诗38:1 大卫的记念诗。耶和华啊！求你不要在忿怒中责备我，也不要在烈怒中管教我。
诗38:1 <A Psalm. Of David. To keep in memory.> O Lord, be not bitter with me in your wrath; let not your hand be on me in the heat of your passion.
诗38:2 因为你的箭射入我身，你的手压住我。
诗38:2 For your arrows have gone into my flesh, and I am crushed under the weight of your hand.
诗38:3 因你的忿怒，我体无完肤；因我的罪恶，我的骨头都不安妥。
诗38:3 My flesh is wasted because of your wrath; and there is no peace in my bones because of my sin.
诗38:4 我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担，使我担当不起。
诗38:4 For my crimes have gone over my head; they are like a great weight which is more than my strength.
诗38:5 因为我的愚昧，我的伤口发臭流脓。
诗38:5 My wounds are poisoned and evil-smelling, because of my foolish behaviour.
诗38:6 我屈身弯腰，弯到极低，整天哀痛，到处行走。
诗38:6 I am troubled, I am made low; I go weeping all the day.
诗38:7 我的两腰灼痛，我体无完肤。
诗38:7 For my body is full of burning; all my flesh is unhealthy.
诗38:8 我已经疲乏无力，被压得粉碎了；我因心里痛苦而唉哼。
诗38:8 I am feeble and crushed down; I gave a cry like a lion because of the grief in my heart.
诗38:9 主啊！我的心愿都在你面前，我不向你隐瞒我的叹息。
诗38:9 Lord, all my desire is before you; my sorrow is not kept secret from you.
诗38:10 我的心剧烈跳动，我的力量衰退；连我眼中的光彩也消逝了。
诗38:10 My heart goes out in pain, my strength is wasting away; as for the light of my eyes, it is gone from me.
诗38:11 我的良朋密友因我的灾祸，都站到一旁去；我的亲人也都站得远远的。
诗38:11 My lovers and my friends keep away from my disease; my relations keep far away.
诗38:12 那些寻索我命的，设下网罗；那些想要害我的，口说威吓的话，他们整天思想诡计。
诗38:12 Those who have a desire to take my life put nets for me; those who are designing my destruction say evil things against me, all the day their minds are full of deceit.
诗38:13 至于我，像个聋子，不能听见；像个哑巴，不能开口。
诗38:13 But I kept my ears shut like a man without hearing; like a man without a voice, never opening his mouth.
诗38:14 我竟变成了一个像是不能听见的人，变成了一个口中不能反驳的人。
诗38:14 So I was like a man whose ears are shut, and in whose mouth there are no sharp words.
诗38:15 耶和华啊！我等候你；主我的 神啊！你必应允我。
诗38:15 In you, O Lord, is my hope: you will give me an answer, O Lord, my God.
诗38:16 因为我曾说：“你要让他们向我夸耀；我的脚滑跌的时候，不要让他们向我夸口。”
诗38:16 I said, Let them not be glad over me; when my foot is moved, let them not be lifted up with pride against me.
诗38:17 我随时会跌倒，我的痛苦常在我面前。
诗38:17 My feet are near to falling, and my sorrow is ever before me.
诗38:18 我要承认我的罪孽，我要因我的罪忧伤。
诗38:18 I will make clear my wrongdoing, with sorrow in my heart for my sin.
诗38:19 但我强悍的仇敌众多，无理憎恨我的不断增加。
诗38:19 But they are strong who have hate for me without cause: those who are against me falsely are increased in numbers.
诗38:20 那些以恶报善的都与我作对，因为我追求良善。
诗38:20 They give me back evil for good; they are my haters because I go after the thing which is right.
诗38:21 耶和华啊！求你不要离弃我；我的 神啊，求你不要远离我。
诗38:21 Do not give me up, O Lord; O my God, be near to me.
诗38:22 拯救我的主啊！求你快来帮助我。
诗38:22 Come quickly to give me help, O Lord, my salvation.
