民3:1 耶和华在西奈山上与摩西说话的日子，亚伦和摩西的后代如下。
民3:1 Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses, in the day when the word of the Lord came to Moses on Mount Sinai.
民3:2 亚伦的儿子的名字如下：长子是拿答，还有亚比户、以利亚撒、以他玛。
民3:2 These are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the oldest, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
民3:3 这就是亚伦的儿子的名字，他们是受膏的祭司，是摩西叫他们承受圣职担任祭司的职分的。
民3:3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests, on whom the holy oil was put, who were marked out as priests.
民3:4 拿答和亚比户在西奈旷野把凡火献在耶和华面前的时候，死在耶和华面前；他们没有儿子；以利亚撒和以他玛，就在他们的父亲亚伦面前，担任祭司的职分。
民3:4 And Nadab and Abihu were put to death before the Lord when they made an offering of strange fire before the Lord, in the waste land of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar did the work of priests before Aaron their father.
民3:5 耶和华对摩西说：
民3:5 And the Lord said to Moses,
民3:6 “你要叫利未支派近前来，使他们站在亚伦祭司面前，可以服事他。
民3:6 Make the tribe of Levi come near, and put them before Aaron the priest, to be his helpers,
民3:7 他们要替亚伦和全体会众，在会幕前尽上本分，办理帐幕的事。
民3:7 In order that they may be responsible to him and to all Israel for the care of the Tent of meeting, and to do the work of the House;
民3:8 他们又要看守管理会幕里的一切器具，也要替以色列人尽上本分，办理帐幕的事。
民3:8 And they will have the care of all the vessels of the Tent of meeting, and will do for the children of Israel all the necessary work of the House.
民3:9 你要把利未人派给亚伦和他的儿子，因为他们是从以色列人中选出来完全给他的。
民3:9 Give the Levites to Aaron and his sons; so that they may be his without question from among the children of Israel.
民3:10 你要委派亚伦和他的儿子，使他们谨守自己祭司的职分；外人走近，必被治死。”
民3:10 And give orders that Aaron and his sons are to keep their place as priests; any strange person who comes near is to be put to death.
民3:11 耶和华告诉摩西：
民3:11 And the Lord said to Moses,
民3:12 “看哪，我从以色列人中，拣选了利未人，代替以色列人所有头生的，就是他们的长子，所以利未人要归我。
民3:12 See, I have taken the Levites out of the children of Israel to be mine in place of the first sons of the children of Israel;
民3:13 因为所有头生的，都是我的；我在埃及地击杀所有头生的那天，就把以色列中所有头生的，无论人畜，都分别为圣归我；他们要归我，我是耶和华。”
民3:13 For all the first sons are mine; on the day when I put to death all the first sons in the land of Egypt, I took for myself every first male birth of man and beast. They are mine; I am the Lord.
民3:14 耶和华在西奈旷野对摩西说：
民3:14 And the Lord said to Moses in the waste land of Sinai,
民3:15 “你要照着利未人的父家、宗族，数点他们；所有男丁，一个月以上的，你都要数点。”
民3:15 Let all the children of Levi be numbered by their families and their fathers' houses; let every male of a month old and over be numbered.
民3:16 于是，摩西照着耶和华的命令，就是耶和华吩咐他的，数点了利未人。
民3:16 So Moses did as the Lord said, numbering them as he had been ordered.
民3:17 利未众子的名字是：革顺、哥辖、米拉利。
民3:17 These were the sons of Levi by name: Gershon and Kohath and Merari.
民3:18 革顺儿子的名字，按着宗族，是立尼和示每。
民3:18 And these are the names of the sons of Gershon, by their families: Libni and Shimei.
民3:19 哥辖的儿子，按着宗族，是暗兰、以斯哈、希伯伦、乌薛。
民3:19 And the sons of Kohath, by their families: Amram and Izhar and Hebron and Uzziel.
民3:20 米拉利的儿子，按着宗族，是抹利、母示。这些人按着他们的父家，都是利未人的宗族。
民3:20 And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites in the order of their fathers' houses.
民3:21 属革顺的，有立尼家族和示每家族；这是革顺人的家族。
民3:21 From Gershon come the Libnites and the Shimeites; these are the families of the Gershonites.
民3:22 根据所有男丁的数目，一个月以上，被数点的，共有七千五百人。
民3:22 Those who were numbered of them, the males from one month old and over, were seven thousand, five hundred.
民3:23 革顺人的家族，要在帐幕的后面，就是西方安营；
民3:23 The tents of the Gershonites are to be placed at the back of the House, to the west.
民3:24 革顺人家族的领袖是拉伊勒的儿子以利雅萨。
民3:24 The chief of the Gershonites is Eliasaph, the son of Lael.
民3:25 革顺的子孙在会幕中的职分，是看守帐幕、罩棚、罩棚的顶盖和会幕门口的帘子，
民3:25 In the Tent of meeting, the Gershonites are to have the care of the House, and the Tent with its cover, and the veil for the door of the Tent of meeting,
民3:26 还有院子的帐幕、院子门口的帘子（院子是环绕帐幕和祭坛的），以及院子使用的一切绳子。
民3:26 And the hangings for the open space round the House and the altar, and the curtain for its doorway, and all the cords needed for its use.
民3:27 属哥辖的，有暗兰家族、以斯哈家族、希伯伦家族和乌薛家族；这是哥辖人的家族。
民3:27 From Kohath come the Amramites and the Izharites and the Hebronites and the Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kohathites.
