诗51:1 大卫的诗，交给诗班长，是大卫和拔示巴同房以后，及先知拿单来见他以后作的。（本篇细字标题在《马索拉抄本》为51:1~2） 神啊！求你按着你的慈爱恩待我，照着你丰盛的怜悯涂抹我的过犯。
诗51:1 <To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David. When Nathan the prophet came to him, after he had gone in to Bath-sheba.> Have pity on me, O God, in your mercy; out of a full heart, take away my sin.
诗51:2 求你彻底洗净我的罪孽，洁除我的罪。
诗51:2 Let all my wrongdoing be washed away, and make me clean from evil.
诗51:3 因为我知道我的过犯；我的罪常在我面前。
诗51:3 For I am conscious of my error; my sin is ever before me.
诗51:4 我得罪了你，唯独得罪你；我行了你眼中看为恶的事，因此，你宣判的时候，显为公义；你审判的时候，显为清正。
诗51:4 Against you, you only, have I done wrong, working that which is evil in your eyes; so that your words may be seen to be right, and you may be clear when you are judging.
诗51:5 看哪，我是在罪孽里生的；我母亲在罪中怀了我。
诗51:5 Truly, I was formed in evil, and in sin did my mother give me birth.
诗51:6 看哪！你喜爱的是内心的诚实；在我内心的隐密处，你使我得智慧。
诗51:6 Your desire is for what is true in the inner parts: in the secrets of my soul you will give me knowledge of wisdom.
诗51:7 求你用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净；求你洗净我，我就比雪更白。
诗51:7 Make me free from sin with hyssop: let me be washed whiter than snow.
诗51:8 求你使我听见欢喜和快乐的声音，使你所压伤的骨头可以欢呼。
诗51:8 Make me full of joy and rapture; so that the bones which have been broken may be glad.
诗51:9 求你掩面不看我的罪恶，求你涂抹我的一切罪孽。
诗51:9 Let your face be turned from my wrongdoing, and take away all my sins.
诗51:10 神啊！求你为我造一颗清洁的心，求你使我里面重新有坚定的灵。
诗51:10 Make a clean heart in me, O God; give me a right spirit again.
诗51:11 不要把我从你面前丢弃，不要从我身上收回你的圣灵。
诗51:11 Do not put me away from before you, or take your holy spirit from me.
诗51:12 求你使我重得你救恩的喜乐，重新有乐意的灵支持我。
诗51:12 Give me back the joy of your salvation; let a free spirit be my support.
诗51:13 我就必把你的道指教有过犯的人，罪人必回转归向你。
诗51:13 Then will I make your ways clear to wrongdoers; and sinners will be turned to you.
诗51:14 神啊！你是拯救我的 神，求你救我脱离流人血的罪；我的舌头就必颂扬你的公义。
诗51:14 Be my saviour from violent death, O God, the God of my salvation; and my tongue will give praise to your righteousness.
诗51:15 主啊！求你开我的嘴，使我的口宣扬赞美你的话。
诗51:15 O Lord, let my lips be open, so that my mouth may make clear your praise.
诗51:16 因为你不喜爱祭物；我就是献上燔祭，你也不喜悦。
诗51:16 You have no desire for an offering or I would give it; you have no delight in burned offerings.
诗51:17 神所要的祭，就是破碎的灵； 神啊！破碎痛悔的心，你必不轻看。
诗51:17 The offerings of God are a broken spirit; a broken and sorrowing heart, O God, you will not put from you.
诗51:18 求你按着你的美意善待锡安；求你修筑耶路撒冷的城墙。
诗51:18 Do good to Zion in your good pleasure, building up the walls of Jerusalem.
诗51:19 那时，你必悦纳公义的祭、全牲的燔祭；那时，人必把公牛献在你的祭坛上。
诗51:19 Then you will have delight in the offerings of righteousness, in burned offerings and offerings of beasts; then they will make offerings of oxen on your altar.
