诗34:1 大卫的诗，是他在亚比米勒面前装疯，被驱逐离去时作的。我要时常称颂耶和华，赞美他的话必常在我口中。
诗34:1 <Of David. When he made a change in his behaviour before Abimelech, who sent him away, and he went.> I will be blessing the Lord at all times; his praise will be ever in my mouth.
诗34:2 我的心要因耶和华夸耀，困苦的人听见了就喜乐。
诗34:2 My soul will say great things of the Lord: the poor in spirit will have knowledge of it and be glad.
诗34:3 你们要跟我一起尊耶和华为大，我们来一同高举他的名。
诗34:3 O give praise to the Lord with me; let us be witnesses together of his great name.
诗34:4 我曾求问耶和华，他应允了我，救我脱离一切恐惧。
诗34:4 I was searching for the Lord, and he gave ear to my voice, and made me free from all my fears.
诗34:5 人仰望他，就有光彩，他们的脸必不蒙羞。
诗34:5 Let your eyes be turned to him and you will have light, and your faces will not be shamed.
诗34:6 我这困苦人呼求，耶和华就垂听，拯救我脱离一切患难。
诗34:6 This poor man's cry came before the Lord, and he gave him salvation from all his troubles.
诗34:7 耶和华的使者，在敬畏他的人周围扎营，搭救他们。
诗34:7 The angel of the Lord is ever watching over those who have fear of him, to keep them safe.
诗34:8 你们要亲自体验，就知道耶和华是美善的；投靠他的人，都是有福的。
诗34:8 By experience you will see that the Lord is good; happy is the man who has faith in him.
诗34:9 耶和华的圣民哪！你们要敬畏他，因为敬畏他的一无所缺。
诗34:9 Keep yourselves in the fear of the Lord, all you his saints; for those who do so will have no need of anything.
诗34:10 少壮狮子有时还缺食挨饿，但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。
诗34:10 The young lions are in need and have no food; but those who are looking to the Lord will have every good thing.
诗34:11 孩子们！你们要来听我；我要教导你们敬畏耶和华。
诗34:11 Come, children, give attention to me; I will be your teacher in the fear of the Lord.
诗34:12 谁喜爱生命，爱慕长寿，享受美福，
诗34:12 What man has a love of life, and a desire that his days may be increased so that he may see good?
诗34:13 就要禁止舌头不出恶言，嘴唇不说诡诈的话；
诗34:13 Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from words of deceit.
诗34:14 也要离恶行善，寻找并追求和睦。
诗34:14 Be turned from evil, and do good; make a search for peace, desiring it with all your heart.
诗34:15 耶和华的眼睛看顾义人，他的耳朵垂听他们的呼求。
诗34:15 The eyes of the Lord are on the upright, and his ears are open to their cry.
诗34:16 耶和华的脸敌对作恶的人，要把他们的名从世上除掉。
诗34:16 The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to take away the memory of them from the earth.
诗34:17 义人哀求，耶和华就垂听，搭救他们脱离一切患难，
诗34:17 The cry of the upright comes before the Lord, and he takes them out of all their troubles.
诗34:18 耶和华亲近心中破碎的人，拯救灵里痛悔的人，
诗34:18 The Lord is near the broken-hearted; he is the saviour of those whose spirits are crushed down.
诗34:19 义人虽有许多苦难，但耶和华搭救他脱离这一切。
诗34:19 Great are the troubles of the upright: but the Lord takes him safely out of them all.
诗34:20 耶和华保全他一身的骨头，连一根也不容折断。
诗34:20 He keeps all his bones: not one of them is broken.
诗34:21 恶人必被恶害死；憎恨义人的，必被定罪。
诗34:21 Evil will put an end to the sinner, and those who are haters of righteousness will come to destruction.
诗34:22 耶和华救赎他仆人的性命；凡是投靠他的，必不被定罪。
诗34:22 The Lord will be the saviour of the souls of his servants, and no one who has faith in him will be put to shame.
