太22:1 耶稣又用比喻对他们说：
太22:1 And Jesus, talking to them again in stories, said:
太22:2 “天国好像一个王，为儿子摆设婚筵。
太22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king, who made a feast when his son was married,
太22:3 他派仆人去叫被邀请的人来参加婚筵。但他们不肯来。
太22:3 And sent out his servants to get in the guests to the feast: and they would not come.
太22:4 他再派另一些仆人去，说：‘你们告诉被邀请的人，我已经预备好了筵席，公牛和肥畜已经宰了，一切都预备妥当。来参加婚筵吧！’
太22:4 Again he sent out other servants, with orders to say to the guests, See, I have made ready my feast: my oxen and my fat beasts have been put to death, and all things are ready: come to the feast.
太22:5 但那些人却不理会就走了；有的去耕田，有的去作买卖，
太22:5 But they gave no attention, and went about their business, one to his farm, another to his trade:
太22:6 其余的抓住王的仆人，凌辱他们，并且把他们杀了。
太22:6 And the rest put violent hands on his servants, and did evil to them, and put them to death.
太22:7 王就发怒，派兵消灭那些凶手，焚毁他们的城。
太22:7 But the king was angry; and he sent his armies, and those who had put his servants to death he gave to destruction, burning down their town with fire.
太22:8 然后对仆人说：‘婚筵已经预备好了，只是被邀请的人不配。
太22:8 Then he said to his servants, The feast is ready but the guests were not good enough.
太22:9 所以你们要到大路口，凡遇见的，都请来参加婚筵。’
太22:9 Go then to the cross-roads, and get all those whom you see to come to the bride-feast.
太22:10 “那些仆人就走到街上，把所有遇见的，不论好人坏人，都招聚了来，婚筵上就坐满了人。
太22:10 And those servants went out into the streets, and got together all those whom they came across, bad and good: and the feast was full of guests.
太22:11 王进来与赴筵的人见面，看见有一个人没有穿着婚筵的礼服，
太22:11 But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man who had not on a guest's robe;
太22:12 就对他说：‘朋友，你没有婚筵的礼服，怎能进到这里来呢？’他就无话可说。
太22:12 And he says to him, Friend, how came you in here not having a guest's robe? And he had nothing to say.
太22:13 于是王对侍从说：‘把他的手和脚都绑起来，丢到外面的黑暗里，在那里必要哀哭切齿。’
太22:13 Then the king said to the servants, Put cords round his hands and feet and put him out into the dark; there will be weeping and cries of sorrow.
太22:14 因为被召的人多，选上的人少。”
太22:14 For out of all to whom the good news has come, only a small number will get salvation.
太22:15 法利赛人就去商量，怎样找耶稣的话柄来陷害他。
太22:15 Then the Pharisees went and had a meeting to see how they might make use of his words to take him.
太22:16 他们派了自己的门徒和希律党的人一同去问耶稣：“老师，我们知道你为人诚实，照着真理把 神的道教导人，不顾忌任何人，因为你不徇情面。
太22:16 And they sent to him their disciples, with the Herodians, saying, Master, we see that you are true, and that you are teaching the true way of God, and have no fear of anyone, because you have no respect for a man's position.
太22:17 请把你的意见告诉我们，纳税给凯撒，可不可以呢？”
太22:17 Give us, then, your opinion of this: Is it right to give tax to Caesar, or not?
太22:18 耶稣看出他们的恶意，就说：“虚伪的人，为什么试探我呢？
太22:18 But Jesus saw their trick and said, Oh false ones, why are you attempting to put me in the wrong?
太22:19 拿纳税的钱币给我看看。”他们就拿了一个银币给他。
太22:19 Let me see the tax money. And they gave him a penny.
太22:20 耶稣问他们：“这是谁的像，谁的名号？”
太22:20 And he said to them, Whose is this image and name on it?
太22:21 他们回答：“凯撒的。”他就对他们说：“凯撒的应当归给凯撒， 神的应当归给 神。”
太22:21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he said to them, Give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things which are God's.
