可7:1 有法利赛人和几个经学家从耶路撒冷来，聚集到耶稣那里。
可7:1 And there came together to him the Pharisees and certain of the scribes who had come from Jerusalem,
可7:2 他们看见他的门徒有人用不洁的手，就是没有洗过的手吃饭，
可7:2 And had seen that some of his disciples took their bread with unclean, that is, unwashed, hands.
可7:3 （原来法利赛人和所有的犹太人都拘守古人的传统，如果不认真洗手，就不吃东西；
可7:3 Now the Pharisees, and all the Jews, do not take food without washing their hands with care, keeping the old rule which has been handed down to them:
可7:4 从街市回来，不先洗手，也不吃东西，还有许多别的传统，他们都沿袭拘守，例如洗杯、洗罐、洗铜器等等。）
可7:4 And when they come from the market-place, they take no food till their hands are washed; and a number of other orders there are, which have been handed down to them to keep--washings of cups and pots and brass vessels.
可7:5 法利赛人和经学家问耶稣：“你的门徒为什么不遵行古人的传统，用不洁的手吃饭呢？”
可7:5 And the Pharisees and the scribes put the question to him, Why do your disciples not keep the rules of the fathers, but take their bread with unwashed hands?
可7:6 耶稣对他们说：“以赛亚指着你们这班伪君子所说的预言是对的，经上记着：‘这人民用嘴唇尊敬我，心却远离我；
可7:6 And he said, Well did Isaiah say of you, you false ones: These people give me honour with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
可7:7 他们把人的规条当作道理去教导人，所以拜我也是徒然。’
可7:7 But their worship is to no purpose, while they give as their teaching the rules of men.
可7:8 你们拘守着人的传统，却离弃了 神的诫命。”
可7:8 For, turning away from the law of God, you keep the rules of men.
可7:9 耶稣又对他们说：“你们为了坚守自己的传统，而巧妙地把 神的诫命拒绝了。
可7:9 And he said to them, Truly you put on one side the law of God, so that you may keep the rules which have been handed down to you.
可7:10 因为摩西说：‘当孝敬父母’，又说：‘咒骂父母的，必被处死。’
可7:10 For Moses said, Give honour to your father and mother, and, He who says evil of father or mother, let him have the punishment of death:
可7:11 你们倒说：‘人对父母说，我应该给你的供奉，已经作了各耳板’（各耳板意思是奉给 神的供物），
可7:11 But you say, If a man says to his father or his mother, That by which you might have had profit from me is Corban, that is to say, Given to God,
可7:12 你们就不让那人再为父母作什么。
可7:12 You no longer let him do anything for his father or his mother;
可7:13 这样，你们借着所领受的传统，把 神的话废弃了。你们还作了许多这一类的事。”
可7:13 Making the word of God of no effect by your rule, which you have given: and a number of other such things you do.
可7:14 于是耶稣又把群众叫过来，对他们说：“你们大家都要听我说，也要明白：
可7:14 And turning to the people again, he said to them, Give ear to me all of you, and let my words be clear to you:
可7:15 从外面进去的，不能使人污秽，从里面出来的，才能使人污秽。”
可7:15 There is nothing outside the man which, going into him, is able to make him unclean: but the things which come out of the man are those which make the man unclean.
可7:16 （有些抄本有第16节：“有耳可听的，就应该听。”）

可7:17 耶稣离开群众，进了屋子，门徒就来问他这比喻的意思。
可7:17 And when he had gone into the house away from all the people, his disciples put questions to him about the saying.
可7:18 他对他们说：“连你们也是这样不明白吗？难道不知道从外面进去的，不能使人污秽吗？
可7:18 And he said to them, Have even you so little wisdom? Do you not see that whatever goes into a man from outside is not able to make him unclean,
可7:19 因为不是进到他的心，而是进到他的肚腹，再排泄到外面去。”（他这样说是表示各样食物都是洁净的。）
可7:19 Because it goes not into the heart but into the stomach, and goes out with the waste? He said this, making all food clean.
