伯16:1 约伯回答说：
伯16:1 And Job made answer and said,
伯16:2 “像这样的话，我听了很多；你们都是叫人愁烦的安慰者。
伯16:2 Such things have frequently come to my ears: you are comforters who only give trouble.
伯16:3 虚空的言语，有穷尽吗？或有什么惹你答个不休的呢？
伯16:3 May words which are like the wind be stopped? or what is troubling you to make answer to them?
伯16:4 你们若处在我的景况，我也能像你们那样说话，我也能砌辞攻击你们，并且能向你们摇头。
伯16:4 It would not be hard for me to say such things if your souls were in my soul's place; joining words together against you, and shaking my head at you:
伯16:5 我能用口鼓励你们，我嘴唇的安慰，能缓和你们的痛苦。
伯16:5 I might give you strength with my mouth, and not keep back the comfort of my lips.
伯16:6 我若说话，痛苦仍不消解，我若闭口不说，痛苦也不离开我。
伯16:6 If I say what is in my mind, my pain becomes no less: and if I keep quiet, how much of it goes from me?
伯16:7 现在 神使我困倦，‘你蹂躏了我的全家，
伯16:7 But now he has overcome me with weariness and fear, and I am in the grip of all my trouble.
伯16:8 又把我捆绑起来。’这就作为证据；我身体的枯瘦也当面作证反对我。
伯16:8 It has come up as a witness against me, and the wasting of my flesh makes answer to my face.
伯16:9 他的怒气撕裂我，攻击我；他向我咬牙切齿，我的敌人以锐利的眼光看着我。
伯16:9 I am broken by his wrath, and his hate has gone after me; he has made his teeth sharp against me: my haters are looking on me with cruel eyes;
伯16:10 他们向我大大张嘴，以蔑视的态度打我的脸颊，联合一起攻击我。
伯16:10 Their mouths are open wide against me; the blows of his bitter words are falling on my face; all of them come together in a mass against me.
伯16:11 神把我交给不义的人，把我丢在恶人的手中。
伯16:11 God gives me over to the power of sinners, sending me violently into the hands of evil-doers.
伯16:12 我本来安逸，他却把我压碎；掐着我的颈项，把我摔碎；又把我当作他的箭靶。
伯16:12 I was in comfort, but I have been broken up by his hands; he has taken me by the neck, shaking me to bits; he has put me up as a mark for his arrows.
伯16:13 他的弓箭手四面包围我，他剖开我的腰子，全不顾惜，把我的胆倾倒在地上。
伯16:13 His bowmen come round about me; their arrows go through my body without mercy; my life is drained out on the earth.
伯16:14 他把我破伤，在破口上又加破伤，如勇士一般向我直冲。
伯16:14 I am broken with wound after wound; he comes rushing on me like a man of war.
伯16:15 我把麻布缝在我的皮肤上，把我的角插入尘土中。
伯16:15 I have made haircloth the clothing of my skin, and my horn is rolled in the dust.
伯16:16 我的脸因哭泣而发红，在我的眼皮上满是黑影。
伯16:16 My face is red with weeping, and my eyes are becoming dark;
伯16:17 然而在我的手中没有强暴，我的祷告也是清洁的。
伯16:17 Though my hands have done no violent acts, and my prayer is clean.
伯16:18 地啊，不要遮盖我的血；不要让我的哀求有停留的地方。
伯16:18 O earth, let not my blood be covered, and let my cry have no resting-place!
伯16:19 现今，在天上有我的见证，在高天之上，有我的证人。
伯16:19 Even now my witness is in heaven, and the supporter of my cause is on high.
伯16:20 讥笑我的，就是我的朋友，我的眼向 神流泪。
伯16:20 My friends make sport of me; to God my eyes are weeping,
伯16:21 但愿人可以为人与 神分辩，正如世人为朋友辩白一样。
伯16:21 So that he may give decision for a man in his cause with God, and between a son of man and his neighbour.
伯16:22 因为我的年数将尽，我快要走上那条一去不返的路。”
伯16:22 For in a short time I will take the journey from which I will not come back.
