诗52:1 大卫的训诲诗，交给诗班长，是在以东人多益来告诉扫罗：“大卫到了亚希米勒家”以后作的。（本篇细字标题在《马索拉抄本》为52:1~2）勇士啊！你为什么以作恶自夸呢？ 神的慈爱是常存的。
诗52:1 <To the chief music-maker. Maschil. Of David. When Doeg the Edomite came to Saul saying, David has come to the house of Ahimelech.> Why do you take pride in wrongdoing, lifting yourself up against the upright man all the day?
诗52:2 你图谋毁灭，你的舌头锋利像剃刀，常弄诡诈。
诗52:2 Purposing destruction, using deceit; your tongue is like a sharp blade.
诗52:3 你喜爱作恶过于行善，喜爱撒谎过于说实话。（细拉）
诗52:3 You have more love for evil than for good, for deceit than for works of righteousness. (Selah.)
诗52:4 你喜爱你诡诈的舌头，所说一切毁灭人的话。
诗52:4 Destruction is in all your words, O false tongue.
诗52:5 神必把你永远拆毁；他必把你挪去，把你从帐棚中揪出来，把你从活人之地连根拔起。（细拉）
诗52:5 But God will put an end to you for ever; driving you out from your tent, uprooting you from the land of the living. (Selah.)
诗52:6 义人必看见而惧怕；他们必讥笑他，说：
诗52:6 The upright will see it with fear, and will say, laughing at you:
诗52:7 “看哪！这就是那不以 神为自己保障的人，他只倚靠自己丰盛的财富，以毁灭别人来加强自己的力量。”
诗52:7 See, this is the man who did not make God his strength, but had faith in his goods and his property, and made himself strong in his wealth.
诗52:8 至于我，我就像 神殿中茂盛的橄榄树一样；我倚靠 神的慈爱，直到永永远远。
诗52:8 But I am like a branching olive-tree in the house of God; I have put my faith in his mercy for ever and ever.
诗52:9 我要永远称谢你，因为你行了这事；我必在你圣民的面前，宣扬（“宣扬”原文作“仰望”）你的名，因你的名是美好的。
诗52:9 I will give you praise without end for what you have done; I will give honour to your name before your saints, for it is good.
