赛32:1 看哪！必有一王凭公义执政，必有众领袖按公平治理。
赛32:1 See, a king will be ruling in righteousness, and chiefs will give right decisions.
赛32:2 必有一人像避风所，和避暴雨的隐密处，像干旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的盘石阴影。
赛32:2 And a man will be as a safe place from the wind, and a cover from the storm; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shade of a great rock in a waste land.
赛32:3 那时，能看见事物者的眼睛，必不再昏暗；能听到事物者的耳朵，必然倾听。
赛32:3 And the eyes of those who see will not be shut, and those who have hearing will give ear to the word.
赛32:4 性急者的心必明白知识，口吃者的舌头必说话清楚。
赛32:4 The man of sudden impulses will become wise in heart, and he whose tongue is slow will get the power of talking clearly.
赛32:5 愚顽人不再被称为高尚，恶棍也不再被称为大方。
赛32:5 The foolish man will no longer be named noble, and they will not say of the false man that he is a man of honour.
赛32:6 因为愚顽人说的是愚顽话，他心里所想的是罪孽，惯行亵渎 神的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人仍空着肚子，使口渴的人仍无水可喝。
赛32:6 For the foolish man will say foolish things, having evil thoughts in his heart, working what is unclean, and talking falsely about the Lord, to keep food from him who is in need of it, and water from him whose soul is desiring it.
赛32:7 至于恶棍，他的手段是邪恶的，他图谋恶计，用虚假的言语毁灭困苦的人，即使在穷乏人讲公理的时候，他也是这样。
赛32:7 The designs of the false are evil, purposing the destruction of the poor man by false words, even when he is in the right.
赛32:8 高尚的人却筹谋高尚的事，他也必坚持这些高尚的事。
赛32:8 But the noble-hearted man has noble purposes, and by these he will be guided.
赛32:9 安逸的妇女啊！你们要起来，听我的声音；无忧无虑的女子啊！你们要侧耳听我的话。
赛32:9 Give ear to my voice, you women who are living in comfort; give attention to my words, you daughters who have no fear of danger.
赛32:10 无忧无虑的女子啊！再过一年多，你们就必受困扰，因为没有葡萄可摘，收禾稼的日子也没有来。
赛32:10 In not much more than a year, you, who are not looking for evil, will be troubled: for the produce of the vine-gardens will be cut off, and there will be no getting in of the grapes.
赛32:11 安逸的妇女啊！你们要受震惊。无忧无虑的女子啊！你们要受困扰了，脱去衣服，赤着身子，以麻布束腰吧。
赛32:11 Be shaking with fear, you women who are living in comfort; be troubled, you who have no fear of danger: take off your robes and put on clothing of grief.
赛32:12 你们要为美好的田地和多结果子的葡萄树搥胸哀哭。
赛32:12 Have sorrow for the fields, the pleasing fields, the fertile vine;
赛32:13 也为那些在我子民的土地上长起来的荆棘和蒺藜而哀哭，为那欢乐的城和所有快乐的房屋，也是这样。
赛32:13 And for the land of my people, where thorns will come up; even for all the houses of joy in the glad town.
赛32:14 因为宫殿必被丢弃，热闹的城市也被撇下，山冈和守望楼必永远成为洞穴，作了野驴喜欢的地方和羊群的草场。
赛32:14 For the fair houses will have no man living in them; the town which was full of noise will become a waste; the hill and the watchtower will be unpeopled for ever, a joy for the asses of the woods, a place of food for the flocks;
赛32:15 等到圣灵从高处倾倒在我们身上，旷野变为肥田，肥田被看为树林的时候，
赛32:15 Till the spirit comes on us from on high, and the waste land becomes a fertile field, and the fertile field is changed into a wood.
赛32:16 公平就必居在旷野中，公义必住在肥田里。
赛32:16 Then in the waste land there will be an upright rule, and righteousness will have its place in the fertile field.
赛32:17 公义的果效必是平安，公义的效验必是平静与安稳，直到永远。
赛32:17 And the work of righteousness will be peace; and the effect of an upright rule will be to take away fear for ever.
赛32:18 那时，我的子民必住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，不受骚扰的安息之处。
赛32:18 And my people will be living in peace, in houses where there is no fear, and in quiet resting-places.
赛32:19 但在敌人的国土中，必有冰雹降下，打倒他们的树林，他们的城必被夷平。
赛32:19 But the tall trees will come down with a great fall, and the town will be low in a low place.
赛32:20 你们这些在各水边撒种，又使牛驴随意走动的，是多么有福啊！
赛32:20 Happy are you who are planting seed by all the waters, and sending out the ox and the ass.
