路18:1 耶稣对他们讲一个比喻，论到人必须常常祈祷，不可灰心。
路18:1 And he made a story for them, the point of which was that men were to go on making prayer and not get tired;
路18:2 他说：“某城里有一个法官，不惧怕 神，也不尊敬人。
路18:2 Saying, There was a judge in a certain town, who had no fear of God or respect for man:
路18:3 那城里有一个寡妇，常常来到他那里，说：‘求你给我伸冤，使我脱离我的对头！’
路18:3 And there was a widow in that town, and she kept on coming to him and saying, Give me my right against the man who has done me wrong.
路18:4 他多次不肯，后来心里说：‘我虽然不惧怕 神，也不尊敬人，
路18:4 And for a time he would not: but later, he said to himself, Though I have no fear of God or respect for man,
路18:5 只是因为这寡妇常常来麻烦我，就给她伸冤吧，免得她不断地来缠扰我。’”
路18:5 Because this widow is a trouble to me, I will give her her right; for if not, I will be completely tired out by her frequent coming.
路18:6 主说：“你们听听这不义的法官所说的话吧。
路18:6 And the Lord said, Give ear to the words of the evil judge.
路18:7 难道 神不会为昼夜呼吁他的选民伸冤吗？难道 神会耽误他们吗？
路18:7 And will not God do right in the cause of his saints, whose cries come day and night to his ears, though he is long in doing it?
路18:8 我告诉你们，他要快快地给他们伸冤。然而人子来的时候，在世上找得到这种信心吗？”
路18:8 I say to you that he will quickly do right in their cause. But when the Son of man comes, will there be any faith on earth?
路18:9 耶稣向那些自恃为义、轻视别人的人，讲了这个比喻：
路18:9 And he made this story for some people who were certain that they were good, and had a low opinion of others:
路18:10 “有两个人上圣殿去祈祷，一个是法利赛人，一个是税吏。
路18:10 Two men went up to the Temple for prayer; one a Pharisee, and the other a tax-farmer.
路18:11 法利赛人站着，祷告给自己听，这样说：‘ 神啊，我感谢你，我不像别人，勒索、不义、奸淫，也不像这个税吏。
路18:11 The Pharisee, taking up his position, said to himself these words: God, I give you praise because I am not like other men, who take more than their right, who are evil-doers, who are untrue to their wives, or even like this tax-farmer.
路18:12 我一个礼拜禁食两次，我的一切收入都奉献十分之一。’
路18:12 Twice in the week I go without food; I give a tenth of all I have.
路18:13 税吏却远远站着，连举目望天也不敢，只捶着胸说：‘ 神啊，可怜我这个罪人！’
路18:13 The tax-farmer, on the other hand, keeping far away, and not lifting up even his eyes to heaven, made signs of grief and said, God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
路18:14 我告诉你们，这个人回去，比那个倒算为义了。因为高抬自己的，必要降卑；自己谦卑的，必要升高。”
路18:14 I say to you, This man went back to his house with God's approval, and not the other: for everyone who makes himself high will be made low and whoever makes himself low will be made high.
路18:15 有人抱着婴孩到耶稣面前，要他抚摩他们。门徒看见了，就责备那些人。
路18:15 And they took their children to him, so that he might put his hands on them: but when the disciples saw it, they said sharp words to them
路18:16 耶稣却叫他们过来，说：“让小孩子到我这里来，不要禁止他们，因为 神的国正属于这样的人。
路18:16 But Jesus sent for them, saying, Let the children come to me, and do not keep them away, for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
路18:17 我实在告诉你们，凡不像小孩子一样接受 神的国的，决不能进去。”
路18:17 Truly I say to you, Whoever does not put himself under the kingdom of God like a little child, will not come into it at all.
路18:18 有一个官长问耶稣：“良善的老师，我当作什么，才可以承受永生？”
路18:18 And a certain ruler put a question to him, saying, Good Master, what have I to do so that I may have eternal life?
路18:19 耶稣对他说：“你为什么称我是良善的呢？除了 神一位以外，没有良善的。
路18:19 And Jesus said to him, Why do you say that I am good? No one is good, but only God.
