诗129:1 <A Song of the going up.> Great have been my troubles from the time when I was young (let Israel now say);
诗129:2 从我幼年以来，敌人虽然多次苦害我，却没有胜过我。

诗129:3 他们好像犁田的人犁在我的背上，所犁的沟甚长。
诗129:3 The ploughmen were ploughing on my back; long were the wounds they made.
诗129:4 但耶和华是公义的，他砍断了恶人的绳索。”1
诗129:4 The Lord is true: the cords of the evil-doers are broken in two.
诗129:5 愿所有恨恶锡安的，都蒙羞退后。
诗129:5 Let all the haters of Zion be shamed and turned back.
诗129:6 愿他们像屋顶上的草，尚未长大，就枯干了；1
诗129:6 Let them be like the grass on the house-tops, which is dry before it comes to full growth.
诗129:7 收割的不够一把，捆禾的不够满怀。
诗129:7 He who gets in the grain has no use for it; and they do not make bands of it for the grain-stems.
诗129:8 过路的人也不说：“愿耶和华所赐的福临到你们；我们奉耶和华的名祝福你们。”1
诗129:8 And those who go by do not say, The blessing of the Lord be on you; we give you blessing in the name of the Lord.
