赛7:1 乌西雅的孙子、约坦的儿子犹大王亚哈斯在位的日子，亚兰王利汛和利玛利的儿子以色列王比加，上来攻打耶路撒冷，却不能把它攻陷。
赛7:1 Now it came about in the days of Ahaz, the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin, the king of Aram, and Pekah, the son of Remaliah, the king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to make war against it, but were not able to overcome it.
赛7:2 有人告诉大卫家说：“亚兰已经在以法莲地安营。”王的心和人民的心就都震动，像林中的树被风摇动一样。
赛7:2 And word came to the family of David that Aram had put up its tents in Ephraim. And the king's heart, and the hearts of his people, were moved, like the trees of the wood shaking in the wind.
赛7:3 耶和华对以赛亚说：“你和你的儿子施亚雅述出去，在上池的水沟尽头，就是在漂布者田间的大路上，去迎接亚哈斯，
赛7:3 Then the Lord said to Isaiah, Go out now, you and Shear-jashub, your son, and you will come across Ahaz at the end of the stream flowing from the higher pool, in the highway of the washerman's field;
赛7:4 对他说：‘你要谨慎，要镇定，不要因亚兰王利汛和利玛利的儿子这两个冒烟的火把头所发的怒气而害怕，也不要心里胆怯。
赛7:4 And say to him, Take care and be quiet; have no fear, and do not let your heart be feeble, because of these two ends of smoking fire-wood, because of the bitter wrath of Rezin and Aram, and of the son of Remaliah.
赛7:5 因为亚兰、以法莲和利玛利的儿子，设恶谋要害你，说：
赛7:5 Because Aram has made evil designs against you, saying,
赛7:6 “我们可以上去攻打犹大，扰乱她，把她攻占过来，归我们所有，又在其中立他比勒的儿子作王。”
赛7:6 Let us go up against Judah, troubling her, and forcing our way into her, and let us put up a king in her, even the son of Tabeel:
赛7:7 因此，主耶和华这样说：“这计谋必立不住，也不能成就，
赛7:7 This is the word of the Lord God: This design will not come about or be effected.
赛7:8 因为亚兰的首都是大马士革，大马士革的首领是利汛；六十五年之内，以法莲必定毁灭，不再成为一族之民。
赛7:8 For the head of Aram is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin (and in sixty-five years from now Ephraim will be broken, and will no longer be a people):
赛7:9 以法莲的首都是撒玛利亚，撒玛利亚的首领是利玛利的儿子；你们若不相信，就必定不得坚立。”’”
赛7:9 And the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If you will not have faith, your kingdom will be broken.
赛7:10 耶和华又告诉亚哈斯说：
赛7:10 And Isaiah said again to Ahaz,
赛7:11 “你向耶和华你的 神求一个兆头，或求显在深处，或求显在高处。”
赛7:11 Make a request to the Lord your God for a sign, a sign in the deep places of the underworld, or in the high heavens.
赛7:12 但亚哈斯说：“我不求，我不试探耶和华。”
赛7:12 But Ahaz said, I will not put the Lord to the test by making such a request.
赛7:13 以赛亚说：“大卫家啊，你们要听！你们使人厌烦还算小事，还要使我的 神厌烦吗？
赛7:13 And he said, Give ear now, O family of David: is it not enough that you are driving men to disgust? will you do the same to my God?
赛7:14 因此主自己必给你们一个兆头：看哪！必有童女怀孕生子；她要给他起名叫‘以马内利’。
赛7:14 For this cause the Lord himself will give you a sign; a young woman is now with child, and she will give birth to a son, and she will give him the name Immanuel.
赛7:15 到他晓得弃恶择善的时候，他必吃奶酪和蜂蜜。
赛7:15 Butter and honey will be his food, when he is old enough to make a decision between evil and good.
赛7:16 因为在这孩子晓得弃恶择善之先，你所畏惧的那两个王之地，早就被弃绝了。
赛7:16 For before the child is old enough to make a decision between evil and good, the land whose two kings you are now fearing will have become waste.
赛7:17 “耶和华必使灾难的日子临到你和你的人民，以及你的父家，自从以法莲脱离犹大以来，未曾有过这样的日子，就是亚述王的入侵。”
赛7:17 The Lord is about to send on you, and on your people, and on your father's house, such a time of trouble as there has not been from the days of the separating of Ephraim from Judah; even the coming of the king of Assyria.
赛7:18 到那时，耶和华必发出哨声，把埃及河流尽头的苍蝇和亚述地的蜂子召来。
赛7:18 And it will be in that day that the Lord will make a piping sound for the fly which is in the end of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee which is in the land of Assyria.
赛7:19 牠们都必飞来，落在荒谷中、岩石的穴里、一切荆棘丛中和所有的草场上。
赛7:19 And they will come, covering all the waste valleys, and the holes of the rocks, and the thorns, and all the watering-places.
赛7:20 到那日，主必用大河那边租来的剃刀，就是亚述王，剃去你们的头发和脚上的毛，并且剃净你们的胡须。
赛7:20 In that day will the Lord take away the hair of the head and of the feet, as well as the hair of the face, with a blade got for a price from the other side of the River; even with the king of Assyria.
赛7:21 到那时，一个人只能养活一头母牛犊和两只母绵羊。
赛7:21 And it will be in that day that a man will give food to a young cow and two sheep;
赛7:22 因为出的奶多，他就可以吃奶酪；境内剩下的人，都要吃奶酪和蜂蜜。
赛7:22 And they will give so much milk that he will be able to have butter for his food: for butter and honey will be the food of all who are still living in the land.
赛7:23 到那日，从前种一千棵葡萄树，价值一万一千四百克银子的地方，现在却成为荆棘和蒺藜生长之处。
赛7:23 And it will be in that day that in every place where before there were a thousand vines valued at a thousand shekels of silver, there will be nothing but blackberries and thorns.
赛7:24 人到那里去，必须携带弓和箭，因为遍地都是荆棘和蒺藜。
赛7:24 Men will come there with bows and arrows, because all the land will be full of blackberries and thorns.
赛7:25 以前所有用锄头挖掘的山地，你因为惧怕荆棘和蒺藜，都不敢上那里去；那里就成了放牛之地，羊群践踏之处。
赛7:25 And they will send out the oxen and the sheep on all the hills which before were worked with the spade, ... fear of blackberries and thorns.