民3:28 根据所有男丁的数目，一个月以上的，共有八千六百人；他们要尽看守圣所的职分。
民3:28 Those who were numbered of them, the males from one month old and over, were eight thousand, six hundred, who were responsible for the care of the holy place.
民3:29 哥辖子孙的家族要在帐幕的南方安营。
民3:29 The tents of the Kohathites are to be placed on the south side of the House.
民3:30 哥辖家族的领袖是乌薛的儿子以利撒反。
民3:30 Their chief is Elizaphan, the son of Uzziel.
民3:31 他们的职分是管理约柜、桌子、灯台、两座坛，以及他们在圣所内使用的器具、帘子和帐幕里使用的一切东西。
民3:31 In their care are the ark, and the table, and the lights, and the altars, and all the vessels used in the holy place, and the veil, and all they are used for.
民3:32 亚伦祭司的儿子以利亚撒要作利未人众领袖中的领袖，要监察那些尽看守圣所职分的人。
民3:32 Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, will be head over all the Levites and overseer of those responsible for the care of the holy place.
民3:33 属米拉利的，有抹利家族和母示家族；这些是米拉利的家族。
民3:33 From Merari come the Mahlites and the Mushites; these are the families of Merari.
民3:34 根据所有男丁的数目，一个月以上，被数点的，共有六千二百人。
民3:34 Those who were numbered of them, the males of a month old and over, were six thousand, two hundred.
民3:35 米拉利二家族的领袖，是亚比亥的儿子苏列；他们要在帐幕的北方安营。
民3:35 The chief of the families of Merari was Zuriel, the son of Abihail: their tents are to be placed on the north side of the House.
民3:36 米拉利子孙的职分，是看守帐幕的木板、门闩、柱子、插座、一切器具，以及负责一切有关的事务，
民3:36 And in their care are to be all the boards of the Tent, with their rods and pillars and bases, and all the instruments, and all they are used for,
民3:37 还有看守院子四周的柱子、插座、橛子和绳子。
民3:37 And the pillars of the open space round it, with their bases and nails and cords.
民3:38 在帐幕前面东边，就是在会幕向日出的方向安营的，是摩西、亚伦和亚伦的儿子；他们代替以色列人应尽的职责，看守圣所；外人近前来，必被治死。
民3:38 And those whose tents are to be placed on the east side of the House in front of the Tent of meeting, looking to the dawn, are Moses and Aaron and his sons, who will do the work of the holy place for the children of Israel; and any strange person who comes near will be put to death.
民3:39 摩西和亚伦照着耶和华的命令，数点了所有的利未人；按着家族，凡是男丁，一个月以上被数点的，共有二万二千人。
民3:39 All the Levites numbered by Moses and Aaron at the order of the Lord, all the males of one month old and over numbered in the order of their families, were twenty-two thousand.
民3:40 耶和华对摩西说：“以色列人中所有头生的男子，一个月以上的，你都要数点；登记他们的姓名。
民3:40 And the Lord said to Moses, Let all the first male children be numbered, and take the number of their names.
民3:41 我是耶和华，你要把利未人归我，代替以色列人所有头生的；也要把利未人的牲畜归我，代替以色列人中一切头生的牲畜。”
民3:41 And give to me the Levites (I am the Lord) in place of the first sons of the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites in place of the first births among the cattle of the children of Israel.
民3:42 摩西就照着耶和华吩咐他的，把以色列人所有头生的都数点了。
民3:42 So Moses had all the first sons among the children of Israel numbered, as the Lord said to him.
民3:43 根据人名的数目，一个月以上，凡是头生的男子，被数点的，共有二万二千二百七十三个。
民3:43 Every first son from a month old and over was numbered by name, and the number came to twenty-two thousand, two hundred and seventy-three.
民3:44 耶和华对摩西说：
民3:44 And the Lord said to Moses,
民3:45 “你要拣选利未人代替以色列人所有头生的，也要拣选利未人的牲畜代替以色列人的牲畜；利未人要归我，我是耶和华。
民3:45 Take the Levites in place of all the first sons of the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites in place of their cattle; the Levites are to be mine; I am the Lord.
民3:46 至于那超过利未人总数的二百七十三个，需要赎回的以色列人的长子，
民3:46 And the price you have to give for the two hundred and seventy-three first sons of the children of Israel which are in addition to the number of the Levites,
民3:47 你要每人收取赎银五十七克，要按照人数，根据圣所的秤收取，就是按照圣所的标准重量（“就是按照圣所的标准重量”，原文作“一舍客勒是二十季拉”）。
民3:47 Will be five shekels for every one, by the scale of the holy place (the shekel is twenty gerahs);
民3:48 你要把那超额人数的赎银，交给亚伦和他的儿子。”
民3:48 And this money, the price of those over the number of the Levites, is to be given to Aaron and his sons.
民3:49 于是，摩西就从那些被利未人赎回以外的人收取赎银；
民3:49 So Moses took the money, the price of those whose place had not been taken by the Levites;
民3:50 从头生的以色列人收取的银子，根据圣所的秤，共有六百八十二公斤。
民3:50 From the first sons of Israel he took it, a thousand, three hundred and sixty-five shekels, by the scale of the holy place;
民3:51 摩西照着耶和华的吩咐，把这赎银交给了亚伦和他的儿子，正如耶和华吩咐摩西的。
民3:51 And he gave the money to Aaron and his sons, as the Lord had said.
