出10:1 耶和华对摩西说：“你要到法老那里去，因为我已经使他的心和他臣仆的心刚硬，为要在他们中间显出我这些神迹；
出10:1 And the Lord said to Moses, Go in to Pharaoh: for I have made his heart and the hearts of his servants hard, so that I may let my signs be seen among them:
出10:2 并且要你把愚弄埃及人的事，和我在他们中间显出的神迹，都讲给你的子孙听；使你们知道我是耶和华。”
出10:2 And so that you may be able to give to your son and to your son's son the story of my wonders in Egypt, and the signs which I have done among them; so that you may see that I am the Lord.
出10:3 摩西和亚伦就到法老那里去，对他说：“耶和华希伯来人的 神这样说：‘你拒绝在我面前谦卑要到几时呢？让我的人民离开吧，使他们可以事奉我。
出10:3 Then Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and said to him, This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: How long will you be lifted up in your pride before me? let my people go so that they may give me worship.
出10:4 如果你拒绝让我的人民离开，看哪！明天我要使蝗虫进入你的境界；
出10:4 For if you will not let my people go, tomorrow I will send locusts into your land:
出10:5 蝗虫必遮盖地面，甚至人不能看见地；蝗虫必吃尽那避过灾难余剩的，那没有受冰雹击打，剩下留给你们的；牠们也必吃尽田间给你们生长起来的一切树木。
出10:5 And the face of the earth will be covered with them, so that you will not be able to see the earth: and they will be the destruction of everything which up to now has not been damaged, everything which was not crushed by the ice-storm, and every tree still living in your fields.
出10:6 蝗虫必充满了你的宫殿，你所有臣仆的房屋，和所有埃及人的房屋；这是你祖宗和你祖宗的祖宗自从在世以来，直到今日，所没有见过的。’”摩西就转身，离开法老出去了。
出10:6 And your houses will be full of them, and the houses of your servants and of all the Egyptians; it will be worse than anything your fathers have seen or their fathers, from the day when they were living on the earth till this day. And so he went out from Pharaoh.
出10:7 法老的臣仆对法老说：“这人成为我们的网罗要到几时呢？让这些人离开吧，使他们可以事奉耶和华他们的 神；埃及已经毁灭了，你还不知道吗？”
出10:7 And Pharaoh's servants said to him, How long is this man to be the cause of evil to us? let the men go so that they may give worship to the Lord their God: are you not awake to Egypt's danger?
出10:8 于是，摩西和亚伦被召回来到法老那里。法老对他们说：“你们去事奉耶和华你们的 神吧，但那些要去的是谁呢？”
出10:8 Then Moses and Aaron came in again before Pharaoh: and he said to them, Go and give worship to the Lord your God: but which of you are going?
出10:9 摩西回答：“我们要和我们年少的与年老的同去，要和我们的儿女同去，也要和我们的羊群与牛群同去，因为我们必须向耶和华守节。”
出10:9 And Moses said, We will go with our young and our old, with our sons and our daughters, with our flocks and our herds; for we are to keep a feast to the Lord.
出10:10 法老对他们说：“我让你们和你们的孩子离开的时候，愿耶和华与你们同在；你们要谨慎，因为有祸患在你们面前。
出10:10 And he said to them, May the Lord be with you, if I will let you and your little ones go! take care, for your purpose clearly is evil.
出10:11 不可以这样，只有你们的男子可以去事奉耶和华，因为这原是你们要求的。”于是把他们从法老面前赶出去。
出10:11 Not so; but let your males go and give worship to the Lord, as your desire is. This he said, driving them out from before him.
出10:12 耶和华对摩西说：“你要向埃及地伸手，使蝗虫上埃及地来，吃尽地上所有的蔬菜，就是受冰雹击打后留下的。”
出10:12 And the Lord said to Moses, Let your hand be stretched out over the land of Egypt so that the locusts may come up on the land for the destruction of every green plant in the land, even everything untouched by the ice-storm.
出10:13 摩西就向埃及地伸杖，整整的一日一夜，耶和华把东风吹在地上；到了早晨，东风把蝗虫吹来了。
出10:13 And Moses' rod was stretched out over the land of Egypt, and the Lord sent an east wind over the land all that day and all the night; and in the morning the locusts came up with the east wind.
