哀3:1 我是在耶和华忿怒的杖下受过苦的人。
哀3:1 I am the man who has seen trouble by the rod of his wrath.
哀3:2 他领我，使我行在黑暗中，不行在光明里。
哀3:2 By him I have been made to go in the dark where there is no light.
哀3:3 他真是终日不停地反手攻击我。
哀3:3 Truly against me his hand has been turned again and again all the day.
哀3:4 他使我的肌肤衰残，折断我的骨头。
哀3:4 My flesh and my skin have been used up by him and my bones broken.
哀3:5 他筑垒围困我，使毒害和艰难环绕我。
哀3:5 He has put up a wall against me, shutting me in with bitter sorrow.
哀3:6 他使我住在黑暗之处，好像死了许久的人一样。
哀3:6 He has kept me in dark places, like those who have been long dead.
哀3:7 他筑墙围住我，使我不能逃出去；他又加重我的钢炼。
哀3:7 He has put a wall round me, so that I am not able to go out; he has made great the weight of my chain.
哀3:8 甚至我哀求呼救的时候，他也掩耳不听我的祷告。
哀3:8 Even when I send up a cry for help, he keeps my prayer shut out.
哀3:9 他用砍凿好的石头堵塞我的道路，他使我的路径曲折。
哀3:9 He has put up a wall of cut stones about my ways, he has made my roads twisted.
哀3:10 他像熊埋伏着，又像狮子在藏匿的地方，等候攻击我。
哀3:10 He is like a bear waiting for me, like a lion in secret places.
哀3:11 他把我拖离大路，把我撕碎，弃我于荒野。
哀3:11 By him my ways have been turned on one side and I have been pulled in bits; he has made me waste.
哀3:12 他拉开了他的弓，立我作箭靶子。
哀3:12 With his bow bent, he has made me the mark for his arrows.
哀3:13 他把他箭囊中的箭，射进我的肺腑。
哀3:13 He has let loose his arrows into the inmost parts of my body.
哀3:14 我成了众民讥笑的对象，他们终日以我为歌嘲讽我。
哀3:14 I have become the sport of all the peoples; I am their song all the day.
哀3:15 他使我饱尝苦菜，饱享苦堇。
哀3:15 He has made my life nothing but pain, he has given me the bitter root in full measure.
哀3:16 他用沙石使我的牙齿破碎，把我践踏在灰尘中。
哀3:16 By him my teeth have been broken with crushed stones, and I am bent low in the dust.
哀3:17 你使我失去了平安，我已忘记了福乐是什么。
哀3:17 My soul is sent far away from peace, I have no more memory of good.
哀3:18 所以我说：“我的力量已消失了，我从耶和华所得的盼望也没有了。”
哀3:18 And I said, My strength is cut off, and my hope from the Lord.
哀3:19 回忆起我的困苦飘流，就像是苦堇和毒草。
哀3:19 Keep in mind my trouble and my wandering, the bitter root and the poison.
哀3:20 每逢我的心想起往事，我的心就消沉。
哀3:20 My soul still keeps the memory of them; and is bent down in me.
哀3:21 但我的心一想起下面这件事，我就有指望。
哀3:21 This I keep in mind, and because of this I have hope.
哀3:22 耶和华的慈爱永不断绝，他的怜悯永不止息。
哀3:22 It is through the Lord's love that we have not come to destruction, because his mercies have no limit.
哀3:23 每天早晨都是新的；你的信实多么广大！
哀3:23 They are new every morning; great is your good faith.
哀3:24 我心里说：“耶和华是我的业分，所以，我必仰望他。”
哀3:24 I said to myself, The Lord is my heritage; and because of this I will have hope in him.
哀3:25 耶和华善待等候他的和心里寻求他的人。
哀3:25 The Lord is good to those who are waiting for him, to the soul which is looking for him.
哀3:26 安静等候耶和华的救恩，是多么的美好！
哀3:26 It is good to go on hoping and quietly waiting for the salvation of the Lord.
哀3:27 人在幼年时就负轭，是多么的美好！
哀3:27 It is good for a man to undergo the yoke when he is young.
哀3:28 他要无言独坐，因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。
哀3:28 Let him be seated by himself, saying nothing, because he has put it on him.
哀3:29 他要把自己的口埋于尘土中，或者还有盼望。
哀3:29 Let him put his mouth in the dust, if by chance there may be hope.
哀3:30 他要让人打他的脸颊，要饱受凌辱。
哀3:30 Let his face be turned to him who gives him blows; let him be full of shame.
哀3:31 主必不会永远丢弃人。
哀3:31 For the Lord does not give a man up for ever.
哀3:32 他虽然使人忧愁，却必照着他丰盛的慈爱施怜悯。
哀3:32 For though he sends grief, still he will have pity in the full measure of his love.
哀3:33 因为他心里本不是要人受困苦，或是要世人愁苦。
哀3:33 For he has no pleasure in troubling and causing grief to the children of men.
