诗30:1 大卫的诗：献殿之歌。耶和华啊！我要尊崇你，因为你曾救拔我，不容我的仇敌向我夸耀。
诗30:1 <A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David.> I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.
诗30:2 耶和华我的 神啊！我曾向你呼求，你也医治了我。
诗30:2 O Lord my God, I sent up my cry to you, and you have made me well.
诗30:3 耶和华啊！你曾把我从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。
诗30:3 O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.
诗30:4 耶和华的圣民哪！你们要歌颂耶和华，赞美他的圣名。
诗30:4 Make songs to the Lord, O you saints of his, and give praise to his holy name.
诗30:5 因为他的怒气只是短暂的，他的恩惠却是一生一世的；夜间虽然不断有哭泣，早晨却必欢呼。
诗30:5 For his wrath is only for a minute; in his grace there is life; weeping may be for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
诗30:6 至于我，我在安稳的时候曾说：“我必永不动摇。”
诗30:6 When things went well for me I said, I will never be moved.
诗30:7 耶和华啊！你的恩宠，使我坚立，如同大山；你一掩面，我就惊惶。
诗30:7 Lord, by your grace you have kept my mountain strong: when your face was turned from me I was troubled.
诗30:8 耶和华啊！我曾向你呼求；我曾向我主恳求，说：
诗30:8 My voice went up to you, O Lord; I made my prayer to the Lord.
诗30:9 “我被害流血，下到深坑，有什么益处呢？尘土还能称赞你，还能传扬你的信实吗？
诗30:9 What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?
诗30:10 耶和华啊！求你垂听，恩待我；耶和华啊！求你帮助我。”
诗30:10 Give ear to me, O Lord, and have mercy on me: Lord, be my helper.
诗30:11 你已经把我的悲哀变为舞蹈，把我的麻衣脱去，又给我穿上欢乐；
诗30:11 By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;
诗30:12 好让我的灵（“灵”或译：“荣耀”或“肝”；与16:9，57:8，108:1同）歌颂你，永不停止。耶和华我的 神啊！我要永远称赞你。
诗30:12 So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be quiet. O Lord my God, I will give you praise for ever.