出10:14 蝗虫上到埃及全地来，停留在埃及全境。牠们非常众多，以前没有像这样多的蝗虫，以后也没有。
出10:14 And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, resting on every part of the land, in very great numbers; such an army of locusts had never been seen before, and never will be again.
出10:15 蝗虫遮盖了整个地面，以致大地都变黑了。牠们吃尽了地上一切蔬菜，和树上所有的果子，就是受冰雹击打后留下来的。这样，在埃及全地，无论是树木，或田间的蔬菜，连一点青的也没有留下。
出10:15 For all the face of the earth was covered with them, so that the land was black; and every green plant and all the fruit of the trees which was untouched by the ice-storm they took for food: not one green thing, no plant or tree, was to be seen in all the land of Egypt.
出10:16 于是，法老急忙把摩西和亚伦召了来，说：“我得罪了耶和华你们的 神，也得罪了你们。
出10:16 Then Pharaoh quickly sent for Moses and Aaron, and said, I have done evil against the Lord your God and against you.
出10:17 现在求你只这一次赦免我的罪，也请你们求告耶和华你们的 神，使这一次的死亡离开我。”
出10:17 Let me now have forgiveness for my sin this time only, and make prayer to the Lord your God that he will take away from me this death only.
出10:18 摩西就离开法老出来，祈求耶和华。
出10:18 So he went out from Pharaoh and made prayer to the Lord.
出10:19 耶和华转了非常强大的西风，把蝗虫吹起来了，投进红海里；在埃及全境，连一只蝗虫也没留下。
出10:19 And the Lord sent a very strong west wind, which took up the locusts, driving them into the Red Sea; not one locust was to be seen in any part of Egypt.
出10:20 但是耶和华使法老的心刚硬，以致法老不肯让以色列人离开。
出10:20 But the Lord made Pharaoh's heart hard, and he did not let the children of Israel go.
出10:21 耶和华对摩西说：“你要向天举手，使黑暗临到埃及地，这黑暗是可以触摸的。”
出10:21 And the Lord said to Moses, Let your hand be stretched out to heaven, and all the land of Egypt will be dark, so that men will be feeling their way about in the dark.
出10:22 摩西向天伸手，幽暗就临到埃及全地三天之久。
出10:22 And when Moses' hand was stretched out, dark night came over all the land of Egypt for three days;
出10:23 三天之内，人彼此不能看见，谁也不能起来离开自己的地方；但是在所有以色列人居住的地方都有亮光。
出10:23 They were not able to see one another, and no one got up from his place for three days: but where the children of Israel were living it was light.
出10:24 法老就把摩西召了来，说：“你们去事奉耶和华吧，你们的孩子也可以与你们同去；只是要把你们的羊群和牛群留下来。”
出10:24 Then Pharaoh sent for Moses, and said, Go and give worship to the Lord; only let your flocks and your herds be kept here: your little ones may go with you.
出10:25 摩西回答：“你也要把献祭用的祭物和燔祭交给我们，使我们可以献给耶和华我们的 神。
出10:25 But Moses said, You will have to let us take burned offerings to put before the Lord our God.
出10:26 我们的牲畜也要与我们同去，连一只也不留下；因为我们要从牠们当中取出一些来事奉耶和华我们的 神；我们没有到达之前，还不知道要用什么事奉耶和华。”
出10:26 So our cattle will have to go with us, not one may be kept back; for they are needed for the worship of the Lord our God; we have no knowledge what offering we have to give till we come to the place.
出10:27 但耶和华使法老心里刚硬，因此他不愿意让他们离开。
出10:27 But the Lord made Pharaoh's heart hard, and he would not let them go.
出10:28 法老对摩西说：“你离开我去吧，你要小心，不要再见我的面；因为你再见我面的时候，你必定死。”
出10:28 And Pharaoh said to him, Go away from me, take care that you come not again before me; for the day when you see my face again will be your last.
出10:29 摩西回答：“你说对了，我不再见你的面了。”
出10:29 And Moses said, You say truly; I will not see your face again.
