出13:1 耶和华告诉摩西说：
出13:1 And the Lord said to Moses,
出13:2 “在以色列人中，你要把所有头生的都分别为圣归我；无论是人或是牲畜，凡是头生的都是我的。”
出13:2 Let the first male child of every mother among the children of Israel be kept holy for me, even the first male birth among man or beast; for it is mine.
出13:3 摩西对人民说：“你们要记念这一天，就是从埃及为奴之家出来的这一天，因为耶和华用大能的手把你们从这里领出来；所以有酵之物都不可以吃。
出13:3 And Moses said to the people, Let this day, on which you came out of Egypt, out of your prison-house, be kept for ever in memory; for by the strength of his hand the Lord has taken you out from this place; let no leavened bread be used.
出13:4 你们是在亚笔月这一日出来的。
出13:4 On this day, in the month Abib, you are going out.
出13:5 日后耶和华领你进到迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、希未人、耶布斯人之地，就是他向你的列祖起誓要赐给你的那流奶与蜜之地，那时你要在这月守这敬拜之礼。
出13:5 And it will be that, when the Lord takes you into the land of the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Amorite and the Hivite and the Jebusite, the land which he made an oath to your fathers that he would give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, you will do this act of worship in this month.
出13:6 你要吃无酵饼七日，第七日要向耶和华守节。
出13:6 For seven days let your food be unleavened cakes; and on the seventh day there is to be a feast to the Lord.
出13:7 七日之中你要吃无酵饼；在你四境之内，不可见有发过酵之物在你面前，也不可见有酵在你那里。
出13:7 Unleavened cakes are to be your food through all the seven days; let no leavened bread be seen among you, or any leaven, in any part of your land.
出13:8 在那日，你要告诉你的儿子说：‘这是因为耶和华在我从埃及出来的时候为我所行的事。’
出13:8 And you will say to your son in that day, It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.
出13:9 这要在你的手上作记号，在你额上作记念，好使耶和华的律法常在你的口中，因为耶和华曾用大能的手把你从埃及领出来。
出13:9 And this will be for a sign to you on your hand and for a mark on your brow, so that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth: for with a strong hand the Lord took you out of Egypt.
出13:10 所以，你要年年按着定期遵守这定例。
出13:10 So let this order be kept, at the right time, from year to year.
出13:11 “日后，耶和华照着他向你和你的列祖所起的誓，把你领进迦南人之地，把这地赐给你之后，
出13:11 And when the Lord takes you into the land of Canaan, as he made his oath to you and to your fathers, and gives it to you,
出13:12 你要把所有头生的奉献给耶和华，也要把你一切牲畜中所有头生的小牲口奉献给耶和华；公的都属耶和华。
出13:12 You are to put on one side for the Lord every mother's first male child, the first-fruit of her body, and the first young one of every beast; every male is holy to the Lord.
出13:13 凡是头生的驴，你要用羊羔代赎；如果你不代赎，就要打断牠的颈项；凡是你儿子中头生的人，你都要代赎。
出13:13 And for the young of an ass you may give a lamb in payment, or if you will not make payment for it, its neck is to be broken; but for all the first sons among your children, let payment be made.
出13:14 日后你的儿子若是问你们：‘这是什么意思？’你就要回答他：‘耶和华曾经用大能的手把我们从埃及为奴之家领出来。
出13:14 And when your son says to you in time to come, What is the reason for this? say to him, By the strength of his hand the Lord took us out of Egypt, out of the prison-house:
出13:15 那时法老心里刚硬，不让我们离开，耶和华就把埃及地所有头生的，无论是人或是牲畜都杀了；所以，我把所有头生的公牲口都献给耶和华为祭；但我所有头生的儿子，却都要代赎回来。
出13:15 And when Pharaoh made his heart hard and would not let us go, the Lord sent death on all the first sons in Egypt, of man and of beast: and so every first male who comes to birth is offered to the Lord; but for all the first of my sons I give a price.
出13:16 这要在你的手上作记号，在你的额上作头带；因为耶和华曾用大能的手把我们从埃及领出来。’”
出13:16 And this will be for a sign on your hand and for a mark on your brow: for by the strength of his hand the Lord took us out of Egypt.
出13:17 法老让人民离开的时候，虽然非利士的路很近， 神却不领他们从那里走，因为 神说：“恐怕百姓看见战争而后悔，就回埃及去。”
出13:17 Now after Pharaoh had let the people go, God did not take them through the land of the Philistines, though that was near: for God said, If the people see war, they may have a change of heart and go back to Egypt.
出13:18 所以 神领人民绕道而行，走旷野的路到红海去；以色列人从埃及地上来的时候，都带着兵器。
出13:18 But God took the people round by the waste land near the Red Sea: and the children of Israel went up in fighting order out of the land of Egypt.
出13:19 摩西带了约瑟的骸骨同去，因为约瑟曾经叫以色列人严肃地起誓，说：“ 神必定眷顾你们；你们要把我的骸骨从这里也一同带去。”
出13:19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, for Joseph had made the children of Israel take an oath, saying, God will certainly keep you in mind; and you are to take my bones away with you.
出13:20 他们从疏割起程，在旷野边界的以倘安营。
出13:20 Then they went on their journey from Succoth, and put up their tents in Etham at the edge of the waste land.
出13:21 耶和华在他们前面行，日间用云柱领他们的路，夜间用火柱光照他们，使他们日夜都可以行走。
出13:21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud, guiding them on their way; and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light: so that they were able to go on day and night:
出13:22 日间云柱，夜间火柱，都不离开众民的面前。
出13:22 The pillar of cloud went ever before them by day, and the pillar of fire by night.
