代上11:1 那时，以色列众人聚集到希伯仑去见大卫，说：“看哪，我们原是你的骨肉。
代上11:1 Then all Israel came together to David at Hebron, and said, Truly, we are your bone and your flesh.
代上11:2 从前扫罗作王的时候，是你率领以色列人出入征战；耶和华你的 神曾对你说过：‘你要牧养我的人民以色列，你要作我的人民以色列的领袖。’”
代上11:2 In the past, when Saul was king, it was you who went at the head of Israel when they went out or came in; and the Lord your God said to you, You are to be the keeper of my people Israel, and their ruler.
代上11:3 于是以色列的众长老都来到希伯仑见大卫王，大卫就在希伯仑，在耶和华面前与他们立约，他们就按照耶和华借着撒母耳所说的话，膏立大卫作王治理以色列。
代上11:3 So all the responsible men of Israel came to the king at Hebron; and David made an agreement with them in Hebron before the Lord; and they put the holy oil on David and made him king over Israel, as the Lord had said by Samuel.
代上11:4 大卫和以色列众人来到耶路撒冷，耶路撒冷就是耶布斯。那时，当地的居民耶布斯人住在那里。
代上11:4 Then David and all Israel went to Jerusalem (which is Jebus); and the Jebusites, the people of the land, were there.
代上11:5 耶布斯的居民对大卫说：“你不能进这里来。”可是大卫占领了锡安的堡垒，锡安就是大卫城。
代上11:5 And the people of Jebus said to David, You will not come in here. But still, David took the strong place of Zion, which is the town of David.
代上11:6 大卫说：“谁首先攻打耶布斯人，谁就必作首领和元帅。”洗鲁雅的儿子约押首先上去，就作了首领。
代上11:6 And David said, The first to overcome the Jebusites will be chief and captain. And Joab, the son of Zeruiah, went up first, and became chief.
代上11:7 大卫住在堡垒中，因此人把那堡垒称为大卫城。
代上11:7 And David took the strong tower for his living-place, so it was named the town of David.
代上11:8 大卫又重建四周的城墙，从米罗起，以至城的周围；那城其余的部分由约押修建。
代上11:8 And he took in hand the building of the town all round, starting from the Millo; and Joab put the rest of the town in order.
代上11:9 大卫日渐强盛，因为万军之耶和华与他同在。
代上11:9 And David became greater and greater in power, because the Lord of armies was with him.
代上11:10 以下这些人是大卫众勇士的首领，就是全力帮助他得国的，又与以色列人照着耶和华对以色列人所说的话一同膏立他作王。
代上11:10 Now these are the chief of David's men of war who were his strong supporters in the kingdom, and, with all Israel, made him king, as the Lord had said about Israel.
代上11:11 这是大卫众勇士的数目：哈革摩尼的儿子雅朔班，是三十勇士的首领；他挥舞矛枪，只一次就杀死了三百人。
代上11:11 This is the list of David's men of war: Ishbaal, the son of a Hachmonite, the chief of the three: he put to death three hundred at one time with his spear.
代上11:12 其次是亚合人朵多的儿子以利亚撒，他是三勇士之一；
代上11:12 And after him was Eleazar, the son of Dodo the Ahohite, who was one of the three great fighters.
代上11:13 他从前与大卫在巴斯．达闵，非利士人聚集在那里预备作战。那里有块长满大麦的田；众人从非利士人面前逃跑了。
代上11:13 He was with David at Pas-dammim, where the Philistines had come together for the fight, near a bit of land full of barley; and the people went in flight before the Philistines.
代上11:14 他们却站在那块田中间，保护了那块田，击杀了非利士人；这样耶和华拯救了以色列人，使他们获得极大的胜利。
代上11:14 And he took up his position in the middle of the bit of land, and kept back their attack, and overcame the Philistines; and the Lord gave a great salvation.
代上11:15 三十个首领中有三个，下到亚杜兰洞附近的盘石那里去见大卫；非利士人的军队在利乏音谷安营。
代上11:15 And three of the thirty went down to David, to the rock, into the strong place of Adullam; and the army of the Philistines had taken up their position in the valley of Rephaim.
