 申14:19 All flying insects that swarm are unclean to you; do not eat them.

 申14:20 凡洁净的鸟,你们都可以吃。

K 申14:20 But of all clean fowls ye may eat.

N 申14:20 But any winged creature that is clean you may eat.

 申14:21 凡自死的,你们都不可吃,可以给你城里寄居的吃,或卖与外人吃,因为你是归耶和华你 神为圣洁的民。不可用山羊羔母的奶煮山羊羔。

K 申14:21 Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

N 申14:21 Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to an alien living in any of your towns, and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner. But you are a people holy to the LORD your God. Do not cook a young goat in its mother's milk.

 申14:22 你要把你撒种所产的,就是你田地每年所出的,十分取一分;

K 申14:22 Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.

N 申14:22 Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year.

 申14:23 又要把你的五谷、新酒和油的十分之一,并牛群羊群中头生的,吃在耶和华你 神面前,就是他所选择要立为他名的居所。这样,你可以学习时常敬畏耶和华你的 神。

K 申14:23 And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.

N 申14:23 Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the LORD your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the LORD your God always.

 申14:24 当耶和华你 神赐福与你的时候,耶和华你 神所选择要立为他名的地方,若离你太远,那路也太长,使你不能把这物带到那里去,

K 申14:24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:

N 申14:24 But if that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the LORD your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the LORD will choose to put his Name is so far away),

 申14:25 你就可以换成银子,将银子包起来拿在手中,往耶和华你 神所要选择的地方去。

K 申14:25 Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:

N 申14:25 then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the LORD your God will choose.

 申14:26 你用这银子,随心所欲,或买牛羊,或买清酒浓酒,凡你心所想的都可以买。你和你的家属,在耶和华你 神的面前吃喝快乐。

K 申14:26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

N 申14:26 Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the LORD your God and rejoice.

 申14:27 住在你城里的利未人,你不可丢弃他,因为他在你们中间无分无业。

K 申14:27 And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.

N 申14:27 And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.

 申14:28 每逢三年的末一年,你要将本年的土产十分之一都取出来,积存在你的城中。

K 申14:28 At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:

N 申14:28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year's produce and store it in your towns,

 申14:29 在你城里无分无业的利未人,和你城里寄居的,并孤儿寡妇,都可以来,吃得饱足。这样,耶和华你的 神必在你手里所办的一切事上,赐福与你。

K 申14:29 And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

N 申14:29 so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the aliens, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
