玛4:1 万军之耶和华说：“看哪！那日来到，像烧着的火炉一样；骄傲的和作恶的，都必成为碎秸；那要来的日子，必把他们烧尽，不给他们留下一根一枝。
玛4:1 For see, the day is coming, it is burning like an oven; all the men of pride and all who do evil will be dry stems of grass: and in the day which is coming they will be burned up, says the Lord of armies, till they have not a root or a branch.
玛4:2 可是，对你们敬畏我名的人，必有公义的太阳升起来；它的光线有医治的功能；你们必出来跳跃，像栏里的肥牛犊。”
玛4:2 But to you who give worship to my name, the sun of righteousness will come up with new life in its wings; and you will go out, playing like young oxen full of food.
玛4:3 万军之耶和华说：“你们必践踏恶人；在我施行作为的日子，他们必在你们脚掌之下成为尘土。
玛4:3 And the evil-doers will be crushed under you, they will be dust under your feet, in the day when I do my work, says the Lord of armies.
玛4:4 “你们要谨记我仆人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山为以色列众人所吩咐他的律例和典章。
玛4:4 Keep in mind the law of Moses, my servant, which I gave him in Horeb for all Israel, even the rules and the decisions.
玛4:5 “看哪！在耶和华大而可畏的日子来到以先，我必差派以利亚先知到你们那里去。
玛4:5 See, I am sending you Elijah the prophet before the day of the Lord comes, that great day, greatly to be feared.
玛4:6 他要使父亲的心转向儿女，儿女的心转向父亲，免得我来击打这地，以至完全毁灭。”（本章第1~6节在《马索拉抄本》为3:19~24）
玛4:6 And by him the hearts of fathers will be turned to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers; for fear that I may come and put the earth under a curse.
