伯6:1 于是约伯回答说：
伯6:1 And Job made answer and said,
伯6:2 “但愿称称我的烦恼，把我的灾害一起放在天平上。
伯6:2 If only my passion might be measured, and put into the scales against my trouble!
伯6:3 现在这些都比海沙更重，所以我冒失发言。
伯6:3 For then its weight would be more than the sand of the seas: because of this my words have been uncontrolled.
伯6:4 因为全能者的箭射中我，我的灵喝尽了箭的毒液， 神的惊吓排阵攻击我。
伯6:4 For the arrows of the Ruler of all are present with me, and their poison goes deep into my spirit: his army of fears is put in order against me.
伯6:5 野驴有草料还会哀鸣吗？牛有饲料还会穷叫吗？
伯6:5 Does the ass of the fields give out his voice when he has grass? or does the ox make sounds over his food?
伯6:6 淡而无盐的食物有什么好吃呢？蛋白有什么味道呢？
伯6:6 Will a man take food which has no taste without salt? or is there any taste in the soft substance of purslain?
伯6:7 这些使我恶心的食物，我必不肯尝。
伯6:7 My soul has no desire for such things, they are as disease in my food.
伯6:8 但愿我得着我所祈求的，愿 神赐我所盼望的。
伯6:8 If only I might have an answer to my prayer, and God would give me my desire!
伯6:9 愿他乐意把我压碎，愿他放手把我剪除。
伯6:9 If only he would be pleased to put an end to me; and would let loose his hand, so that I might be cut off!
伯6:10 这样，我们得安慰，在痛苦之中我还可以欢跃，因为我没有否认那圣者的言语。
伯6:10 So I would still have comfort, and I would have joy in the pains of death, for I have not been false to the words of the Holy One.
伯6:11 我有什么力量使我能等候呢？我的结局是什么好叫我忍耐呢？
伯6:11 Have I strength to go on waiting, or have I any end to be looking forward to?
伯6:12 我的气力是石头一样吗？我的肉身是铜的吗？
伯6:12 Is my strength the strength of stones, or is my flesh brass?
伯6:13 我里面不是无能自助吗？见识不是离我而去吗？
伯6:13 I have no help in myself, and wisdom is completely gone from me.
伯6:14 朋友应该怜悯灰心的人，因为他舍弃了对全能者的敬畏。
伯6:14 He whose heart is shut against his friend has given up the fear of the Ruler of all.
伯6:15 我的兄弟诡诈像干涸的溪流，又像流干的溪水；
伯6:15 My friends have been false like a stream, like streams in the valleys which come to an end:
伯6:16 水流因冰块融化而混浊，有雪隐藏在其中。
伯6:16 Which are dark because of the ice, and the snow falling into them;
伯6:17 天气一暖溪水就消失，气候一热就干涸。
伯6:17 Under the burning sun they are cut off, and come to nothing because of the heat.
伯6:18 商队顺溪而行，结果偏离原道，走到荒野之地而死亡。
伯6:18 The camel-trains go out of their way; they go up into the waste and come to destruction.
伯6:19 提玛的商队瞻望溪水，示巴的客旅等候水流。
伯6:19 The camel-trains of Tema were searching with care, the bands of Sheba were waiting for them:
伯6:20 他们失望，因为所盼望的落了空；他们到达那里就灰心。
伯6:20 They were put to shame because of their hope; they came and their hope was gone.
伯6:21 现在你们就是这样，看见我的灾难就害怕。
伯6:21 So have you now become to me; you see my sad condition and are in fear.
伯6:22 难道我说过‘请供给我’，或说‘取你们的财物馈赠我’吗？
伯6:22 Did I say, Give me something? or, Make a payment for me out of your wealth?
伯6:23 或我说过‘救我脱离敌人的手’，或说‘赎我脱离强暴人的手’吗？
伯6:23 Or, Get me out of the power of my hater? or, Give money so that I may be free from the power of the cruel ones?
伯6:24 请指教，我就默不作声；请指示，我有什么过错。
伯6:24 Give me teaching and I will be quiet; and make me see my error.
伯6:25 正直的言语多么有力！但你们的责备究竟责备什么呢？
伯6:25 How pleasing are upright words! but what force is there in your arguments?
伯6:26 绝望人的话不过是风，你们还想批判吗？
伯6:26 My words may seem wrong to you, but the words of him who has no hope are for the wind.
伯6:27 你们竟抽签得孤儿，拿朋友当货物。
伯6:27 Truly, you are such as would give up the child of a dead man to his creditors, and would make a profit out of your friend.
伯6:28 现在请你们看看我，我绝不当你们的面撒谎。
伯6:28 Now then, let your eyes be turned to me, for truly I will not say what is false to your face.
伯6:29 请转意，不要不公道；请再转意，我还有道理在。
伯6:29 Let your minds be changed, and do not have an evil opinion of me; yes, be changed, for my righteousness is still in me.
伯6:30 我的舌上有不义吗？我的口不能辨别灾害吗？”
伯6:30 Is there evil in my tongue? is not the cause of my trouble clear to me?
