诗103:1 <Of David.> Give praise to the Lord, O my soul; let everything in me give praise to his holy name.
诗103:2 我的心哪！你要称颂耶和华；不可忘记他的一切恩惠。
诗103:2 Give praise to the Lord, O my soul; let not all his blessings go from your memory.
诗103:3 他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病；
诗103:3 He has forgiveness for all your sins; he takes away all your diseases;
诗103:4 他救赎你的性命脱离死亡，以慈爱和怜悯作你的冠冕；
诗103:4 He keeps back your life from destruction, crowning you with mercy and grace.
诗103:5 他以福乐使你的心愿满足，以致你好像鹰一般恢复青春的活力。
诗103:5 He makes your mouth full of good things, so that your strength is made new again like the eagle's.
诗103:6 耶和华施行公义，为所有受欺压的人主持公道。
诗103:6 The Lord gives decisions in righteousness for all who are in trouble.
诗103:7 他向摩西指示自己的道路，向以色列人显明自己的作为。
诗103:7 He gave knowledge of his way to Moses, and made his acts clear to the children of Israel.
诗103:8 耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，并且有丰盛的慈爱。
诗103:8 The Lord is kind and full of pity, not quickly made angry, but ever ready to have mercy.
诗103:9 他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。
诗103:9 His feeling will no longer be bitter; he will not keep his wrath for ever.
诗103:10 他没有按着我们的罪过待我们，也没有照着我们的罪孽报应我们。
诗103:10 He has not given us the punishment for our sins, or the reward of our wrongdoing.
诗103:11 天离地有多高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也有多大。
诗103:11 For as the heaven is high over the earth, so great is his mercy to his worshippers.
诗103:12 东离西有多远，他使我们的过犯离我们也有多远。
诗103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he put our sins from us.
诗103:13 父亲怎样怜恤儿子，耶和华也照样怜恤敬畏他的人；
诗103:13 As a father has pity on his children, so the Lord has pity on his worshippers.
诗103:14 因为他知道我们的本体，记得我们不过是尘土。
诗103:14 For he has knowledge of our feeble frame; he sees that we are only dust.
诗103:15 至于世人，他的年日好像草一般；他又像野地繁茂的花。
诗103:15 As for man, his days are as grass: his beautiful growth is like the flower of the field.
诗103:16 经风一吹，就归无有；他原来的地方再不认识他。
诗103:16 The wind goes over it and it is gone; and its place sees it no longer.
诗103:17 但从亘古到永远，耶和华的慈爱临到敬畏他的人；他的公义也归于他们的子子孙孙，
诗103:17 But the mercy of the Lord is eternal for his worshippers, and their children's children will see his righteousness;
诗103:18 就是那些谨守他的约，记住他的训词，并且遵行的人。
诗103:18 If they keep his agreement, and have his laws in mind to do them.
诗103:19 耶和华在天上立定宝座，他的王权统管万有。
诗103:19 The Lord has made ready his high seat in the heavens; his kingdom is ruling over all.
诗103:20 你们作他天使的，就是那些大有能力，行他所吩咐，以及听从他命令的，都要称颂耶和华。
诗103:20 Give praise to the Lord, you his angels, who are great in strength, doing his orders, and waiting for his voice.
诗103:21 你们作他的众军，作他的仆役，遵行他旨意的，都要称颂耶和华。
诗103:21 Give praise to the Lord, all you his armies; and you his servants who do his pleasure.
诗103:22 你们一切被他所造的，在他统治的各处，都要称颂耶和华。我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。
诗103:22 Give praise to the Lord, all his works, in all places under his rule: give praise to the Lord, O my soul.
