诗69:1 大卫的诗,交给诗班长,调用“百合花”。 神啊!求你拯救我,因为大水淹没了我。

诗69:1 <To the chief music-maker; put to Shoshannim. Of David.> Be my saviour, O God; because the waters have come in, even to my neck.

诗69:2 我深陷在淤泥中,没有立足之地;我到了水深之处,波涛漫过我身。

诗69:2 My feet are deep in the soft earth, where there is no support; I have come into deep waters, the waves are flowing over me.

诗69:3 我因不住呼求而疲倦,我的喉咙发干;我因等候我的 神,眼睛昏花。

诗69:3 I am tired with my crying; my throat is burning: my eyes are wasted with waiting for my God.

诗69:4 那些无故恨我的,比我的头发还多;无理与我为敌,要把我灭绝的,人数众多。我没有抢夺过的,竟要我偿还。

诗69:4 Those who have hate for me without cause are greater in number than the hairs of my head; those who are against me, falsely desiring my destruction, are very strong; I gave back what I had not taken away.

诗69:5 神啊!我的愚昧你是知道的,我的罪愆不能向你隐瞒。

诗69:5 O God, you see how foolish I am; and my wrongdoing is clear to you.

诗69:6 主万军之耶和华啊!愿那些等候你的,不要因我蒙羞;以色列的 神啊!愿那些寻求你的,不要因我受辱。

诗69:6 Let not those who have hope in you be put to shame because of me, O Lord God of armies: let not those who are waiting for you be made low because of me, O God of Israel.

诗69:7 然而,为了你的缘故,我忍受辱骂,满面羞愧。

诗69:7 I have been wounded with sharp words because of you; my face has been covered with shame.

诗69:8 我的兄弟都疏远我,我同母的兄弟把我当作外人。

诗69:8 I have become strange to my brothers, and like a man from a far country to my mother's children.

诗69:9 因我为你的殿,心中迫切如同火烧;辱骂你的人的辱骂,都落在我身上。

诗69:9 I am on fire with passion for your house; and the hard things which are said about you have come on me.

诗69:10 我哭泣禁食,这竟成了我的羞辱。

诗69:10 My bitter weeping, and my going without food, were turned to my shame.

诗69:11 我披上麻衣,就成了他们取笑的对象。

诗69:11 When I put on the clothing of grief, they said evil of me.

诗69:12 坐在城门口的人对我议论纷纷,我成了酒徒之歌。

诗69:12 I am a cause of wonder to those in authority; a song to those who are given to strong drink.

诗69:13 但是,耶和华啊!在悦纳的时候,我向你祷告; 神啊!求你按着你丰盛的慈爱,凭着你信实的拯救应允我。

诗69:13 But as for me, let my prayer be made to you, O Lord, at a time when you are pleased; O God, give me an answer in your great mercy, for your salvation is certain.

诗69:14 求你救我脱离淤泥,不要容我沉下去;求你救我脱离那些恨我的人,救我脱离深水。

诗69:14 Take me from the grip of the sticky earth, so that I may not go down into it; let me be lifted up from the deep waters.

诗69:15 求你不要让波涛淹没我,不要让深水吞灭我,也不要让深坑把我封闭。

诗69:15 Let me not be covered by the flowing waters; let not the deep waters go over my head, and let me not be shut up in the underworld.

诗69:16 耶和华啊!求你应允我,因为你的慈爱美善;求你照着你丰盛的怜悯转脸垂顾我。

诗69:16 Give an answer to my words, O Lord; for your mercy is good: be turned to me, because of your great pity.

诗69:17 求你不要向你的仆人掩面;求你快快应允我,因为我在困境之中。

诗69:17 Let not your face be covered from your servant, for I am in trouble; quickly give me an answer.

诗69:18 求你亲近我,拯救我,因我仇敌的缘故救赎我。

诗69:18 Come near to my soul, for its salvation: be my saviour, because of those who are against me.

诗69:19 我所受的辱骂、欺凌和侮辱,你都知道,我所有的敌人都在你面前。

诗69:19 You have seen my shame, how I was laughed at and made low; my haters are all before you.

诗69:20 辱骂伤了我的心,我忧愁难过;我希望有人同情,却一个也没有;我希望有人安慰,还是找不到一个。

诗69:20 My heart is broken by bitter words, I am full of grief; I made a search for some to have pity on me, but there was no one; I had no comforter.

诗69:21 他们在我的食物中加上苦胆,我渴了,他们把醋给我喝。

诗69:21 They gave me poison for my food; and bitter wine for my drink.

诗69:22 愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为网罗、报应和陷阱(“报应和陷阱”按照《马索拉抄本》应作“在他们平安的时候,变为陷阱”;现参照《七十士译本》翻译。又按照《他耳根》或译:“愿他们的平安祭筵变为陷阱”)。

诗69:22 Let their table before them be for their destruction; let their feasts become a net to take them.

诗69:23 愿他们的眼睛昏花,不能看见;愿他们的腰不停地战抖。

诗69:23 Let their eyes be blind so that they may not see; let their bodies for ever be shaking.

诗69:24 求你把你的恼怒倾倒在他们身上,使你的烈怒追上他们。

诗69:24 Let your curse come on them; let the heat of your wrath overtake them.

诗69:25 愿他们的住处变为荒场;愿他们的帐幕无人居住。

诗69:25 Give their houses to destruction, and let there be no one in their tents.

诗69:26 因为他们迫害你所击打的人,嘲笑你所击伤的人的痛苦。

诗69:26 Because they are cruel to him against whom your hand is turned; they make bitter the grief of him who is wounded by you.

诗69:27 愿你在他们的惩罚上加上惩罚,不容他们在你面前得称为义。

诗69:27 Let their punishment be increased; let them not come into your righteousness.

诗69:28 愿他们的名字从生命册上被涂抹,不要让他们和义人一同被记录。

诗69:28 Let their names be taken from the book of the living, let them not be numbered with the upright.

诗69:29 至于我,我是忧伤痛苦的人; 神啊!愿你的救恩保护我。

诗69:29 But I am poor and full of sorrow; let me be lifted up by your salvation, O Lord.

诗69:30 我要用诗歌赞美 神的名,以感谢尊他为大。

诗69:30 I will give praise to the name of God with a song; I will give glory to him for what he has done.

诗69:31 这就使耶和华喜悦,胜过献牛,或是献有角有蹄的公牛。

诗69:31 This will be more pleasing to the Lord than an ox, or a young ox of full growth.

诗69:32 困苦的人看见了就喜乐;寻求 神的人哪!愿你们的心苏醒。

诗69:32 The poor will see it and be glad: you who are lovers of God, let your hearts have life.

诗69:33 因为耶和华垂听了贫穷人的祷告,也不藐视属他自己、正被囚禁的人。

诗69:33 For the ears of the Lord are open to the poor, and he takes thought for his prisoners.

诗69:34 愿天和地都赞美他,愿海洋和海中一切生物都赞美他。

诗69:34 Let the heavens and the earth give praise to him, the seas, and everything moving in them.

诗69:35 因为 神要拯救锡安,要建造犹大的众城;他的子民必在那里居住,并且拥有那地为业。

诗69:35 For God will be the saviour of Zion, and the builder of the towns of Judah; so that it may be their resting-place and heritage.

诗69:36 他众仆人的后裔都必承受那地为业,喜爱他名的人要住在其中。

诗69:36 The seed of his servants will have their part in it, and there the lovers of his name will have rest.