代上11:16 那时大卫在山寨中，非利士人的驻军在伯利恒。
代上11:16 At that time David had taken cover in the strong place, and an armed force of the Philistines was in Beth-lehem.
代上11:17 大卫渴望说：“谁能把伯利恒城门旁边池中的水，拿来给我喝！”
代上11:17 And David, moved by a strong desire, said, If only someone would give me a drink of the water from the water-hole of Beth-lehem by the doorway into the town!
代上11:18 这三个勇士就冲过非利士人的军营，从伯利恒城门旁边的池里取水，带到大卫那里去，大卫却不肯喝，把水倾在耶和华面前，
代上11:18 So the three, forcing a way through the Philistine army, got water from the water-hole of Beth-lehem, by the doorway into the town, and took it back to David; but David would not take it, but made an offering of it, draining it out to the Lord,
代上11:19 说：“在我的 神面前，我绝对不可以这样作，我怎能喝这些冒生命危险的人的血呢？因为这是他们冒生命危险取回来的。”因此大卫不肯喝这水。这是三个勇士所行的事。
代上11:19 Saying, By my God, far be it from me to do this! How may I take as drink the life-blood of these men who have put their lives in danger? so he did not take it. These things did the three great men of war.
代上11:20 约押的兄弟亚比筛，是三个勇士的首领；他挥舞矛枪刺死了三百人，因此在三个勇士中赢得了名声。
代上11:20 And Abishai, the brother of Joab, was chief of the thirty, for he put to death three hundred with his spear, but he had not a name among the three.
代上11:21 他在这三个勇士中，是最尊贵的，只是还不及前三个勇士。
代上11:21 Of the thirty, he was the noblest, and was made their captain, but he was not equal to the first three.
代上11:22 耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅，是甲薛族的勇士，曾有伟大的作为；他击杀了摩押人亚利伊勒的两个儿子，又在下雪的日子，下到坑中去击杀了一只狮子。
代上11:22 Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, a fighting-man of Kabzeel, had done great acts; he put to death two young lions going into their secret place; and he went down into a hole and put a lion to death in time of snow.
代上11:23 他又杀死了一个身高两百多公分的埃及人。这埃及人手里拿着矛枪，好像织布机轴，比拿雅只拿着棍子下去会他，竟从那埃及人手中把矛枪夺了过来，再用他的矛枪把他杀死。
代上11:23 And he made an attack on an Egyptian, a very tall man about five cubits high, armed with a spear like a cloth-worker's rod; he went down to him with a stick, and pulling his spear out of the hand of the Egyptian, put him to death with that same spear.
代上11:24 这是耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅所行的事，因此在三个勇士中赢得名声。
代上11:24 These were the acts of Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, who had a great name among the thirty men of war.
代上11:25 他比那三十个勇士更有声望，只是还不及前三个勇士。大卫立他作侍卫长。
代上11:25 He was honoured over the thirty, but he was not equal to the first three: and David put him over his servants.
代上11:26 军中勇士有约押的兄弟亚撒黑、伯利恒人朵多的儿子伊勒哈难、
代上11:26 And these were the great men of war: Asahel, the brother of Joab, Elhanan, the son of Dodo of Beth-lehem,
代上11:27 哈律人沙玛、比伦人希利斯、
代上11:27 Shammoth the Harodite, Helez the Pelonite,
代上11:28 提哥亚人益吉的儿子以拉、亚拿突人亚比以谢、
代上11:28 Ira, the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite, Abiezer the Anathothite,

代上11:40 Ira the Ithrite, Gareb the Ithrite,
代上11:41 赫人乌利亚、亚莱的儿子撒拔、
代上11:41 Uriah the Hittite, Zabad, the son of Ahlai,

代上11:42 Adina, the son of Shiza the Reubenite, a chief of the Reubenites, and thirty with him;

代上11:43 Hanan, the son of Maacah, and Joshaphat the Mithnite,
