拿2:1 约拿从鱼腹中向耶和华他的 神祷告，
拿2:1 Then Jonah made prayer to the Lord his God from the inside of the fish, and said,
拿2:2 说：“我从患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深府呼求，你就垂听我的声音。
拿2:2 In my trouble I was crying to the Lord, and he gave me an answer; out of the deepest underworld I sent up a cry, and you gave ear to my voice.
拿2:3 你把我投入深海，在海洋的深处，大水环绕我；你的洪涛、你的波浪，都漫过我。
拿2:3 For you have put me down into the deep, into the heart of the sea; and the river was round about me; all your waves and your rolling waters went over me.
拿2:4 我说：‘我虽从你眼前被赶逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。’
拿2:4 And I said, I have been sent away from before your eyes; how may I ever again see your holy Temple?
拿2:5 众水包围我，几乎置我于死地；深渊环绕我；海草缠裹我的头。
拿2:5 The waters were circling round me, even to the neck; the deep was about me; the sea-grass was twisted round my head.
拿2:6 我下沉直到山麓，大地的门闩把我永远关闭；耶和华我的 神啊！你却把我的性命从坑中拉上来。
拿2:6 I went down to the bases of the mountains; as for the earth, her walls were about me for ever: but you have taken up my life from the underworld, O Lord my God.
拿2:7 当我心灵疲弱时，我就思念耶和华；我的祷告直达你面前，进入你的圣殿。
拿2:7 When my soul in me was overcome, I kept the memory of the Lord: and my prayer came in to you, into your holy Temple.
拿2:8 那敬奉虚妄之偶像的人，实在是离弃了怜爱他们的 神（“怜爱他们的 神”原文作“他们的恩典”）。
拿2:8 The worshippers of false gods have given up their only hope.
拿2:9 至于我，我要带着感谢的声音向你献祭；我所许的愿，我必偿还。救恩是属于耶和华的。”
拿2:9 But I will make an offering to you with the voice of praise; I will give effect to my oaths. Salvation is the Lord's.
拿2:10 于是耶和华吩咐那鱼，鱼就把约拿吐在陆地上。
拿2:10 And at the Lord's order, the fish sent Jonah out of its mouth on to the dry land.
