太9:1 耶稣上了船，过到自己的城来。
太9:1 And he got into a boat and went across and came to his town.
太9:2 有人把一个躺在床上的瘫子带到他那里。耶稣看见他们的信心，就对瘫子说：“孩子，放心！你的罪赦了。”
太9:2 And they took to him a man stretched on a bed who had no power of moving; and Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the man who was ill, Son, take heart; you have forgiveness for your sins.
太9:3 有几位经学家彼此说：“这个人在说僭妄的话。”
太9:3 And some of the scribes said among themselves, This man has no respect for God.
太9:4 耶稣看出他们所想的，就说：“你们心里为什么存着恶念呢？
太9:4 And Jesus, having knowledge of what was in their minds, said, Why are your thoughts evil?
太9:5 说‘你的罪赦了’，或说‘起来行走’，哪一样容易呢？
太9:5 For which is the simpler, to say, You have forgiveness for your sins; or to say, Get up and go?
太9:6 然而为了要使你们知道人子在地上有赦罪的权柄，（他就对瘫子说：）起来，拿起你的床，回家去吧。”
太9:6 But so that you may see that on earth the Son of man has authority for the forgiveness of sins, (then said he to the man who was ill,) Get up, and take up your bed, and go to your house.
太9:7 他就起来回家去了。
太9:7 And he got up and went away to his house.
太9:8 群众看见，就起了敬畏的心，颂赞那把这样的权柄赐给人的 神。
太9:8 But when the people saw it they were full of fear, and gave glory to God who had given such authority to men.
太9:9 耶稣从那里往前走，看见一个人，名叫马太，坐在税关那里，就对他说：“来跟从我！”他就起来跟从了耶稣。
太9:9 And when Jesus was going from there, he saw a man whose name was Matthew, seated at the place where taxes were taken; and he said to him, Come after me. And he got up and went after him.
太9:10 耶稣在屋里吃饭的时候，有很多税吏和罪人来与他和门徒一起吃饭。
太9:10 And it came about, when he was in the house taking food, that a number of tax-farmers and sinners came and took their places with Jesus and his disciples.
太9:11 法利赛人看见了，就对他的门徒说：“你们的老师为什么跟税吏和罪人一起吃饭呢？”
太9:11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to his disciples, Why does your Master take food with tax-farmers and sinners?
太9:12 耶稣听见了，就说：“健康的人不需要医生，有病的人才需要，
太9:12 But on hearing this he said, Those who are well have no need of a medical man, but those who are ill.
太9:13 ‘我喜爱怜悯，不喜爱祭祀’，你们去想一想这话的意思吧。我来不是要召义人，而是要召罪人。”
太9:13 But go and take to heart the sense of these words, My desire is for mercy, not offerings: for I have come not to get the upright, but sinners.
太9:14 那时，约翰的门徒前来问耶稣：“为什么我们和法利赛人常常禁食，你的门徒却不禁食呢？”
太9:14 Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees frequently go without food, but your disciples do not?
太9:15 耶稣回答：“新郎跟宾客在一起的时候，宾客怎能哀痛呢？但到了时候，新郎就要从他们中间被取去，那时他们就要禁食了。
太9:15 And Jesus said to them, Will the friends of the newly-married man be sad as long as he is with them? But the days will come when he will be taken away from them, and then will they go without food.
太9:16 没有人会拿一块新布补在旧衣服上，因为补上的会把衣服扯破，裂的地方就更大了。
太9:16 And no man puts a bit of new cloth on an old coat, for by pulling away from the old, it makes a worse hole.
太9:17 也没有人会把新酒装在旧皮袋里，如果这样，皮袋就会胀破，酒就漏出来，皮袋也损坏了。人总是把新酒装在新皮袋里，这样，两样都可以保全。”
太9:17 And men do not put new wine into old wine-skins; or the skins will be burst and the wine will come out, and the skins are of no more use: but they put new wine into new wine-skins, and so the two will be safe.
太9:18 耶稣对他们说话的时候，有一位会堂的主管走来跪在他面前，说：“我的女儿刚死了，但请你来按手在她身上，她必活过来。”
太9:18 While he was saying these things to them, there came a ruler and gave him worship, saying, My daughter is even now dead; but come and put your hand on her, and she will come back to life.
