诗90:1 <A Prayer of Moses, the man of God.> Lord, you have been our resting-place in all generations.
诗90:2 群山尚未生出，大地和世界你未曾造成，从永远到永远，你是 神。
诗90:2 Before the mountains were made, before you had given birth to the earth and the world, before time was, and for ever, you are God.
诗90:3 你使人归回尘土，说：“世人哪！你们要归回尘土。”
诗90:3 You send man back to his dust; and say, Go back, you children of men.
诗90:4 在你看来，千年好像刚过去了的昨天，又像夜里的一更。
诗90:4 For to you a thousand years are no more than yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night.
诗90:5 你使世人消逝，像被洪水冲去；他们好像睡了一觉；他们又像在早晨生长的草，
诗90:5 ...
诗90:6 早晨发芽生长，晚上就凋萎枯干。
诗90:6 In the morning it is green; in the evening it is cut down, and becomes dry.
诗90:7 我们因你的怒气而消灭，因你的烈怒而惊恐。
诗90:7 We are burned up by the heat of your passion, and troubled by your wrath.
诗90:8 你把我们的罪孽摆在你面前，把我们的隐恶摆在你脸光之中。
诗90:8 You have put our evil doings before you, our secret sins in the light of your face.
诗90:9 我们一生的日子都在你的震怒中消逝，我们度尽的年岁好像一声叹息。
诗90:9 For all our days have gone by in your wrath; our years come to an end like a breath.
诗90:10 我们一生的年日是七十岁，如果强壮，可到八十岁，但其中可夸耀的，不过是劳苦愁烦；我们的年日转眼即逝，我们也如飞而去了。
诗90:10 The measure of our life is seventy years; and if through strength it may be eighty years, its pride is only trouble and sorrow, for it comes to an end and we are quickly gone.
诗90:11 谁晓得你怒气的威力，谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的忿怒呢？
诗90:11 Who has knowledge of the power of your wrath, or who takes note of the weight of your passion?
诗90:12 求你教导我们怎样数算自己的日子，好使我们得着智慧的心。
诗90:12 So give us knowledge of the number of our days, that we may get a heart of wisdom.
诗90:13 耶和华啊！要到几时呢？求你回心转意，求你怜恤你的仆人。
诗90:13 Come back, O Lord; how long? let your purpose for your servants be changed.
诗90:14 求你使我们早晨饱尝你的慈爱，好使我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。
诗90:14 In the morning give us your mercy in full measure; so that we may have joy and delight all our days.
诗90:15 你使我们受苦和遭难的年日有多久，求你使我们喜乐的日子也有多久。
诗90:15 Make us glad in reward for the days of our sorrow, and for the years in which we have seen evil.
诗90:16 愿你的作为向你的仆人彰显，愿你的威严向他们的子孙显明。
诗90:16 Make your work clear to your servants, and your glory to their children.
诗90:17 愿主我们的 神的恩慈临到我们身上；愿你为我们的缘故，坚立我们手所作的工；我们手所作的工，愿你坚立。
诗90:17 Let the pleasure of the Lord our God be on us: O Lord, give strength to the work of our hands.
