诗142:1 大卫的训诲诗，是在山洞时作的，是一篇祷告。我大声向耶和华呼求，高声向耶和华恳求。
诗142:1 <Maschil. Of David. A prayer when he was in the hole of the rock.> The sound of my cry went up to the Lord; with my voice I made my prayer for grace to the Lord.
诗142:2 我在他面前倾吐我的苦情，在他面前陈述我的患难。
诗142:2 I put all my sorrows before him; and made clear to him all my trouble.
诗142:3 我的灵在我里面软弱的时候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，敌人暗设网罗陷害我。
诗142:3 When my spirit is overcome, your eyes are on my goings; nets have been secretly placed in the way in which I go.
诗142:4 求你向我右边观看，没有人关心我；我没有逃难的地方，也没有人照顾我。
诗142:4 Looking to my right side, I saw no man who was my friend: I had no safe place; no one had any care for my soul.
诗142:5 耶和华啊！我向你呼求；我说：“你是我的避难所，是我在活人之地的业分。
诗142:5 I have made my cry to you, O Lord; I have said, You are my safe place, and my heritage in the land of the living.
诗142:6 求你留心听我的呼求，因为我落到极卑微的地步；求你救我脱离逼迫我的人，因为他们比我强大。
诗142:6 Give ear to my cry, for I am made very low: take me out of the hands of my haters, for they are stronger than I.
诗142:7 求你把我从牢狱中领出来，好让我称赞你的名；义人必环绕着我，因为你以厚恩待我。”1
诗142:7 Take my soul out of prison, so that I may give praise to your name: the upright will give praise because of me; for you have given me a full reward.
