诗22:1 大卫的诗,交给诗班长,调用“黎明的鹿”。我的 神!我的 神!你为什么离弃我?为什么远离不救我,不听我呻吟的话呢?

诗22:1 <To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David.> My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying?

诗22:2 我的 神啊!我日间呼求,你不应允;在晚上我还是不停止。

诗22:2 O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest.

诗22:3 但你是圣洁的,是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。

诗22:3 But you are holy, O you who are seated among the praises of Israel.

诗22:4 我们的列祖倚靠你,他们倚靠你,你就救他们。

诗22:4 Our fathers had faith in you: they had faith and you were their saviour.

诗22:5 他们向你哀求,就得拯救;他们倚靠你,就不失望。

诗22:5 They sent up their cry to you and were made free: they put their faith in you and were not put to shame.

诗22:6 但我是虫,不是人,是世上所羞辱的,也是众人所藐视的。

诗22:6 But I am a worm and not a man; cursed by men, and looked down on by the people.

诗22:7 看见我的,都嘲笑我;他们撇着嘴,摇着头,说:

诗22:7 I am laughed at by all those who see me: pushing out their lips and shaking their heads they say,

诗22:8 “他既然把自己交托耶和华,就让耶和华搭救他吧!耶和华既然喜悦他,就让耶和华拯救他吧!”

诗22:8 He put his faith in the Lord; let the Lord be his saviour now: let the Lord be his saviour, because he had delight in him.

诗22:9 然而,是你使我从母腹中出来的;我在母亲的怀里,你就使我有倚靠的心。

诗22:9 But it was you who took care of me from the day of my birth: you gave me faith even from my mother's breasts.

诗22:10 我自出母胎,就被交托给你;我一出母腹,你就是我的 神。

诗22:10 I was in your hands even before my birth; you are my God from the time when I was in my mother's body.

诗22:11 求你不要远离我,因为灾难临近了,却没有人帮助我。

诗22:11 Be not far from me, for trouble is near; there is no one to give help.

诗22:12 有许多公牛围着我,巴珊强壮的公牛困住了我。

诗22:12 A great herd of oxen is round me: I am shut in by the strong oxen of Bashan.

诗22:13 他们向我大大地张嘴,像抓撕吼叫的狮子。

诗22:13 I saw their mouths wide open, like lions crying after food.

诗22:14 我好像水被倾倒出去,我全身的骨头都散脱了,我的心在我里面像蜡融化。

诗22:14 I am flowing away like water, and all my bones are out of place: my heart is like wax, it has become soft in my body.

诗22:15 我的精力像瓦片一样枯干,我的舌头紧黏着上颚,你把我放在死亡的尘土中。

诗22:15 My throat is dry like a broken vessel; my tongue is fixed to the roof of my mouth, and the dust of death is on my lips.

诗22:16 犬类围着我,恶党环绕我,他们扎了我的手我的脚。

诗22:16 Dogs have come round me: I am shut in by the band of evil-doers; they made wounds in my hands and feet.

诗22:17 我能数算我全身的骨头,他们却瞪着眼看我。

诗22:17 I am able to see all my bones; their looks are fixed on me:

诗22:18 他们彼此分了我的外衣,又为我的内衣抽签。

诗22:18 They make a division of my robes among them, by the decision of chance they take my clothing.

诗22:19 至于你,耶和华啊!求你不要远离我;我的力量啊!求你快来帮助我。

诗22:19 Do not be far from me, O Lord: O my strength, come quickly to my help.

诗22:20 求你搭救我的性命脱离刀剑,搭救我的生命脱离恶狗的爪。

诗22:20 Make my soul safe from the sword, my life from the power of the dog.

诗22:21 求你拯救我脱离狮子的口,拯救我脱离野牛的角。你已经应允了我。

诗22:21 Be my saviour from the lion's mouth; let me go free from the horns of the cruel oxen.

诗22:22 我要向我的兄弟宣扬你的名,我要在聚会中赞美你。

诗22:22 I will give the knowledge of your name to my brothers: I will give you praise among the people.

诗22:23 敬畏耶和华的人哪!你们要赞美他;雅各所有的后裔啊!你们都要尊敬他;以色列所有的后裔啊!你们都要惧怕他。

诗22:23 You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.

诗22:24 因为他不轻看,不厌恶受苦的人的痛苦,也没有掩面不顾他;受苦的人呼求的时候,他就垂听。

诗22:24 For he has not been unmoved by the pain of him who is troubled; or kept his face covered from him; but he has given an answer to his cry.

诗22:25 在大会中,我赞美你的话是从你而来的;在敬畏耶和华的人面前,我要还我的愿。

诗22:25 My praise will be of you in the great meeting: I will make my offerings before his worshippers.

诗22:26 受苦的人必吃得饱足,寻求耶和华的人必赞美他,愿你们的心永远活着!

诗22:26 The poor will have a feast of good things: those who make search for the Lord will give him praise: your heart will have life for ever.

诗22:27 地的四极,都要记念耶和华,并且归向他。列国的万族,都要在他(“他”有古抄本作“你”)面前敬拜。

诗22:27 All the ends of the earth will keep it in mind and be turned to the Lord: all the families of the nations will give him worship.

诗22:28 因为国度是属于耶和华的,他是掌管万国的。

诗22:28 For the kingdom is the Lord's; he is the ruler among the nations.

诗22:29 地上所有富足的人,都必吃喝、敬拜;所有下到尘土中,不再存活的人,都在他面前屈身下拜。

诗22:29 All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.

诗22:30 必有后裔服事他,必有人把主的事向后代述说。

诗22:30 A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.

诗22:31 他们要把他的公义传给以后出生的民,说明这是他所作的。

诗22:31 They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.