可7:20 接着他又说：“从人里面出来的，才会使人污秽。
可7:20 And he said, That which comes out of the man, that makes the man unclean.
可7:21 因为从里面，就是从人的心里，发出恶念、淫乱、偷盗、凶杀、
可7:21 Because from inside, from the heart of men, come evil thoughts and unclean pleasures,
可7:22 奸淫、贪心、邪恶、诡诈、放荡、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、愚妄；
可7:22 The taking of goods and of life, broken faith between husband and wife, the desire of wealth, wrongdoing, deceit, sins of the flesh, an evil eye, angry words, pride, foolish acts:
可7:23 这一切恶事，是从人里面出来的，都能使人污秽。”
可7:23 All these evil things come from inside, and make the man unclean.
可7:24 耶稣从那里动身到推罗（有些抄本在此有“和西顿”）境内去。进了一所房子，本来不想让人知道，却隐藏不住。
可7:24 And he went away from there to the country of Tyre and Sidon. And he went into a house, desiring that no man might have knowledge of it: and he was not able to keep it secret.
可7:25 有一个女人，她的小女儿被污灵附着，她听见了耶稣的事，就来俯伏在他脚前。
可7:25 But a woman, whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having had news of him, came straight away and went down at his feet.
可7:26 这女人是外族人，属于叙利亚的腓尼基族。她求耶稣把鬼从她女儿身上赶出去。
可7:26 Now the woman was a Greek, a Syro-phoenician by birth: and she made a request to him that he would send the evil spirit out of her daughter.
可7:27 耶稣对她说：“应该先让儿女吃饱。拿儿女的饼去丢给小狗吃是不好的。”
可7:27 And he said to her, Let the children first have their food: for it is not right to take the children's bread and give it to the dogs.
可7:28 那女人回答他：“主啊，是的，不过小狗在桌子底下，也可以吃孩子们掉下来的碎渣。”
可7:28 But she said to him in answer, Yes, Lord: even the dogs under the table take the bits dropped by the children.
可7:29 耶稣对她说：“就凭这句话，你回去吧，鬼已经从你女儿身上出去了。”
可7:29 And he said to her, For this saying go your way; the evil spirit has gone out of your daughter.
可7:30 她回到家里，看见小孩子躺在床上，鬼已经出去了。
可7:30 And she went away to her house, and saw the child on the bed, and the evil spirit gone out.
可7:31 耶稣从推罗境内出去，经过西顿，回到低加波利地区的加利利海。
可7:31 And again he went out from Tyre, and came through Sidon to the sea of Galilee, through the country of Decapolis.
可7:32 有人带着一个又聋又哑的人到他那里，求耶稣按手在他身上。
可7:32 And they came to him with one who had no power of hearing and had trouble in talking; and they made a request to him to put his hands on him.
可7:33 耶稣把他从人群中带到一边，用指头探他的耳朵，吐唾沫抹他的舌头，
可7:33 And he took him on one side from the people privately, and put his fingers into his ears, and he put water from his mouth on the man's tongue with his finger;
可7:34 然后望着天，长长地叹了一口气，对他说：“以法大！”意思是“开了吧”。
可7:34 And looking up to heaven, he took a deep breath, and said to him, Ephphatha, that is, Be open.
可7:35 那人的耳朵就开了，舌头也松了，说话也准确了。
可7:35 And his ears became open, and the band of his tongue was made loose, and his words became clear.
可7:36 耶稣嘱咐他们不要告诉人。但他越是嘱咐，他们却越发传扬。
可7:36 And he gave them orders not to give news of it to anyone; but the more he made this request, so much the more they made it public.
可7:37 众人非常惊讶说：“他所作的一切事都好极了；他竟然使聋子听见，又使哑巴说话。”
可7:37 And they were overcome with wonder, saying, He has done all things well: he even gives back the power of hearing and the power of talking to those who have been without them.