哀3:34 人把地上所有被囚的，都践踏在脚下，
哀3:34 In a man's crushing under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
哀3:35 或在至高者面前，屈枉正直，
哀3:35 In his turning away the right of a man before the face of the Most High.
哀3:36 或在诉讼的事上颠倒是非，主不都看见吗？
哀3:36 In his doing wrong to a man in his cause, the Lord has no pleasure.
哀3:37 除非主命定，谁能说成，就成了呢？
哀3:37 Who is able to say a thing, and give effect to it, if it has not been ordered by the Lord?
哀3:38 或祸或福，不都是出于至高者的口吗？
哀3:38 Do not evil and good come from the mouth of the Most High?
哀3:39 人活在世上，因自己的罪受惩罚，为什么发怨言呢？
哀3:39 What protest may a living man make, even a man about the punishment of his sin?
哀3:40 我们要检讨和省察自己的行为，然后归向耶和华。
哀3:40 Let us make search and put our ways to the test, turning again to the Lord;
哀3:41 我们要向天上的 神，诚心举手祷告：
哀3:41 Lifting up our hearts with our hands to God in the heavens.
哀3:42 “我们犯罪悖逆，你并不赦免。
哀3:42 We have done wrong and gone against your law; we have not had your forgiveness.
哀3:43 你被怒气笼罩着，你追赶我们，杀戮我们，毫不顾惜。
哀3:43 Covering yourself with wrath you have gone after us, cutting us off without pity;
哀3:44 你用密云把自己遮蔽起来，以致我们的祷告不能达到你那里。
哀3:44 Covering yourself with a cloud, so that prayer may not get through.
哀3:45 你使我们在万族中，成了渣滓和废物。
哀3:45 You have made us like waste and that for which there is no use, among the peoples.
哀3:46 我们所有的仇敌，都张开口攻击我们。
哀3:46 The mouths of all our haters are open wide against us.
哀3:47 我们遭遇的，只是恐惧、陷阱、毁坏和灭亡。”
哀3:47 Fear and deep waters have come on us, wasting and destruction.
哀3:48 我的眼泪像江河流下，都因我的人民的灭亡。
哀3:48 Rivers of water are running down from my eyes, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
哀3:49 我的眼泪涌流不停，总不止息，
哀3:49 My eyes are streaming without stopping, they have no rest,
哀3:50 直到耶和华垂顾，从天上关注。
哀3:50 Till the Lord's eye is turned on me, till he sees my trouble from heaven.
哀3:51 因眼见我城中众民的遭遇，我的心很痛苦。
哀3:51 The Lord is unkind to my soul, more than all the daughters of my town.
哀3:52 那些无故与我为敌的人追捕我，像追捕雀鸟一样。
哀3:52 They who are against me without cause have gone hard after me as if I was a bird;
哀3:53 他们把我投在坑中要结束我的性命，又把石头抛在我身上；
哀3:53 They have put an end to my life in the prison, stoning me with stones.
哀3:54 水淹过我的头，我说：“我要死了！”
哀3:54 Waters were flowing over my head; I said, I am cut off.
哀3:55 耶和华啊，我从坑的最深处呼求你的名，
哀3:55 I was making prayer to your name, O Lord, out of the lowest prison.
哀3:56 你曾经垂听我的声音，现在求你不要掩耳不听我求救的呼声。
哀3:56 My voice came to you; let not your ear be shut to my breathing, to my cry.
哀3:57 我每逢呼求你的时候，你就靠近我，说：“不要惧怕！”
哀3:57 You came near in the day when I made my prayer to you: you said, Have no fear.
哀3:58 主啊！你为我的案件申辩，赎回了我的性命。
哀3:58 O Lord, you have taken up the cause of my soul, you have made my life safe.
哀3:59 耶和华啊，你看见了我的冤屈，求你为我主持公道。
哀3:59 O Lord, you have seen my wrong; be judge in my cause.
哀3:60 你已看见了他们种种的仇恨，以及所有害我的阴谋。
哀3:60 You have seen all the evil rewards they have sent on me, and all their designs against me.
哀3:61 耶和华啊！你已听见了他们的辱骂，以及所有害我的计谋；
哀3:61 Their bitter words have come to your ears, O Lord, and all their designs against me;
哀3:62 你也听见了那些起来攻击我的人嘴里的话，以及他们终日要攻击我的企图。
哀3:62 The lips of those who came up against me, and their thoughts against me all the day.
哀3:63 你看，他们或坐下或起来，我都成了他们歌唱嘲笑的对象。
哀3:63 Take note of them when they are seated, and when they get up; I am their song.
哀3:64 耶和华啊！求你按着他们手所作的，报应他们！
哀3:64 You will give them their reward, O Lord, answering to the work of their hands.
哀3:65 求你使他们的心顽梗，愿你的咒诅临到他们。
哀3:65 You will let their hearts be covered over with your curse on them.
哀3:66 求你在烈怒中追赶他们，从耶和华管治的普天之下除灭他们。
哀3:66 You will go after them in wrath, and put an end to them from under the heavens of the Lord.
