来8:1 我们所讲论的重点，就是我们有这样的一位大祭司，他已经坐在众天之上至尊者的宝座右边，
来8:1 Now of the things we are saying this is the chief point: We have such a high priest, who has taken his place at the right hand of God's high seat of glory in heaven,
来8:2 在至圣所和真会幕里供职；这真会幕是主支搭的，不是人支搭的。
来8:2 As a servant of the holy things and of the true Tent, which was put up by God, not by man.
来8:3 所有大祭司都是为了献礼物和祭品而设立的，所以这位大祭司，也必须有所献上的。
来8:3 Now every high priest is given authority to take to God the things which are given and to make offerings; so that it is necessary for this man, like them, to have something for an offering.
来8:4 如果他在地上，就不会作祭司，因为已经有按照律法献礼物的祭司了。
来8:4 If he had been on earth he would not have been a priest at all, because there are other priests who make the offerings ordered by the law;
来8:5 这些祭司所供奉的职事，不过是天上的事物的副本和影像，就如摩西将要造会幕的时候， 神曾经警告他说：“你要留心，各样对象，都要照着在山上指示你的样式去作。”
来8:5 Being servants of that which is a copy and an image of the things in heaven, as Moses, when he was about to make the Tent, had special orders from God: for, See, he said, that you make everything like the design which you saw in the mountain.
来8:6 但是现在耶稣得了更尊贵的职分，正好像他是更美的约的中保，这约是凭着更美的应许立的。
来8:6 But now his position as priest is higher. because through him God has made a better agreement with man, based on the giving of better things.
来8:7 如果头一个约没有缺点，就没有寻求另一个约的必要了。
来8:7 For if that first agreement had been as good as possible, there would have been no place for a second.
来8:8 可是 神指责他们，说：“看哪，主说，日子要到了，我要与以色列家和犹大家订立新约。
来8:8 For, protesting against them, he says, See, the days are coming when I will make a new agreement with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah;
来8:9 这新约不像从前我拉他们祖先的手，领他们出埃及的日子与他们所立的约。因为他们没有遵守我的约，我就不理会他们。这是主说的。
来8:9 Not like the agreement which I made with their fathers when I took them by the hand, to be their guide out of the land of Egypt; for they did not keep the agreement with me, and I gave them up, says the Lord.
来8:10 主说：‘因为在那些日子以后，我要与以色列家所立的约是这样：我要把我的律法放在他们的心思里面，写在他们的心上。我要作他们的 神，他们要作我的子民。
来8:10 For this is the agreement which I will make with the people of Israel after those days: I will put my laws into their minds, writing them in their hearts: and I will be their God, and they will be my people:
来8:11 他们各人必不用教导自己的邻居，和自己的同胞，说：你要认识主。因为所有的人，从最小到最大的，都必认识我。
来8:11 And there will be no need for every man to be teaching his brother, or his neighbour, saying, This is the knowledge of the Lord: for they will all have knowledge of me, great and small.
来8:12 我也要宽恕他们的不义，决不再记着他们的罪恶。’”
来8:12 And I will have mercy on their evil-doing, and I will not keep their sins in mind.
来8:13 神既然说到新的约，就是把前约当作旧的了；那变成陈旧衰老的，就快要消逝了。
来8:13 When he says, A new agreement, he has made the first agreement old. But anything which is getting old and past use will not be seen much longer.
