诗146:1 你们要赞美耶和华。我的心哪！要赞美耶和华。
诗146:1 Let the Lord be praised. Give praise to the Lord, O my soul.
诗146:2 我还活着的时候，我要赞美耶和华；我还在世上的时候，我要歌颂我的 神。
诗146:2 While I have breath I will give praise to the Lord: I will make melody to my God while I have my being.
诗146:3 你们不要倚靠权贵，不要倚靠世人，他们一点都不能救助你们。
诗146:3 Put not your faith in rulers, or in the son of man, in whom there is no salvation.
诗146:4 他们的气一断，就归回尘土；他们所计划的，当天就幻灭了。
诗146:4 Man's breath goes out, he is turned back again to dust; in that day all his purposes come to an end.
诗146:5 以雅各的 神为自己的帮助，仰望耶和华他的 神的，这人就是有福的。
诗146:5 Happy is the man who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
诗146:6 耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物；他持守信实，直到永远。
诗146:6 Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all things in them; who keeps faith for ever:
诗146:7 他为受欺压的人伸冤，赐食物给饥饿的人，耶和华使被囚的得自由。
诗146:7 Who gives their rights to those who are crushed down; and gives food to those who are in need of it: the Lord makes the prisoners free;
诗146:8 耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛，耶和华扶起被压迫的人，耶和华喜爱义人。
诗146:8 The Lord makes open the eyes of the blind; the Lord is the lifter up of those who are bent down; the Lord is a lover of the upright;
诗146:9 耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿寡妇，却使恶人的行动挫败。
诗146:9 The Lord takes care of those who are in a strange land; he gives help to the widow and to the child who has no father; but he sends destruction on the way of sinners.
诗146:10 愿耶和华作王，直到永远！锡安哪！愿你的 神作王，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。
诗146:10 The Lord will be King for ever; your God, O Zion, will be King through all generations. Praise be to the Lord.