太22:22 他们听了，十分惊奇，就离开他走了。
太22:22 And hearing it, they were full of wonder, and went away from him.
太22:23 撒都该人向来认为没有复活的事。那一天，他们前来问耶稣：
太22:23 On the same day there came to him the Sadducees, who say that there is no coming back from the dead: and they put a question to him, saying,
太22:24 “老师，摩西说：‘如果一个人死了，没有儿女，他的弟弟应该娶他的妻子，为哥哥立后。’
太22:24 Master, Moses said, If a man, at the time of his death, has no children, let his brother take his wife, and get a family for his brother;
太22:25 从前我们这里有兄弟七人，头一个结了婚，没有孩子就死了，留下妻子给他的弟弟。
太22:25 Now there were among us seven brothers; and the first was married and at his death, having no seed, gave his wife to his brother;
太22:26 第二个、第三个直到第七个都是这样。
太22:26 In the same way the second and the third, up to the seventh.
太22:27 最后，那女人也死了。
太22:27 And last of all the woman came to her end.
太22:28 那么，复活的时候，她是这七个人中哪一个的妻子呢？因为他们都娶过她。”
太22:28 When they come back from the dead, then, whose wife will she be of the seven? because they all had her.
太22:29 耶稣回答他们：“你们错了，因为你们不明白圣经，也不晓得 神的能力。
太22:29 But Jesus said to them in answer, You are in error, not having knowledge of the Writings, or of the power of God.
太22:30 复活的时候，人们也不娶也不嫁，而是像天上的使者一样。
太22:30 For when they come back from the dead there are no husbands and wives, but they are as the angels in heaven.
太22:31 关于死人复活的事， 神对你们讲过：‘我是亚伯拉罕的 神，以撒的 神，雅各的 神’，你们没有念过吗？ 神不是死人的 神，而是活人的 神。”
太22:31 But about the dead coming back to life, have you no knowledge of what was said to you by God in the Writings:
太22:32 - - -
太22:32 I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead but of the living.
太22:33 群众听了他的教训，就十分诧异。
太22:33 And the people hearing it were surprised at his teaching.
太22:34 法利赛人听见耶稣使撒都该人无话可说，就聚集在一起。
太22:34 But the Pharisees, hearing how the mouths of the Sadducees had been stopped, came together;
太22:35 他们中间有一个律法家，试探耶稣说：
太22:35 And one of them, a teacher of the law, put a question to him, testing him, and saying,
太22:36 “老师，律法中哪一条诫命是最重要的呢？”
太22:36 Master, which is the chief rule in the law?
太22:37 他回答：“你要全心、全性、全意爱主你的 神。
太22:37 And he said to him, Have love for the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
太22:38 这是最重要的第一条诫命。
太22:38 This is the first and greatest rule.
太22:39 第二条也和它相似，就是要爱人如己。
太22:39 And a second like it is this, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself.
太22:40 全部律法和先知书，都以这两条诫命作为根据。”
太22:40 On these two rules all the law and the prophets are based.
太22:41 法利赛人聚在一起的时候，耶稣问他们：
太22:41 Now while the Pharisees were together, Jesus put a question to them, saying,
太22:42 “你们对基督的看法怎样？他是谁的子孙呢？”他们回答：“大卫的子孙。”
太22:42 What is your opinion of the Christ? whose son is he? They say to him, The Son of David.
太22:43 耶稣就说：“那么大卫被圣灵感动，怎么会称他为主呢？他说：
太22:43 He says to them, How then does David in the Spirit give him the name of Lord, saying,
太22:44 ‘主对我的主说：你坐在我的右边，等我把你的仇敌放在你的脚下。’
太22:44 The Lord said to my Lord, Be seated at my right hand, till I put under your feet all those who are against you?
太22:45 “大卫既然称他为主，他怎么又是大卫的子孙呢？”
太22:45 If David then gives him the name of Lord, how is he his son?
太22:46 没有人能够回答他。从那天起，也没有人敢再问他。
太22:46 And no one was able to give him an answer, and so great was their fear of him, that from that day no one put any more questions to him.