太9:19 于是耶稣和门徒起来跟着他去了。
太9:19 And Jesus got up and went after him, and so did his disciples.
太9:20 有一个女人，患了十二年的血漏病，她走到耶稣背后，摸他衣服的繸子，
太9:20 And a woman, who for twelve years had had a flow of blood, came after him, and put her hand on the edge of his robe:
太9:21 因为她心里说：“只要摸到他的衣服，我就必痊愈。”
太9:21 Because, she said to herself, if I may but put my hand on his robe, I will be made well.
太9:22 耶稣转过来看见她，就说：“女儿，放心！你的信心使你痊愈了。”从那时起，那女人就好了。
太9:22 But Jesus, turning and seeing her, said, Daughter, take heart; your faith has made you well. And the woman was made well from that hour.
太9:23 耶稣进了那主管的家，看见有吹笛的人和喧哗的群众，
太9:23 And when Jesus came into the ruler's house and saw the players with their instruments and the people making a noise,
太9:24 就说：“出去！这女孩不是死了，只是睡了。”他们就嘲笑他。
太9:24 He said, Make room; for the girl is not dead, but sleeping. And they were laughing at him.
太9:25 耶稣赶走众人之后，进去拉着女孩的手，女孩就起来了。
太9:25 But when the people were sent out, he went in and took her by the hand; and the girl got up.
太9:26 这消息传遍了那一带。
太9:26 And the news of it went out into all that land.
太9:27 耶稣离开那里的时候，有两个瞎子跟着他，喊着说：“大卫的子孙，可怜我们吧！”
太9:27 And when Jesus went on from there, two blind men came after him, crying out, Have mercy on us, you Son of David.
太9:28 耶稣进了房子，他们来到他那里。耶稣问他们：“你们信我能作这些事吗？”他们回答：“主啊，我们信。”
太9:28 And when he had come into the house, the blind men came to him; and Jesus said to them, Have you faith that I am able to do this? They said to him, Yes, Lord.
太9:29 于是耶稣摸他们的眼睛，说：“照你们的信心给你们成就吧。”
太9:29 Then he put his hand on their eyes, saying, As your faith is, let it be done to you.
太9:30 他们的眼睛就看见了。耶稣严严地嘱咐他们：“千万不可让人知道。”
太9:30 And their eyes were made open. And Jesus said to them sharply, Let no man have knowledge of it.
太9:31 他们却出去，把他所作的事传遍了那一带。
太9:31 But they went out and gave news of him in all that land.
太9:32 他们出去的时候，有人带着一个被鬼附着的哑巴来见耶稣。
太9:32 And while they were going away, there came to him a man without the power of talking, and with an evil spirit.
太9:33 耶稣把鬼赶走之后，哑巴就说话了。众人都很惊奇，说：“这样的事，在以色列从来没有见过。”
太9:33 And when the evil spirit had been sent out, the man had the power of talking: and they were all surprised, saying, Such a thing has never been seen in Israel.
太9:34 但法利赛人说：“他不过是靠鬼王赶鬼罢了。”
太9:34 But the Pharisees said, By the ruler of evil spirits, he sends evil spirits out of men.
太9:35 耶稣走遍各城各乡，在各会堂里教导人，宣扬天国的福音，医治各种疾病、各种病症。
太9:35 And Jesus went about all the towns and small places, teaching in their Synagogues and preaching the good news of the kingdom and making well all sorts of disease and pain.
太9:36 他看见群众，就怜悯他们，因为他们困苦无依，像没有牧人的羊一样。
太9:36 But when he saw all the people he was moved with pity for them, because they were troubled and wandering like sheep without a keeper.
太9:37 他就对门徒说：“庄稼多，工人少；
太9:37 Then he said to his disciples, There is much grain but not enough men to get it in.
太9:38 所以你们应当求庄稼的主派工人去收割。”
太9:38 Make prayer, then, to the Lord of the grain-fields, that he may send out workers to get in his grain.
