太19:1 耶稣讲完了这些话，就离开加利利，来到约旦河东的犹太境内。
太19:1 And it came about that after saying these words, Jesus went away from Galilee, and came into the parts of Judaea on the other side of Jordan.
太19:2 有许多人跟着他；他在那里医好了他们。
太19:2 And a great number went after him; and he made them well there.
太19:3 法利赛人前来试探耶稣，说：“人根据某些理由休妻，可以吗？”
太19:3 And certain Pharisees came to him, testing him, and saying, Is it right for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
太19:4 他回答：“造物者从起初‘造人的时候，就造男造女’。‘因此人要离开父母，与妻子连合，二人成为一体。’这些话你们没有念过吗？
太19:4 And he said in answer, Have you not seen in the Writings, that he who made them at the first made them male and female, and said,
太19:5 - - -
太19:5 For this cause will a man go away from his father and mother, and be joined to his wife; and the two will become one flesh?
太19:6 这样，他们不再是两个人，而是一体的了。所以 神所配合的，人不可分开。”
太19:6 So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Then let not that which has been joined by God be parted by man.
太19:7 他们就问：“为什么摩西却吩咐‘人若给了休书，就可以休妻’呢？”
太19:7 They say to him, Why then did Moses give orders that a husband might give her a statement in writing and be free from her?
太19:8 他说：“摩西因为你们的心硬，才准许你们休妻，但起初并不是这样。
太19:8 He says to them, Moses, because of your hard hearts, let you put away your wives: but it has not been so from the first.
太19:9 我告诉你们，凡休妻另娶的，如果不是因为妻子不贞，就是犯奸淫了。”
太19:9 And I say to you, Whoever puts away his wife for any other cause than the loss of her virtue, and takes another, is a false husband: and he who takes her as his wife when she is put away, is no true husband to her.
太19:10 门徒对他说：“夫妻的关系既然是这样，倒不如不结婚了。”
太19:10 The disciples say to him, If this is the position of a man in relation to his wife, it is better not to be married.
太19:11 耶稣对他们说：“这话不是每个人都能领受的，只有赐给谁，谁才能领受。
太19:11 But he said to them, Not all men are able to take in this saying, but only those to whom it is given.
太19:12 有些人是生来就不能结婚的，有些人不能结婚是因为人使他们这样，也有些人是为了天国的缘故自愿这样的。谁能领受就领受吧！”
太19:12 For there are men who, from birth, were without sex: and there are some who were made so by men: and there are others who have made themselves so for the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to take it, let him take it.
太19:13 那时，有人带了小孩子到耶稣面前，求他给他们按手祈祷，门徒就责备那些人。
太19:13 Then some people took little children to him, so that he might put his hands on them in blessing: and the disciples said sharp words to them.
太19:14 但耶稣说：“让小孩子到我这里来，不要禁止他们，因为天国是属于这样的人的。”
太19:14 But Jesus said, Let the little ones come to me, and do not keep them away: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
太19:15 于是他给他们按手，然后离开那里。
太19:15 And he put his hands on them, and went away.
太19:16 有一个人前来见耶稣，说：“老师，我要作什么善事，才可以得着永生？”
太19:16 And one came to him and said, Master, what good thing have I to do, so that I may have eternal life?
太19:17 耶稣说：“为什么问我关于善的事呢？只有一位是善的。如果你想进入永生，就应当遵守诫命。”
太19:17 And he said to him, Why are you questioning me about what is good? One there is who is good: but if you have a desire to go into life, keep the rules of the law.
太19:18 他问：“什么诫命？”耶稣回答：“就是‘不可杀人，不可奸淫，不可偷盗，不可作假证供；
太19:18 He says to him, Which? And Jesus said, Do not put anyone to death, Do not be untrue in married life, Do not take what is not yours, Do not give false witness,
太19:19 当孝敬父母，当爱人如己’。”
太19:19 Give honour to your father and your mother: and, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself.
太19:20 那青年对他说：“这一切我都遵守了，还缺少什么呢？”
太19:20 The young man says to him, All these things have I done: what more is there?
太19:21 耶稣对他说：“如果你想要完全，就去变卖你所有的，分给穷人，你就必定有财宝在天上，而且你要来跟从我。”
太19:21 Jesus said to him, If you have a desire to be complete, go, get money for your property, and give it to the poor, and you will have wealth in heaven: and come after me.
太19:22 那青年听见这话，就忧忧愁愁地走了，原来他的财产很多。
太19:22 But hearing these words the young man went away sorrowing: for he had much property.
太19:23 耶稣对门徒说：“我实在告诉你们，有钱的人是很难进天国的。
太19:23 And Jesus said to his disciples, Truly I say to you, It is hard for a man with much money to go into the kingdom of heaven.
太19:24 我又告诉你们，骆驼穿过针眼，比有钱的人进 神的国还容易呢！”
太19:24 And again I say to you, It is simpler for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a man with much money to go into the kingdom of God.
太19:25 门徒听见了，十分惊奇，就问他：“这样，谁可以得救呢？”
太19:25 And the disciples, hearing this, were greatly surprised, saying, Who then may have salvation?
太19:26 耶稣看着他们说：“在人这是不能的，在 神却凡事都能。”
太19:26 And Jesus, looking at them, said, With men this is not possible; but with God all things are possible.
太19:27 那时彼得对他说：“你看，我们已经舍弃一切跟从了你，我们会得到什么呢？”
太19:27 Then Peter said to him, See, we have given up everything and have come after you; what then will we have?
太19:28 耶稣对他们说：“我实在告诉你们，到了万物更新，人子坐在他荣耀的宝座上的时候，你们这些跟从我的人，也会坐在十二个宝座上，审判以色列的十二个支派。
太19:28 And Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you that in the time when all things are made new, and the Son of man is seated in his glory, you who have come after me will be seated on twelve seats, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
太19:29 凡为我的名撇下房屋、兄弟、姊妹、父母、儿女或田地的，他必得着百倍，并且承受永生。
太19:29 And everyone who has given up houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or child, or land, for my name, will be given a hundred times as much, and have eternal life.
太19:30 然而许多在前的将要在后，在后的将要在前。”
太19:30 But a great number who are first will be last, and some who are last will be first.
