诗7:1 大卫因便雅悯人古实的话，向耶和华所唱的“士迦庸”。耶和华我的 神啊！我已经投靠了你，求你拯救我脱离所有追赶我的人。求你搭救我，
诗7:1 <Shiggaion of David; a song which he made to the Lord, about the words of Cush the Benjamite.> O Lord my God, I put my faith in you; take me out of the hands of him who is cruel to me, and make me free;
诗7:2 免得他们像狮子一般把我撕裂，把我撕碎的时候，也没有人搭救。
诗7:2 So that he may not come rushing on my soul like a lion, wounding it, while there is no one to be my saviour.
诗7:3 耶和华我的 神啊！如果我作了这事，如果我手中有罪孽，
诗7:3 O Lord my God, if I have done this; if my hands have done any wrong;
诗7:4 如果我以恶回报那与我为友的人，或是无故掠夺与我为敌的人，
诗7:4 If I have given back evil to him who did evil to me, or have taken anything from him who was against me without cause;
诗7:5 就任凭仇敌追赶我，直到追上，把我的性命践踏在地上，使我的光荣归于尘土。（细拉）
诗7:5 Let my hater go after my soul and take it; let my life be crushed to the earth, and my honour into the dust. (Selah.)
诗7:6 耶和华啊！求你在怒中起来，求你挺身而起，抵挡我敌人的暴怒，求你为我兴起；你已经出令施行审判。
诗7:6 Come up, Lord, in your wrath; be lifted up against my haters; be awake, my God, give orders for the judging.
诗7:7 愿万民聚集环绕你，愿你归回高处，统管他们。
诗7:7 The meeting of the nations will be round you; take your seat, then, over them, on high.
诗7:8 愿耶和华审判万民。耶和华啊！求你按着我的公义，照着我心中的正直判断我。
诗7:8 The Lord will be judge of the peoples; give a decision for me, O Lord, because of my righteousness, and let my virtue have its reward.
诗7:9 愿恶人的恶行止息，愿你使义人坚立。公义的 神啊！你是察验人心肠肺腑的。
诗7:9 O let the evil of the evil-doer come to an end, but give strength to the upright: for men's minds and hearts are tested by the God of righteousness.
诗7:10 神是我的盾牌，他拯救心里正直的人。
诗7:10 God, who is the saviour of the upright in heart, is my breastplate.
诗7:11 神是公义的审判者，他是天天向恶人发怒的 神。
诗7:11 God is the judge of the upright, and is angry with the evil-doers every day.
诗7:12 如果人不悔改， 神必把他的刀磨快。 神已经把弓拉开，准备妥当。
诗7:12 If a man is not turned from his evil, he will make his sword sharp; his bow is bent and ready.
诗7:13 他亲自预备了致命的武器，他使所射的箭成为燃烧的箭。
诗7:13 He has made ready for him the instruments of death; he makes his arrows flames of fire.
诗7:14 看哪！恶人为了罪孽经历产痛，他怀的是恶毒，生下的是虚谎。
诗7:14 That man is a worker of evil; the seed of wrongdoing has given birth to deceit.
诗7:15 他挖掘坑穴，挖得深深的，自己却掉进所挖的陷阱里。
诗7:15 He has made a hole deep in the earth, and is falling into the hole which he has made
诗7:16 他的恶毒必回到自己的头上，他的强暴必落在自己的头顶上。
诗7:16 His wrongdoing will come back to him, and his violent behaviour will come down on his head.
诗7:17 我要照着耶和华的公义称谢他，歌颂至高者耶和华的名。
诗7:17 I will give praise to the Lord for his righteousness; I will make a song to the name of the Lord Most High.
