耶30:1 耶和华有话临到耶利米，说：
耶30:1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
耶30:2 “耶和华以色列的 神这样说：‘你要把我对你说过的一切话都写在书上。
耶30:2 The Lord, the God of Israel, has said, Put down in a book all the words which I have said to you.
耶30:3 看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必使我的子民以色列和犹大被掳的人归回。’耶和华说：‘我必使他们回到我赐给他们列祖之地，他们要重得这地为业。’”
耶30:3 For see, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will let the fate of my people Israel and Judah be changed, says the Lord: and I will make them come back to the land which I gave to their fathers, so that they may take it for their heritage.
耶30:4 以下是耶和华论到以色列和犹大所说的话：
耶30:4 And these are the words which the Lord said about Israel and about Judah.
耶30:5 “耶和华这样说：‘我听见了战栗喊叫的声音，一片恐慌，没有平安。
耶30:5 This is what the Lord has said: A voice of shaking fear has come to our ears, of fear and not of peace.
耶30:6 你们去问问，去看看：男人会生孩子吗？为什么我看见所有的壮汉，都用手抱着腹部，像正在生产的妇人，每张脸都变成苍白呢？
耶30:6 Put the question and see if it is possible for a man to have birth-pains: why do I see every man with his hands gripping his sides, as a woman does when the pains of birth are on her, and all faces are turned green?
耶30:7 哀哉！那日大而可畏，无可比拟；这是雅各受苦的时期，但他必被救出来。’”
耶30:7 Ha! for that day is so great that there is no day like it: it is the time of Jacob's trouble: but he will get salvation from it.
耶30:8 “万军之耶和华宣告说：‘当那日，我必从他们（“他们”按照《马索拉抄本》应作“你”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）的颈项上折断仇敌的轭，扯断他们（“他们”按照《马索拉抄本》应作“你”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）的绳套；他们必不再作外族人的奴隶。
耶30:8 For it will come about on that day, says the Lord of armies, that his yoke will be broken off his neck, and his bands will be burst; and men of strange lands will no longer make use of him as their servant:
耶30:9 他们却要事奉耶和华他们的 神，和我为他们兴起的大卫王。
耶30:9 But they will be servants to the Lord their God and to David their king, whom I will give back to them.
耶30:10 所以，我的仆人雅各啊！你不要惧怕。’这是耶和华的宣告。‘以色列啊！你不要惊慌。因为我必拯救你从远方回来，必拯救你的后裔脱离他们被掳之地。雅各必归回，得享平静安逸，没有人可以使他害怕。
耶30:10 So have no fear, O Jacob, my servant, says the Lord; and do not be troubled, O Israel: for see, I will make you come back from far away, and your seed from the land where they are prisoners; and Jacob will come back, and will be quiet and at peace, and no one will give him cause for fear.
耶30:11 因为我与你同在，要拯救你；我要消灭我赶散你去的列国，却必不消灭你。我要按公正惩治你，决不能免你受罚。’”这是耶和华的宣告。
耶30:11 For I am with you, says the Lord, to be your saviour: for I will put an end to all the nations where I have sent you wandering, but I will not put an end to you completely: though with wise purpose I will put right your errors, and will not let you go quite without punishment.
耶30:12 “耶和华这样说：‘你的损伤无法痊愈，你的创伤不能医治。
耶30:12 For the Lord has said, Your disease may not be made well and your wound is bitter.
耶30:13 没有人为你申诉，你的伤处无药可救，你不得医治。
耶30:13 There is no help for your wound, there is nothing to make you well.
耶30:14 你所有的盟友都忘记了你，不再关心你；我击打了你，好像仇敌击打你，又好像残暴的人惩罚你一样；都因你的罪孽甚多，你的罪恶无数。
耶30:14 Your lovers have no more thought for you, they go after you no longer; for I have given you the wound of a hater, even cruel punishment;
耶30:15 你为什么因你的损伤哀叫呢？你的病痛无法痊愈。我这样对你，是因你的罪孽甚多，你的罪恶无数。
耶30:15 Why are you crying for help because of your wound? for your pain may never be taken away: because your evil-doing was so great and because your sins were increased, I have done these things to you.
耶30:16 但是，吞吃你的，必被吞吃；你所有的敌人全都要被掳走；抢掠你的，必成为被抢掠之物；掠夺你的，我必使他们成为被掠夺之物。
耶30:16 For this cause, all those who take you for their food will themselves become your food; and all your attackers, every one of them, will be taken prisoners; and those who send destruction on you will come to destruction; and all those who take away your goods by force will undergo the same themselves.
耶30:17 虽然人都说你是被放逐的，是没有人关心的锡安；我却必使你康复，医治你的创伤。’”这是耶和华的宣告。
耶30:17 For I will make you healthy again and I will make you well from your wounds, says the Lord; because they have given you the name of an outlaw, saying, It is Zion cared for by no man.
耶30:18 “耶和华这样说：‘看哪！我必复兴雅各的帐棚，也必怜悯他的居所；城市必在废墟上重建，堡垒必立在原来的地点上。
耶30:18 The Lord has said, See, I am changing the fate of the tents of Jacob, and I will have pity on his houses; the town will be put up on its hill, and the great houses will be living-places again.
耶30:19 必有感谢的歌声，和欢笑的声音从其中发出来。我必使他们人数增多，不会减少；我必使他们得尊荣，不再被人轻看。
耶30:19 And from them will go out praise and the sound of laughing: and I will make them great in number, and they will not become less; and I will give them glory, and they will not be small.
耶30:20 他们的子孙必像以前一样蒙恩，他们的国家必在我面前坚立；我必惩罚所有压迫他们的人。
耶30:20 And their children will be as they were in the old days, and the meeting of the people will have its place before me, and I will send punishment on all who are cruel to them.
耶30:21 他们的元首必是他们自己的人，他们的统治者必出自他们中间；我必使他近前来，他也必亲近我，不然，谁敢冒生命的危险来亲近我呢？’这是耶和华的宣告。
耶30:21 And their chief will be of their number; their ruler will come from among themselves; and I will let him be present before me, so that he may come near to me: for who may have strength of heart to come near me? says the Lord.
耶30:22 ‘你们要作我的子民，我要作你们的 神。’”
耶30:22 And you will be my people, and I will be your God.
耶30:23 看哪！耶和华的旋风，在震怒中发出，是横扫的狂风，必卷到恶人的头上。
耶30:23 See, the storm-wind of the Lord, even the heat of his wrath, has gone out, a rolling storm, bursting on the heads of the evil-doers.
耶30:24 耶和华的烈怒必不转消，直到他作成和实现他心中的计划。在末后的日子，你们就会明白这事。
耶30:24 The wrath of the Lord will not be turned back till he has done, till he has put into effect, the purposes of his heart: in days to come you will have full knowledge of this.