路18:20 诫命你是知道的：不可奸淫，不可杀人，不可偷盗，不可作假证供，当孝敬父母。”
路18:20 You have knowledge of what the law says: Do not be untrue to your wife, Do not put anyone to death, Do not take what is not yours, Do not give false witness, Give honour to your father and mother.
路18:21 他说：“这一切我从小都遵守了。”
路18:21 And he said, All these things I have done from the time when I was a boy.
路18:22 耶稣听了，就告诉他：“你还缺少一件，应当变卖你一切所有的，分给穷人，你就必定有财宝在天上，而且你还要来跟从我。”
路18:22 And Jesus, hearing it, said to him, One thing you still have need of; get money for your goods, and give it away to the poor, and you will have wealth in heaven; and come after me.
路18:23 他听见这话，非常忧愁，因为他十分富有。
路18:23 But at these words he became very sad, for he had great wealth.
路18:24 耶稣见他这样，就说：“富有的人要进 神的国，是多么难哪！
路18:24 And Jesus, looking at him, said, How hard it is for those who have wealth to get into the kingdom of God!
路18:25 骆驼穿过针眼，比有钱的人进 神的国还容易呢。”
路18:25 It is simpler for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a man who has much money to come into the kingdom of God.
路18:26 听见的人说：“这样，谁可以得救呢？”
路18:26 And those who were present said, Then who may have salvation?
路18:27 耶稣说：“人所不能的，在 神却是可能的。”
路18:27 But he said, Things which are not possible with man are possible with God.
路18:28 彼得说：“你看，我们已舍弃自己所有的，跟从你了！”
路18:28 And Peter said, See, we have given up what is ours to come after you.
路18:29 耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，人为 神的国撇下房屋、妻子、弟兄、父母或儿女，
路18:29 And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no man who has given up house or wife or brothers or father or mother or children, because of the kingdom of God,
路18:30 没有不在今世得许多倍，来世得永生的。”
路18:30 Who will not get much more in this time, and in the world to come, eternal life.
路18:31 耶稣把十二门徒带到一边，对他们说：“我们现在上耶路撒冷去，先知所写的一切，都要成就在人子身上。
路18:31 And he took with him the twelve and said to them, Now we are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things which were said by the prophets will be done to the Son of man.
路18:32 他要被交给外族人，受戏弄，被凌辱，他们要向他吐唾沫，
路18:32 For he will be given up to the Gentiles, and will be made sport of and put to shame:
路18:33 鞭打他，杀害他；第三日他要复活。”
路18:33 And he will be given cruel blows and put to death, and on the third day he will come back to life.
路18:34 这些话的含义对门徒是隐藏的。他们听了，一点也不明白，不知道他说的是什么。
路18:34 But they did not take in the sense of any of these words, and what he said was not clear to them, and their minds were not able to see it.
路18:35 耶稣走近耶利哥的时候，有一个瞎眼的人坐在路旁讨饭，
路18:35 And it came about that when he got near Jericho, a certain blind man was seated by the side of the road, making requests for money from those who went by.
路18:36 他听见人群经过，就问是什么事。
路18:36 And hearing the sound of a great number of people going by, he said, What is this?
路18:37 别人告诉他，是拿撒勒人耶稣经过。
路18:37 And they said to him, Jesus of Nazareth is going by.
路18:38 他就喊叫说：“大卫的子孙耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”
路18:38 And he said in a loud voice, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.
路18:39 在前头走的人责备他，叫他不要出声；但他越发喊叫：“大卫的子孙，可怜我吧！”
路18:39 And those who were in front made protests and said to him, Be quiet: but he said all the more, O Son of David, have mercy on me.
路18:40 耶稣站住，吩咐领他过来。等他走近，就问他：
路18:40 And Jesus, stopping, gave orders that he was to come to him, and when he came near, he said to him,
路18:41 “你要我为你作什么？”他说：“主啊，叫我能看见！”
路18:41 What would you have me do for you? And he said, Lord, that I may be able to see again.
路18:42 耶稣说：“你就看见吧！你的信使你痊愈了。”
路18:42 And Jesus said, See again: your faith has made you well.
路18:43 他立刻看见了，就跟随耶稣，颂赞 神。众人看见这事，也赞美 神。
路18:43 And straight away he was able to see, and he went after him, giving glory to God; and all the people when they saw it gave praise to God.
