林前11:1 你们应该效法我，好像我效法基督一样。
林前11:1 So take me for your example, even as I take Christ for mine.
林前11:2 我称赞你们，因为你们在一切事上都记念我，又持守我传交给你们的教训。
林前11:2 Now I am pleased to see that you keep me in memory in all things, and that you give attention to the teaching which was handed down from me to you.
林前11:3 但是我愿意你们知道，基督是男人的头，男人是女人的头（“男人是女人的头”或译：“丈夫是妻子的头”）， 神是基督的头。
林前11:3 But it is important for you to keep this fact in mind, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.
林前11:4 男人祷告或讲道的时候，如果蒙着头，就是羞辱自己的头。
林前11:4 Every man who takes part in prayer, or gives teaching as a prophet, with his head covered, puts shame on his head.
林前11:5 女人祷告或讲道的时候，如果不蒙着头，就是羞辱自己的头，因为这就好像剃了头发一样。
林前11:5 But every woman who does so with her head unveiled, puts shame on her head: for it is the same as if her hair was cut off.
林前11:6 女人要不蒙着头，她就应当把头发剪了；如果女人以为剪发或剃头是羞耻的事，她就应当蒙着头。
林前11:6 For if a woman is not veiled, let her hair be cut off; but if it is a shame to a woman to have her hair cut off, let her be veiled.
林前11:7 男人不应蒙着头，因为他是 神的形象和荣耀，而女人是男人的荣耀。
林前11:7 For it is not right for a man to have his head covered, because he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
林前11:8 因为男人不是由女人而出，女人却是由男人而出，
林前11:8 For the man did not come from the woman, but the woman from the man.
林前11:9 并且男人不是为了女人而造的，女人却是为了男人而造的。
林前11:9 And the man was not made for the woman, but the woman for the man.
林前11:10 因此，为天使的缘故，女人应当在头上有服权柄的记号。
林前11:10 For this reason it is right for the woman to have a sign of authority on her head, because of the angels.
林前11:11 然而在主里面，女人不可以没有男人，男人也不可以没有女人。
林前11:11 But the woman is not separate from the man, and the man is not separate from the woman in the Lord.
林前11:12 因为正如女人是由男人而出，照样，男人是借着女人而生；万有都是出于 神。
林前11:12 For as the woman is from the man, so the man is through the woman; but all things are from God.
林前11:13 你们自己判断一下，女人向 神祷告的时候不蒙头，是合适的吗？
林前11:13 Be judges yourselves of the question: does it seem right for a woman to take part in prayer unveiled?
林前11:14 人的本性不是也教导你们，如果男人有长头发，就是他的羞耻吗？
林前11:14 Does it not seem natural to you that if a man has long hair, it is a cause of shame to him?
林前11:15 如果女人有长头发，不就是她的荣耀吗？因为头发是给她作盖头的。
林前11:15 But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given to her for a covering.
林前11:16 如果有人想要强辩，我们却没有这种习惯， 神的众教会也没有。
林前11:16 But if any man will not be ruled in this question, this is not our way of doing things, and it is not done in the churches of God.
林前11:17 我现在要吩咐你们，不是要称赞你们，因为你们聚集在一起，并没有得到益处，反而有害处。
林前11:17 But in giving you this order, there is one thing about which I am not pleased: it is that when you come together it is not for the better but for the worse.
林前11:18 首先，我听说你们在聚会的时候，你们中间起了分裂，这话我也稍微相信。
林前11:18 For first of all, it has come to my ears that when you come together in the church, there are divisions among you, and I take the statement to be true in part.
林前11:19 你们中间会有分党结派的事，这是必然的，为的是要使那些经得起考验的人显明出来。
林前11:19 For divisions are necessary among you, in order that those who have God's approval may be clearly seen among you.
林前11:20 你们聚集在一起，不是吃主的晚餐，
林前11:20 But now, when you come together, it is not possible to take the holy meal of the Lord:
林前11:21 因为吃的时候，各人都先吃自己的晚餐，结果有人饥饿，有人醉了。
林前11:21 For when you take your food, everyone takes his meal before the other; and one has not enough food, and another is the worse for drink.
林前11:22 难道你们没有家可以吃喝吗？还是你们藐视 神的教会，使那些没有的羞愧呢？我向你们可以说什么呢？称赞你们吗？在这事上我不能称赞。
林前11:22 What? have you not houses to take your meals in? or have you no respect for the church of God, putting the poor to shame? What am I to say to you? am I to give you praise? certainly not.
林前11:23 我当日传交给你们的，原是从主领受的，就是主耶稣被出卖的那一夜，他拿起饼来，
林前11:23 For it was handed down to me from the Lord, as I gave it to you, that the Lord Jesus, on the night when Judas was false to him, took bread,
林前11:24 祝谢了，就擘开，说：“这是我的身体，为你们擘开的；你们应当这样行，为的是记念我。”
林前11:24 And when it had been broken with an act of praise, he said, This is my body which is for you: do this in memory of me.
林前11:25 饭后，照样拿起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血所立的新约，你们每逢喝的时候，应当这样行，为的是记念我。”
林前11:25 In the same way, with the cup, after the meal, he said, This cup is the new testament in my blood: do this, whenever you take it, in memory of me.
林前11:26 你们每逢吃这饼，喝这杯，就是宣扬主的死，直等到他来。
林前11:26 For whenever you take the bread and the cup you give witness to the Lord's death till he comes.
林前11:27 因此，无论什么人若用不合适的态度吃主的饼，喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身体、主的血了。
林前11:27 If, then, anyone takes the bread or the cup of the Lord in the wrong spirit, he will be responsible for the body and blood of the Lord.
林前11:28 所以人应当省察自己，然后才吃这饼，喝这杯。
林前11:28 But let no man take of the bread and the cup without testing himself.
林前11:29 因为那吃喝的人，如果不辨明是主的身体，就是吃喝定在自己的身上的罪了。
林前11:29 For a man puts himself in danger, if he takes part in the holy meal without being conscious that it is the Lord's body.
林前11:30 因此，你们中间有许多人是软弱的，患病的，而且死了的也不少。
林前11:30 For this cause a number of you are feeble and ill, and a number are dead.
林前11:31 我们若仔细省察自己，就不会受审判了。
林前11:31 But if we were true judges of ourselves, punishment would not come on us.
林前11:32 然而我们被主审判的时候，是受他的管教，免得和世人一同被定罪。
林前11:32 But if punishment does come, it is sent by the Lord, so that we may be safe when the world is judged.
林前11:33 所以，我的弟兄们，你们聚集在一起吃的时候，要彼此等待。
林前11:33 So then, my brothers, when you come together to the holy meal of the Lord, let there be waiting for one another.
林前11:34 如果有人饿了，就应当在家里先吃，免得你们聚集在一起的时候受到审判。其余的事，我来的时候再作安排。
林前11:34 If any man is in need of food, let him take his meal in his house; so that you may not come together to your damage. And the rest I will put in order when I come.
